Abstract

The teacher is be told a professional teacher when he has basic competence as a teacher. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze in the professional context of early childhood teachers in Indonesia. Data collection was carried out using qualitative research methods. Data collection is useful for obtaining the information needed to achieve research objectives. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 34 early childhood education teachers in Indonesia as respondents based on length of teaching. The results of the Professional Good Teacher research in the Context of Early Childhood Teachers in Indonesia concluded that a professional good teacher can be said if the teacher fulfills, 1) the requirements of a professional teacher; 2) have professional teacher competence; 3) have good ethics as a professional teacher; 4) teachers who meet National Standards (Law Number 20 of 2003) and International Standards (National Association for Early Young Children), and; 5) teachers who are linear in their fields, for example early childhood education teachers, the linear study is early childhood education. With the existence of government standards and regulation related to early childhood education professional teachers, it can be improved and developed so as to achieve quality education.

Abstract

Penyelenggara pendidikan membutuhkan kerjasama dari berbagai pihak diantaranya yaitu keluarga, lingkungan, dan satuan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana proses Penerapan Permendikbud No 30 Tahun 2017 yang berkaitan dengan perlibatan keluarga dengan metode analisis CIPP yang dimana context yang didapatkan  respon dan keterlibatan orang tua pada perlindungan keluarga input yang dapat dilihat banyak dorongan dan masukan dari orang tua dalam peroses kegiatan yang dilakukan, proses ini dilihat dari bagaimana proses terlaksananya kegiatan-kegiatan perlindungan anak dan produk yang didapatkan merupakan perubahan dari sikap kemandirian yang ada pada peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan kualitatif dengan teknik analisis wawacara yang dimana yang menjadi narasumber kepala sekolah, guru kelas B, Ibu PKK dan 2 orang tua wali murid, observasi dan dokumentasi yang dilakukan pada bulan Desember 2022 sampai bulan maret 2023 di Taman Kanak-kanak Negeri Pertiwi yang berasa pada Desa Muara Jaya. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat dilihat dari perkembangan anak yang memiliki kesiapan lebih baik dalam memasuki jenjang pendidikan lebih tinggi yang dimana hal ini terlihat bahwa anak memiliki kemandirian, mudah bersosialisasi dan anak lebih disiplin saat proses pembelajaran dan orang tua terlihat bahwa lebih peduli dengan anaknya.

Abstract

Introduction to regional culture needs to be introduced from an early age through education. One form of instilling cultural values in schools is through culture-based learning. This research aims to develop culture-based learning through Kerinci folklore in kindergartens. The type of research used is Research and Development with the Born & Gall Design Model. The subjects of this research consisted of 20 children at the Pembina Pondok Tinggi State Kindergarten, Sungai Full City. Development of culture-based learning through Kerinci folklore at the Pembina Pondok Tinggi State Kindergarten seen in terms of learning activities and children's learning outcomes. From the aspect of learning activities during the implementation of learning, children are enthusiastic in listening, responding and carrying out evaluations. The results of children's development as seen from the observation sheet on six aspects of child development show that the children's scores during the pre-test and post-test have all increased, meaning that culture-based learning is effective to use and apply in learning. So, that the expected development according to the child's age can be achieved well and maximum.
