Abstract

Olahraga membutuhkan perubahan kecepatan reaksi, daya tahan dan kekuatan otot serta kerja jantung yang tinggi. Permainan bulu tangkis sudah menjadi bagian dari kehidupan sehari-hari bahkan ikut mewarnai gaya hidup masyarakat pada saat ini, permainan ini tidak hanya memperoleh prestasi atau salah satu piihan untukmenjadi atlet yang tinngi, dan juga sebagian hiburan yang menarik bagi setiap orang khususnya yang mengemari permainan bulu tangkis. Jenis penelitian ini adalah peneitian kuantitatif karena data peneitian berupa angka-angka dan analisis menggunakan statistic. Metode Penelitian tindakan kelas tujuan utama dari peenlitian tindakan kelas ini adalah meningkatkan hasil pembelajaran teknik permainan bulu tangkis. Hasil penelitian dari analisis data diatas disimpulkan bahwa hasil penggunaan metode blocked partice dapat menigkatkan teknik dasar long serve dengan menghitung frekuensi desciptor dari masing-masing indikator. Kemudian depersentasikan dengan mencapai nilai rata- rata tes awal dengan nilai 3.857 dan hasil tes akhir 5.143 dengan perbedaan setiap siswa dengan nilai jumlah rata-rata secara keseluruhan dengan peroleh D : 2.571, maka dengan metode blocked partice bisa meningkatkan teknik dasar long serve dengan rata – rata nilai D2 : 5.857

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of students' perception of information services on the adjustment of seventh-grade students at SMP Kristen 1 Amanuban Timur. The research used a quantitative approach with a simple linear regression analysis method. The population consisted of all 95 seventh-grade students. The instrument used was a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed a significant influence of perception of information services on students' adjustment, with a contribution of 13.1%, while 86.9% was influenced by other factors beyond this study. The ANOVA test yielded an F-value of 13.987, which was greater than the F-table value of 3.943 (α = 0.05), indicating a positive and significant effect between the two variables. These findings suggest that a positive perception of information services can help improve students' ability to adapt to the school environment.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explore the implementation of career counseling services for school dropout adolescents in the Tuapakas Village community, Kualin District, South Central Timor (TTS) Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with observation and interview techniques. The research was conducted in Tuapakas Village, involving 8 participants, consisting of 1 guidance and counseling teacher and 7 adolescents who have dropped out of school. The findings reveal that school dropout is caused by various factors, including economic conditions, household responsibilities, early marriage, and feelings of boredom or pressure at school. These results are in line with the Ecological Systems Theory by Bronfenbrenner, updated by Narayan (2016), which states that individual development is heavily influenced by surrounding systems such as family, local economy, community culture, and access to public services. For instance, one respondent dropped out of school due to economic hardship and chose to work on a farm, illustrating how the microsystem (family) and mesosystem (village environment) influence educational continuity.
