Abstract

Eggs are an important source of animal protein as they contain high quality protein and have high biological value. Egg consumption in Indonesia continues to increase every year. This creates opportunities and competition in the egg market, including in Bogor City. In this context, the selection of the right supplier is key in meeting market demand and increasing the existence of sellers. This research was conducted at Shop Akbar Telur in Bogor Suryakencana Market. Data was collected through direct observation and interviews with the shop owner. The AHP method was used to process qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize suppliers based on price, quality and quantity criteria. The results of the analysis using AHP show that price is the highest criterion in selecting egg suppliers at Akbar Telur, followed by quality and quantity. Suppliers with the highest value for each criterion are SJT1 (price), SJT1 (quality), and SJT1 (quantity). The consistency level of criteria comparison is also acceptable. In selecting egg suppliers, the recommended overall priorities are SJT1, SJT2, and SB. The results of this study contribute to the understanding of supplier selection strategies that can improve store efficiency and performance.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pertanggungjawaban dan karakteristik individu terhadap pengembangan karir pegawai pada Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Palembang.. Metode dipergunakan peneliti ini metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner, dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear sederhana, uji regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis statistik. 1) berdasarkan uji t variabrel pertanggungjawaban terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan 0,031 < 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel pertanggungjawaban terhadap pengembangan karir. 2) berdasarkan uji t karakteristik individu mendapatkan pengaruh signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan secara parsial karakteristik individu terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel karakteristik individu terhadap pengembangan karir. Berdasarkan uji F variabel pertanggungjawaban dan karakteristik individu 0,000 < 0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh pertanggungjawaban dan karakteristik individu secara simultan terhadap pengembangan karir pegawai pada Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Palembang. Kata Kunci: Pertanggungjawaban, Karakteristik Individu, Pengembangan Karir ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the effect of accountability anf individual characteristics on the career development of employees at Palembang Muhammadiyah Hospital. The method used by this researcher is quantitative method. Data collection techniques were carried out by questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is the classical assumption test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, statistical hypothesis testing. 1) based on t-test responsibility variable there is a significant effect of 0,031 < 0,05, it can be concluded that partially there is a significant influence between the responsibility of the career development variable. Based on the t-test of individual characteristics, it has a significant effect of 0,000 < 0,05, so it can be concluded that partially there is a significant influence between the variables of individual characteristics on career development. Based on the F test, the responsibility variable and individual characteristic 0,000 < 0,05. It can be cocluded that there is an influence of responsibility and individual characteristics simultaneously on the career development of employees at Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang. Abstract

From the Miftahul Ulum study group, it was found that four teachers had not yet achieved the pedagogical competence that meets the standards. According to the head of the Miftahul Ulum study group, the early childhood educators in the group tend to have shortcomings in conducting teaching and learning activities, particularly in utilizing and developing teaching media. The teachers in the Miftahul Ulum study group appear to focus more on two-way learning activities such as reading, writing, and singing, without involving teaching media. This research aims to describe the ability to develop teachers' pedagogical competence in utilizing learning media before and after participating in the in house training program in the Miftahul Ulum study group, as well as providing an in-depth understanding of how in house training can improve teachers' pedagogical competence in the design and use of learning media. The method used in this research is the case study method. The case study method was chosen as a method to achieve the objectives of this research, because teachers can learn directly and practically in their own work environment. The location of this research was carried out in the Miftahul Ulum study group on Tuesday 9 July 2024. The subjects of this research were teachers in the Miftahul Ulum study group consisting of 4 female teachers. The object of this research is the ability to develop teachers' pedagogical competence in designing learning media, both before and after participating in the in house training program in the Miftahul Ulum study group. The results of this research show that in the initial data the percentage obtained was 58%, which is less. After carrying out in house training "Developing PAUD Teachers' Pedagogical Competency in Utilizing Learning Media: Making Number Trees", teacher competency increased to 66%, which is sufficient. Based on the data analysis carried out in this research, in house training can improve teachers' pedagogical competence in designing learning media. Designing learning media through in house training is one strategic approach to increasing teacher competence, especially in utilizing learning media effectively  Keywords: Pedagogical Competence, In-House Training, Learning Media.
