Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work-life balance, emotional intelligence, and personal values on the performance of non-medical employees at the Soeprapto Mental Hospital (RSKJ) in Bengkulu Province, both partially and simultaneously. The research employed a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analyses processed through SPSS version 27. The results show that, partially, all three independent variables significantly affect employee performance. Work-life balance has the most dominant influence, with a regression coefficient of 0.378 and a significance value of 0.002, followed by emotional intelligence (coefficient = 0.317; p = 0.010) and personal values (coefficient = 0.197; p = 0.022). Simultaneously, these variables also significantly impact employee performance, with an F value of 21.448 and a significance level of p < 0.001. These findings indicate that employee performance is not solely determined by technical skills but is also strongly influenced by life balance, emotional regulation, and personal values. Therefore, it is recommended that RSKJ Soeprapto’s management develop a human resource strategy that supports emotional well-being, fosters positive work values, and facilitates a healthy work-life balance among employees.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of perceived ease of use, service quality, and security on the intention to use the BRImo digital banking application among students at Universitas Hazairin Bengkulu. The method used was a survey with a Likert-scale questionnaire distributed to 120 respondents to collect data regarding their experiences and perceptions of the BRImo application. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the relationships and effects of these variables on the behavioral intention to use the application. The results show that the three independent variables—perceived ease of use, service quality, and security—have a positive and statistically significant effect on the intention to use the application, with a significance value of p < 0.05. Perceived ease of use contributed significantly with a t-value of 20.613, service quality had the highest contribution with a t-value of 29.942, while security also had a significant effect with a t-value of 4.972. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.926 indicates that approximately 92.6% of the variation in the intention to use the BRImo application can be explained by these three variables. Although the application is generally considered easy to use and provides quality service, aspects such as responsiveness, empathy towards users, and protection of personal data still need improvement to maintain user loyalty and enhance trust sustainably. This study emphasizes the importance of optimal management of these three aspects to increase user satisfaction and encourage ongoing intention to use BRImo. The findings are expected to serve as a foundation for developers and marketers in formulating more effective strategies for application development and service improvement in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of occupational safety, occupational health, and social security on employee performance at PT. Bukit Angkasa Makmur in Central Bengkulu. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling, and data were collected through questionnaires. The total sample consisted of 84 employees. The research employed a quantitative approach. The results revealed that the independent variables—occupational safety, occupational health, and social security—simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, employee performance. Furthermore, each independent variable also showed a positive and significant partial effect on employee performance. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the aid of SPSS software. The findings indicate that improving occupational safety through the provision of personal protective equipment and a secure work environment, enhancing occupational health systems, and ensuring transparent and adequate social security measures can directly improve employee productivity. Therefore, it is recommended that the company continues to strengthen policies and practices in these three areas to support optimal performance. This study is expected to serve as a reference in human resource management, particularly in efforts to enhance performance through improved employee welfare.
