Abstract

Permainan domino merupakan alat peraga yang dapat membantu dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif pengaruh permainan domino dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah Metode Experimen dengan desain Experimen True Experiment Design. Prosedur atau langkah-langkah dalam penelitian ini meliputi: Tahap Persiapan penelitian, Tahap Pelaksanaan penelitian, dan tahap Evaluasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII yang terdiri dari 3 kelas dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 96 siswa. Untuk  Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan  kelas VII A Sebagai Kelas Experimen dan siswa Kelas VII B Sebagai Kelas Kontrol. Sampel yanga digunakan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel secara acak (Cluster Random Sampling). Sedangkan untuk analisis data peneliti menggunakan Uji Independent Sample T-Test. Hasil penelitian ini di peroleh nilai rata-rata kemampuan belajar kelas experimen adalah 85,07 dan nilai rata-rata kelas kontrol yang menggunakan metode konvensional adalah 75,33. Begitu juga hasil pengujian dengan menggunakan Uji Independent Sample T-Test didapat nilai Sig. (2-Tailed) 0,00 < 0,05. Dengan demikian dapat di simpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan permainan domino dalam proses pembelajaran. Sehingga permainan kartu domino dapat di jadikan sebagai salah satu alternative dalam pembelajaran matematika di kelas.

Abstract

The teacher's role in the process of providing education is very dominant to be implemented. Every educational institution must be able to have competitiveness that can be demonstrated through improving the quality of education services. Therefore, efforts in the process of improving human resources, in this case, professional teachers, need concrete affirmation, to carry out their roles and duties. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of teacher performance management in the process of implementing student learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Asyrof Teluk Betung Barat Bandar Lampung. This research is qualitative research, with a descriptive approach that aims to obtain information about the effectiveness of teacher performance management in the process of implementing student learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Asyrof Teluk Betung Barat, Bandar Lampung. While the data was obtained through the method of observation, documentation, and interviews. The results of this study explain the effectiveness of teacher performance management in the process of implementing student learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Asyrof Teluk Betung Barat Bandar Lampung by the planning, implementation, and evaluation process can run well.

Abstract

It is claimed that degradation moral happens to our young generation lately. Their behavior does not reflect the good conduct of our nation. This study is done to describe the characteristics of an ideal visioner leader and to describe the process of character education in school. Using qualitative etnografy approach, the writer explored various references to draw the conclusion. The ideal visioner leader is: a) having future insight, b) willing to take action to reach the goal, c) able to influence other people, d) able to formulate vision, e) able to realize vision inti action, f) commit to spiritual values, g) develop the relationship, h) innovative. The process of character education is integrated in all the scholl subjects and in other school activities.

Abstract

Educational technology in its development can be viewed as both a product and a process. As a product, educational technology is easier to understand because of its concrete nature. Educational technology at a macro level aims to encourage and provide direction to teachers to view teaching actions as an effort to solve problems scientifically. The concept of educational technology is expected to increase the quality of education, especially for teachers, so that they will have a more solid grip and reliable guidelines for providing good teaching. more effective. The main key to the success of these goals is at least the teacher as a central figure as well as one of the human beings who is responsible for the continuity of the existing educational process in preparing students who have quality (bari) from the learning process they get. For this reason, it is necessary to improve the attitude of the teacher's abilities, in this case the demand for the creativity of a teacher in imparting (transferring) his knowledge towards the learning process that is currently being faced.

Abstract

Literacy-based ndependent learning planning s mportant to be applied n the science learning process. The principal as the manager of SMP negeri 33 Jakarta selatanwas very enthusiastic n welcoming the concept of ndependent learning. Teachers and observers of education at smp negeri 33 Jakarta selatanhope that the concept of ndependent learning that will be applied by the school will bring positive changes to the development of the quality of education at that school because this will help provide students with the skills needed n the 21st century. The results showed that, planning n the literacy-based ndependent learning program n science learning at smp negeri 33 Jakarta selatanwas conducted by holding deliberations with various related elements. Planning lessons was carried out n the classroom, and outside, planning n learning was cnducted by carrying out a literacy movement that has 2 goals, namely general goals and specific goals. Planning constraints n the literacy-based ndependent learning program n science learning at smp negeri 33 Jakarta selatan consists of 3 obstacles, namely: 1). Lack of human resources who can understand literacy programs properly and correctly; 2) time for literacy activities at school; and 3) the school library s only limited to the school library, and the library collection only provides school books, very few other additional books.

Abstract

Pendidikan memiliki peran penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Pendidikan dan bahasa memiliki hubungan yang saling terikat satu sama lain. Bahasa memiliki peran penting bagi kehidupan karena digunakan sebagai alat komunikasi utama dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Dengan menggunakan bahasa, siswa dapat berinteraksi, menyampaikan ide, gagasan, dan pemikirannya. Selain itu, bahasa juga sebagai bentuk pengenalan diri, budaya sendiri, dan juga budaya orang lain. Masyarakat Thailand menggunakan bahasa Thai dalam kehidupan sehari-harinya, termasuk dalam pendidikan. Thailand terletak di Asia Tenggara dan menjadi bagian dari Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN). Untuk meningkatkan hubungan diplomatik internasional antar negara-negara di Asia Tenggara. Maka dilakukan pertukaran mahasiswa, salah satunya dengan kegiatan program PPL-KKN Terpadu. Kegiatan ini satu cara untuk memperkenalkan budaya dan bahasa. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan kegiatan pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Melayu, serta bahasa Inggris sebagai bahasa Internasional.

Abstract

Koperasi melandaskan kegiatan berdasarkan prinsip Gerakan ekonomi rakyat yang berdasrkan asas kekeluargaan keberadaan di wilayah pepekonan diharapkan mampu mensejahterahkan kelompok masyarakat yang jauh dari perkotaan. Namun keberadaan koperasi hingga saat ini belum memiliki daya tarik bagi sebagian besar masyarakat terutama ibu ibu anggota PKK. Faktor penyebab tidak adanya kesadaran dari masyarakat, terkhusus ibu ibu PKK untuk membentuk koperasi di pekon ini, sebelum kegitan sosialisasi ini di lakukan adalah :1) pekon ini belum pernah mendapat sosialisasi koprasi 2) persepsi negatif sebagian masyarakat terhadap kelembagaan koprasi, 3) tidak adanya kelompok mayarakat yang peduli akan koperasi pekon, 4) kurangnya pemahaman konsep manfaat dan nilai nilai koperasi. Bentuk pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mensosialisasikan kepada masyarakat dan ibu ibu anggota PKK tentang peran penting koperasi serta memberikan dorongan pada masyarakat untuk membangun koperasi di pekon terkhusus pekon Gunung Sari. Hasil dari kegiatan sosiallisasi yang telah dilakukan di Pekon Gunung Sari Kabupaten Tanggamus ini menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat khususnya ibu-ibu anggota PKK menjadi lebih sadar tentang keberadaan koperasi, tujuan dan mafaatnya. Mereka dapat memahami bagaimana koperasi dapat membantu mereka secara ekonomi.

Abstract

This research was motivated by communication problems between lecturers and the subjects' peers who had difficulty calling and talking when studying offline. This happens because when you want to start communicating or simply call a subject, because the subject cannot hear you need to be approached first and "patted" so that the subject is sensitive and focused that someone wants to communicate with him. This research aims to produce a tool that can bridge communication between deaf students and stakeholders during learning. Therefore, the vibrating watch was designed to increase sensitivity in deaf students, this watch was named "Remine Me". This "Remine Me" vibrating watch works by capturing sensors with the help of a remote control, then the sensors will transmit stimulation in the form of vibrations to the hands of deaf students, so that if they want to communicate with the subject while they are still at a certain distance, this will make it easier for deaf students and lecturers. even with peers to be able to start communication without having to be "patted" first. The development in this research uses the R&D research method with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) design. The research subject was a 3rd semester deaf student. The result of this development was a vibrating watch with remote control. The results of the development of "Remine Me" could be an alternative tool that can be used by every lecturer to make it easier to call deaf students in their class.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the development and challenges in the use of digital learning media in mathematics education through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The research method is qualitative, with data obtained from the Scopus database, which is then analyzed using Vosviewer software to visualize relationships between keywords, research trends, as well as collaborations among authors and institutions. The findings reveal that digital media, such as games and interactive applications, have improved students' understanding of mathematical concepts, particularly in geometry, which requires a visual approach. Additionally, these media have contributed to the development of students' computational thinking skills. However, there are significant challenges, including limited access to technology, geographical disparities, and difficulties in integrating digital media into local educational curricula. This study is limited to literature sourced exclusively from the Scopus database, potentially overlooking research from certain regions or in languages other than English. For future research, it is recommended to focus on the development of digital learning media tailored to local needs, exploration of artificial intelligence-based technologies, and evaluation of the long-term impacts of their use on learning outcomes. Moreover, international collaboration should be enhanced to expand the accessibility and relevance of digital learning media globally.

Abstract

Abstract: Parenting training themed “Parenting in the Digital Era” in Sumberejo Village aims to help parents overcome the challenges of educating children in a digital environment. The socialization method was used to deliver information on the impact of technology, screen time management, and effective communication techniques. The results of the training showed positive responses and active discussions from parents in Sumberejo Village with increased awareness of the importance of understanding children's behavior in the digital era. The training successfully provided practical insights and strengthened parents' skills in managing the influence of technology on children. Keywords: Parenting Training, Digital Era, Impact of Technology  Abstrak: Pelatihan parenting bertema "Pola Asuh Anak di Era Digital" di Desa Sumberejo bertujuan membantu orang tua mengatasi tantangan mendidik anak dalam lingkungan digital. Metode sosialisasi digunakan untuk menyampaikan informasi tentang dampak teknologi, pengelolaan waktu layar, dan teknik komunikasi efektif. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan respon positif dan diskusi aktif dari para orang tua di Desa Sumberejo dengan peningkatan kesadaran orang tua tentang pentingnya memahami perilaku anak di era digital. Pelatihan ini berhasil memberikan wawasan praktis dan memperkuat keterampilan orang tua dalam mengelola pengaruh teknologi pada anak-anak di era digital. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan Parenting, Era Digital, Dampak Teknologi
