Abstract

Potensi wisata Negeri Sawai sebagai destinasi wisata unggulan propinsi Maluku yang telah dikenal hingga ke manca negara berdampak pada urgensi ketersediaan sumberdaya manusia yang dapat mengelola potensi wisata bahari. Aktivitas bisnis yang sebagian besar mengelola potensi lokal berkontribusi bagi pendapatan masyarakat namun di sisi yang lain pengelolaan usaha masih bersifat konvensional membutuhkan manajemen yang baik. Sumberdaya manusia merupakan faktor penting pengelolaan usaha yang profesional. Kapasitas SDM yang mumpuni di butuhkan dalam membantu menyelesaikan problema wirausaha termasuk menghasilkan produk yang bermutu namun juga memperhatikan kelestarian lingkungan berbasis Ekonomi biru. Untuk itu, pentingnya mengedukasi wirausaha Negeri Sawai untuk manajemen usaha yang lebih baik dan tetap memperhatikan laut dan pantai tetap biru. Metode yang digunakan adalah Ceramah dan Games. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terserapnya pengetahuan tentang produksi produk berbasis ekonomi biru.

Abstract

This study aimed to research and develop a competency-based training model for experiential learning facilitators, create a program design, and test the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the developed training model. This type of research uses Research and Development (R&D) with an analytical method using 10 steps Borg and Gall. The research method used is a mixed research or sequential mixed methods with the number of samples tested as many as 71 respondents. Field trials were carried out in three locations, namely the city of Samarinda (Kaltim), Kab. Pasuruan (East Java), and the City of Jogjakarta (DIY). The product resulting from this research is a training model based on SKKNI outbound scouting/experiential learning facilitator, which includes: curriculum, syllabus, lesson plan, list of equipment and materials, post-training evaluation form, pretest and posttest questions, list of tasks/practices, supporting questions observation, power point slides for presentation materials, and learning material books. The test results show that the training model developed is valid, practical, and effective with a N-Gain score of 0.59 or quite effective.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of human resource quality, job placement and competency on the performance of PP Aru District Regional Secretariat employees. The sample in this research was 58 employees of the Regional Secretariat of PP Aru Regency, using a sampling technique, namely the probability sampling method. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis assisted by the SPSS Ver.22.00 test tool. The results of this research show that developing human resource capacity, work placement and competency has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Aru district regional secretariat employees.

Abstract

This study explores the influence of principal leadership, work motivation, and interpersonal communication on teacher performance in elementary schools in the Teluk Ambon District, Ambon City. The results reveal that each of these factors significantly impacts teacher performance, with principal leadership emerging as the most influential contributor. Furthermore, the study confirms that the combined effect of these variables plays a vital role in enhancing teacher outcomes. Effective school leadership improves resource management, fosters a supportive work environment, and strengthens teacher professionalism. Work motivation sustains teacher engagement and commitment, while strong interpersonal communication promotes collaboration and reduces conflict. These findings are consistent with previous research and offer practical implications for advancing school leadership practices and enhancing teacher performance through a strategic emphasis on motivation and communication.
