Abstract

Kinerja dalam organisasi menentukan berhasil atau tidaknya tujuan yang ditetapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara Pendidikan, pelatihan, pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja pegawai. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah kuisioner, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai di KPP Pratama Surabaya Wonocolo 150 orang. Teknik yang digunakan penelitian ini regresi linear berganda dengan SPSS (Statitical Package for Sosial Sience). Hasil penelitian: Pendidikan, pelatihan, dan pengembangan karir secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; Pendidikan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai artinya semakin tinggi tingkat pendidikan pegawai akan memberikan dampak positif dalam peningkatan kinerja pegawai; Pelatihan Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan artinya semakin sering pekerja mendapat pelatihan semakin tinggi karyawan akan memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai; pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja artinya pengembangan karir yang jelas dan baik akan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai..

Abstract

The implementation of digital transformation has a positive impact on improving people's economic work ethic to be more productive. Empirical facts show that there are still many things that have not been able to be followed by people's behavior to be encouraged to be more productive because there is still an unwise use of information technology. The research aims to find out the factors that are the drivers and hinders in the implementation of digital transformation in society. The research was carried out during September – December 2023. Descriptive research method with a combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis approaches. Data was obtained through a direct survey of respondents who had been deliberately determined. The data obtained are given a weight value based on the assessment indicators obtained from the results of the preliminary research. The validity and reliability of the data were tested gradually and in a structured manner using the triangulation and role sharing approaches. The results of the study are presented in the form of a spider web diagram equipped with illustrations of shift share gap values, Ishikawa diagrams, Pearson correlation analysis, and regression equation models obtained from the SPSS statistical device version 2.3.

Abstract

The existence of Siboru airport replacing Torea airport in Fakfak district is expected to expand and accelerate regional economic development. The carrying capacity of available road infrastructure is important to increase its use as an economic resource, especially for the surrounding community. The research aims to find out various things that need to be done by the government together with the community and business actors to improve aspects of the usefulness of the carrying capacity of access road infrastructure between Fakfak city and Siboru airport based on current conditions. Descriptive research uses an empirical survey approach through in-depth interview techniques. The survey results were analyzed using qualitative analysis tools combined with quantitative analysis tools in stages. The research results concluded that the government together with the community and business actors need to build synergy to build business efforts in order to increase the utilization of the carrying capacity of road infrastructure connecting the city of Fakfak with Siboru airport. Building a rest area accompanied by managing several stopping points that have panoramic views for Instagrammable photo spots can be a short-term option that needs to be worked on immediately.

Abstract

It was found that employees were not present on time, employees were not present during working hours, service was still slow, and there were many other complaints from the public. This research was conducted to find out: (1) the impact of motivation on employee performance in the National Road Implementation Work Unit Region II, East Java Province, (2) the impact of work discipline on employee performance in the National Road Implementation Work Unit Region II, East Java Province. This research includes causality research using a quantitative approach. The research population consisted of 35 employees of the National Road Implementation Work Unit Region II of East Java Province. Data was obtained using a questionnaire whose validity and reliability have been tested. The data analysis method used is multiple regression. The results of this research provide data that: (1) Motivation has a positive impact on employee performance at the Regional II National Road Implementation Work Unit Office, East Jav); (2) Work discipline has a positive effect on the performance of employees of the National Road Implementation Work Unit Region II of East Java Province

Abstract

This research is carried out in order to know: (1) the impact of competence on employee performance in the National Road Implementation Work Unitof Region III East Java Province, (2) the impact of work discipline on performance employees in the National Road Implementation Work Unit Region III East Java Province, and (3) The Simultaneous Impact of Work Discipline Competence and Competence on the performance of employees of the Region III National Road Implementation Work Unit East Java Province. The population of this study consisted of employees of the National Road Implementation Task Force Region III East Java Province which amounted to 125 people. Data be obtained using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis method used is multiple regression. The results of this study provide data that: (1) Competence has a positive effect on the performance of employees of the National Road Implementation Task Force Region III East Java; (2) Work discipline significantly affects employee performance in employees of the National Road Implementation Task Force Region III East Java Province (3) There is a simultaneous influence of ability and work discipline on the performance of employees of the National Road Implementation Task Force Region III East Java Province

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the fabric of the world community. The public is encouraged and even forced to stay at home to prevent the spread of the corona virus outbreak. These changes have a broad impact in various sectors, be it education, tourism, trade, and public services. The old and identical way of working face-to-face is no longer relevant to policies in the new normal era. The impact caused by the Covid-19 pandemic provides challenges as well as opportunities for the government to create competent and competitive civil servants in the new normal era. Increasing competence in terms of digital technology is a must for the current State Civil Apparatus in line with the urgency of implementing e-government in providing optimal public services to the community. The government in this case as the public service actor is required to formulate new policies related to the implementation of work in this new normal era. The application of entrepreneurial leadership has begun to be carried out in the leadership of the Civil Service Apparatus as one of the strategies to deal with changes in the new normal era.The research was conducted with a qualitative approach using a literature study. The conclusion obtained is that the application of entrepreneurial leadership in the Civil Service Apparatus is deemed necessary and needed in the public service sector in order to provide innovation and excel in providing optimal services to the community.

Abstract

The challenges of globalization today have implications for changes in various organizational life arrangements. Development of Integrity Zones in realizing organizations that have a great commitment to providing services to the community, especially government agencies is very necessary, the application of ZIWBBM to government agencies. Quantitative research method, this type of research is associative with a total population of 74 employees in one of the government agencies, the sampling technique uses total sampling, with primary data sources with questionnaires. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression with t test and F test. The results showed that the partial and simultaneous application of ZIWBBM had a significant positive effect on employee performance, this was evidenced by a significance value < 0.005. It is hoped that the results of research at this government agency can be used as an evaluation and pay attention to the application of ZIWBBM in order to improve service performance.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia telah berlangsung sejak awal tahun 2020. Pemerintah berupaya melakukan langkah-langkah penanganan dampak pandemi sebaik mungkin agar Covid-19 tidak semakin menyebar dan memakan korban jiwa lebih banyak. Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia Aparatur Sipil Negara telah menerima berbagai dampak dari pandemi Covid-19. Cara kerja yang lama dan identik dengan pelayanan tatap muka dan pengawasan sudah tidak relevan lagi. Pemerintah dituntut untuk merumuskan kembali strategi pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia Aparatur Sipil Negara yang selama ini dilakukan. Fokus penerapan karakteristik dan paradigma Human Capital Management dalam pengelolaan Aparatur Sipil Negara saat ini sudah tepat dengan memperlakukan Aparatur Sipil Negara sebagai aset atau modal dalam mencapai tujuan pembangunan nasional. Penelitian ini disusun dengan pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan studi literatur. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh bahwa penerapan manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam manajemen Aparatur Sipil Negara yang dipilih oleh pemerintah sebagai strategi manajemen Aparatur Sipil Negara sesuai dengan tuntutan perubahan saat ini. Dampak yang ditimbulkan oleh pandemi Covid-19 memberikan tantangan sekaligus peluang bagi pemerintah untuk mewujudkan Pegawai Negeri Sipil yang kompeten dan berdaya saing di era new normal. Peningkatan kompetensi dalam hal teknologi digital merupakan keharusan bagi Aparatur Sipil Negara saat ini sejalan dengan urgensi penerapan e-government dalam memberikan pelayanan publik yang optimal kepada masyarakat.
