Abstract

VoIume ekspor karet aIam lndonesia masih mengaIami fIuktuasi di tahun 1992-2021. PeneIitian ini bertujuan untuk menganaIisis dan memahami dampak Iuas Iahan, voIume produksi dan infIasi terhadap voIume ekspor karet aIam lndonesia dari tahun 1992-2021. Jenis peneIitian ini adaIah peneIitian deskriptif asosiatif dengan data time series. ModeI anaIisis yaitu anaIisis regresi Iinera berganda. HasiI peneIitian menunjukkan bahwa Iuas Iahan, voIume produksi dan infIasi terdapat pengaruh secara parsiaI dan simuItan terhadap ekspor karet aIam lndonesia. Periu adanya penambahan Iuas Iahan, voIume produksi, niIai tukar dan mengurangi infIasi, untuk meningkatkan voIume ekspor karet aIam lndonesia.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship can be a job choice for the workforce. Entrepreneurship is profitable for business managers in terms of turnover and creating jobs. One of the sectors that is favored by Solok Selatan Regency is banana chip SMEs which produce typical South Solok Selatan food. The problem of this research is that banana chip entrepreneurs in Solok Selatan Regency have not had good entrepreneurial behavior, the impact of this banana chip business is seen from the number of entrepreneurs who have gone out of business. Based on this, it is necessary to study the influence of the family environment and self-efficacy on the entrepreneurial behavior of MSME banana chips in Solok Selatan Regency. Respondents in this study were banana chip entrepreneurs in Solok Selatan Regency with a sampling technique using proportional random sampling. The instrument in this study was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of this study indicate that the family environment influences entrepreneurial behavior through self-efficacy. Thus the family environment and self-efficacy play an important role in shaping entrepreneurial behavior. The results of this study can be used as a guideline for the Solok Selatan Regency MSME Service in formulating policies for banana chip entrepreneurs in increasing entrepreneurial behavior for the sustainability of the banana chip business.

Abstract

The study is intended to examine the extent to which economic behavior is influenced by family economic education or self-control in the children of dumpling entrepreneurs in Pariaman City. This research was carried out because there are still children of dumpling entrepreneurs who show irrational economic behavior. The sample consisted of 109 adolescents who were determined using the Slovin formula, random sampling was used as a sampling technique. Evaluating the data after it was collected through the distribution of questionnaires was carried out a classic assumption test. The conclusion of the study found that simultaneously the variables of family economic education and self-control had a positive and significant effect on economic behavior in the children of dumpling entrepreneurs in Pariaman City. However, the family economic education variable did not have a positive and significant effect on the economic behavior variable, only self-control had a positive and significant influence on economic behavior in dumpling business children in Pariaman City. This study highlights the role of family economics education in encouraging logical or planned economic behavior and opens space for further research into other factors currently not covered in the research paradigm.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan inovasi dan keberlanjutan usaha bordir dan sulaman di Kota Pariaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis fenomenologi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah wirausaha usaha bordir dan sulaman di Kota Pariaman. Keberlanjutan usaha dapat dilihat dari indikator profit, people, dan planet. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar observasi partisipasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen yang  terdokumentasi. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian, yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data kualitatif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi menjadi faktor penting dalam keberlanjutan suatu usaha.Bentuk inovasi yang dilakukan oleh wirausaha bordir dan sulaman adalah inovasi produk berupa motif, bahan dan warna; inovasi proses berupa penggunaan mesin bordir; inovasi pasar dan layanan berupa pemasaran secara online dengan menggunakan media sosial. Dampak inovasi  terhadap keberlanjutan usaha bordir dan sulaman adalah produk banyak disukai pelanggan, konsumen bertambah, penghasilan meningkat, keuntungan meningkat dan usaha berkelanjutan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Inovasi sangat penting untuk keberlanjutan usaha bordir dan sulaman

Abstract

Danau Maninjau merupakan sumber kehidupan dan penghidupan bagi masyarakat setempat. Aktivitas perikanan yang dilakukan di Danau Maninjau saat ini menggunakan teknik Karamba Jaring Apung (KJA), dengan pemeliharaan ikan mas dan ikan nila. Namun, perkembangan KJA yang sangat pesat ini menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan, diantaranya ikan yang ada di permukaan mati secara massal dikarenakan kehabisan oksigen dan keracunan. Air Danau Maninjau pun menimbulkan bau busuk dan mengganggu kehidupan masyarakat sekitar. Berdasarkan fenomena ini, tentunya secara bertahap perlu dipikirkan langkah dapat mengurangi ketergantungan masnyarakat pada usaha KJA. Solusi yang dapat diberikan yaitu dengan membuat program pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat setempat agar dapat beralih dari KJA ke sektor usaha lain melalui program pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan berupa kegiatan pelatihan penguasaan keterampilan baru kepada kelompok masyarakat, yaitu sablon baju kaos tema khas Danau Maninjau serta pelatihan pendampingan tata rias kecantikan. Tim pengabdian juga memberikan pelatihan serta pendampingan pembuatan media promosi untuk produk dan jasa yang dihasilkan.

Abstract

Maju Bersama Mandiri Fishermen's Group Galapung Tanjung Sani, Tanjung Raya, Agam Regency is unable to: 1) Carry out magot cultivation to improve the family's economy as well as an effort to reduce the amount of waste, 2) Carry out magot processing as an alternative fish feed in order to increase family economy. Based on the urgent needs of the Maju Bersama Mandiri Fishermen's Group Galapung Tanjung Sani, Tanjung Raya, Agam Regency, for them Lake Maninjau is the main source of livelihood and economy for their families (Lake Maninjau is one of the critical lakes which is a super priority lake to be saved through the government's revitalization program ). So the solution offered to solve the problem of the Maju Bersama Mandiri Fishermen's Group Galapung Tanjung Sani, Tanjung Raya, Agam Regency is: 1) Workshop and assistance in magot cultivation as a green economy solution in the context of revitalizing save maninjau, 2) Workshop and assistance in processing magot into alternative fish food as a green economy solution in the context of revitalizing save maninjau The targets to be achieved through this PKM activity are as follows: 1) 20 fishermen who are members of Maju Bersama Mandiri Fishermen's Group Galapung Tanjung Sani, Tanjung Raya, Agam Regency are able to carry out magot cultivation as a green economy solution in the context of revitalizing save maninjau, 2) 20 fishermen who are members of Maju Bersama Mandiri Fishermen's Group Galapung Tanjung Sani, Tanjung Raya, Agam Regency are able to process magot into alternative fish food as a green economy solution in the context of revitalizing save maninjau.
