Abstract

Dalam mengevaluasi prestasi guru di era society, perlu dinilai beberapa hal seperti kemampuan guru dalam menghadapi tantangan dan perubahan, pemanfaatan teknologi dan sumber daya digital dalam pembelajaran, kemampuan dalam mendorong siswa untuk mengembangkan keterampilan 21st century, kemampuan dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang inklusif dan beragam, kemampuan dalam mengintegrasikan isu-isu global dan multikultural dalam kurikulum, kemampuan dalam membantu siswa mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kreatif, kemampuan dalam mendukung siswa dalam mengatasi stres dan tekanan mental, kemampuan dalam berkolaborasi dengan orang tua dan komunitas, kemampuan dalam menilai dan merespons kebutuhan individual siswa, serta kemampuan dalam mengukur keberhasilan siswa dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran

Abstract

The research's main objective is to measure the decision of generation Z in North Bekasi City to use the ShopeePay digital wallet which is influenced by financial literacy, perceived benefits, perceived convenience, and income. This study used quantitative methods with purposive sampling techniques and a total sample of 145 respondents. Using the structural equity model (SEM) – SmartPLS 4.0. The results of this study provide an explanation that the variables perceived benefits, perceived convenience, and income have a positive effect on the decision to use the ShopeePay digital wallet in generation Z in North Bekasi City. However, the financial literacy variable has no effect on the decision to use the ShopeePay digital wallet.

Abstract

Technological developments in the Society 5.0 era have had complex effects on students’ morality, one of which is the emergence of a moral crisis in the school environment. This study aims to describe the management of spiritual guidance at Nurani Private High School as an effort to address the moral crisis among students in this era. The method used is qualitative, with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation involving the principal, teachers, and students. The results of the study indicate that spiritual guidance at this school is implemented systematically through the stages of planning, implementation, and evaluation, focusing on strengthening students’ religious values and character. Although there are challenges in the form of the negative influence of digital technology, spiritual guidance has proven effective in fostering discipline, responsibility, and ethical communication among students. However, improvements are needed in program evaluation and parental involvement to optimize these efforts. This study underscores the importance of adaptive and sustainable spiritual guidance management in shaping students’ character so they can behave morally in the digital age

Abstract

The Community Service Program (Kuliah Kerja Nyata / KKN) represents a practical implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, particularly in fostering community engagement and empowerment. This study aims to analyze the role of the KKN program in improving Islamic financial literacy among micro-enterprise actors. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, allowing for an in-depth understanding of participants’ experiences and program impact. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, involving six informants consisting of micro-enterprise actors and student participants. The findings indicate that the KKN program plays a significant role in enhancing participants’ understanding of fundamental Islamic financial concepts. These include basic financial management, simple bookkeeping practices, and the application of ethical business values such as honesty (shiddiq), trustworthiness (amanah), fairness (‘adl), and transparency. The educational approach adopted by students is participatory and contextual, enabling micro-enterprise actors to easily comprehend and directly apply the knowledge in their daily business activities. Furthermore, the program contributes to increasing awareness of the importance of separating personal and business finances, planning cash flow, and avoiding practices that contradict Islamic principles, such as riba (interest).
