Abstract

Field surveys were used in this Community Service initiative to gain further understanding of customer preferences, market trends, and areas of improvement needed by their companies. The devotion team managed to obtain important information from customers and business owners during the initial interviews to analyze the problems faced. A number of solutions were created to improve Angkringan's business performance once the problems were identified. Improvements in finance, marketing, promotion, expansion of premises and facilities, better sales strategies, product innovation, better customer service, and customer relationship maintenance are some examples of such actions. It is expected that these activities will improve service quality, increase customer satisfaction, and increase market share. This will help the business stay relevant and compete in a competitive market while enhancing customer relationships and improving overall business performance.

Abstract

The purpose of investing is to make a profit. The millennial generation is a generation that knows a lot about finance and tends to be good at managing their money and can anticipate financial problems in the future. This study aims to see how financial literacy and financial technology affect a person's investment decisions, especially an employee in determining the form of investment. The population used is all employees in the Bekasi area. The data source for this study uses primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires using Google Form. The sampling technique using the Lemeshow formula on the millennial generation in the Bekasi area received 192 questionnaires with Linkert scale measurements. The research conducted by the researcher is to measure the positive influence of several indicators on each variable in it using a statistical test tool with Partial Least Square (PLS) using SmartPLS software. The results of the research conducted show that the financial literacy variable is a factor that significantly influences individual investment decisions, in addition, the financial technology variable also influences individual decisions to invest.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi mempengaruhi prilaku generasi milenial dan generasi Z dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi. Peralihan masa transisi pra-digital ke digital yang di rasakan generasi milenial membuat generasi milenial beradaptasi dengan teknologi. Sebaliknya, Generasi Z cenderung bergantung pada platform digital seperti aplikasi investasi, robot penasihat (robo-advisors), dan berbagai alat teknologi finansial. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan menunjukan bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh dari literasi investasi, digitalisasi dan herding behavior terhadap keputusan investasi generasi milenial dan generasi Z di Kabupaten Bekasi. penelitian ini menggunakan metode probability sampling dengan teknik cluster sampling dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa literasi investasi dan digitalisasi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan investasi, sementara herding behavior tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan investasi generasi milenial dan generasi Z.
