Abstract

Soapnuts or commonly called soapnuts are plants with seeds used in traditional detergents, consisting of 75% flesh and 25% seeds. The advantage of this plant is that it can be used as a raw material for making detergent. The method used in this community service activity is in collaboration with the PKK group in Pekon Kubu Perahu, Balik Bukit District, West Lampung Regency, which consists of 20 members. This activity is a socialization about the dangers of conventional soap, the active compound content of soapnuts, training in manufacturing techniques and the production process of processing soapnuts into liquid soap. The result of this service is the processing of soapnuts into liquid laundry soap, providing a positive impact on PKK mothers in Pekon Kubu Perahu, namely they can make their own environmentally friendly and safe laundry soap. Soapnuts are plants that contain chemical compounds with bioactivity as antibacterials. The conclusion of this service activity is that through socialization and direct practice, PKK mothers can learn the benefits of using soapnuts in making economical and environmentally friendly liquid laundry soap.

Abstract

This study aims to describe effective leadership in the digital era to discover the challenges and strategies. The method used is literature study by reading, writing, analyzing, and summarizing. The data sources used are literature sources, namely books and journals related to research topics. The data analysis technique uses content analysis. Content analysis is used to research the most relevant, relevant, and quite relevant literature. Then, a study was carried out by looking at the year of publication from the most up-to-date, up-to-date, to not up-to-date but having substance related to this research. Then, the researcher reads the abstract, which will then be researched and recorded in detail by the researcher. This research results in effective leadership oriented towards data-based decision-making and wisdom is a solution for leadership in the digital era. The strategies formulated are (1) strengthening the quality of human resources, (2) improving facilities and infrastructure, (3) making decisions based on qualitative and quantitative data, and (4) acting wisely in facing challenges. Effective leadership is one of the solutions of leadership types in answering challenges in the digital era.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the balance between physical skill development and moral development in sports education through the perspective of educational philosophy. Sport education often focuses more on improving physical skills and athletic performance, so that aspects of students' moral development, such as sportsmanship, social responsibility and ethics, are often neglected. Based on a literature review and analysis of educational philosophy, especially from the thoughts of John Dewey and Aristotle, this study found that sports education based on holistic philosophical principles can serve as an effective medium for moral character building in addition to physical development. The study also explores how sport education management can design programs that are balanced between physical and moral dimensions, through the integration of moral values into the curriculum and sport practices. In addition, this study reveals the limitations of implementing this balance in many educational institutions, which often emphasize achievement over character development. The findings suggest that effective sport education not only develops physically competent students, but also ethical and socially responsible individuals. The study concludes with recommendations to strengthen the training of sport teachers and coaches in integrating moral values into physical learning.

Abstract

In the context of increasing demands for quality assurance and continuous improvement in education, Shewhart charts, originally developed for industrial processes, have found applications beyond manufacturing. Shewhart control charts, also known as statistical process control (SPC) charts, serve as valuable tools for monitoring and controlling processes by distinguishing between common and special cause variation. This literature review explores the application of Shewhart charts in the field of educational quality control, highlighting their potential to improve decision-making processes, identify trends, and enhance educational outcomes.

Abstract

Berdasarkan Kemendikbudristek No. 56/M/2022, projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila merupakan kegiatan kokurikuler berbasis projek yang dirancang untuk menguatkan upaya pencapaian kompetensi dan karakter sesuai dengan profil pelajar pancasila yang disusun berdasarkan Standar Kompetensi Lulusan.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengimplementasian projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila sekolah dasar negeri di Kecamatan Sumowono Kabupaten Semarang. Sekolah dasar yang peneliti pilih adalah 5% dari total keseluruhan sekolah dasar negeri di Kecamatan Sumowono Kabupaten Semarang. Metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif menggunakan analisis data yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan angket. Angket yang bersifat tertutup dan responden hanya mengisi ya atau tidak. Responden yang mengisi angket adalah guru penggerak atau kepala sekolah di sekolah dasar negeri tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan implementasi projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila SD Negeri di Kecamatan Sumowono Kabupaten Semarang sudah 80,2% terlaksana. Jadi implementasi projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila sekolah dasar negeri di Kecamatan Sumowono Kabupaten Semarang sudah dikategorikan sangat baik
