Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi yang dinamis, organisasi menghadapi kompleksitas yang semakin meningkat. Kemampuan organisasi dalam mengelola komunikasi internal dan eksternal menjadi kritis untuk efisiensi dan keberlanjutan. Artikel ini mengeksplorasi teori komunikasi organisasi sebagai kerangka konseptual untuk menganalisis, memahami, dan merancang strategi komunikasi efektif dalam konteks organisasional. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini memaparkan teori komunikasi organisasi utama, seperti komunikasi vertikal dan horizontal, fungsi komunikasi, dan proses komunikasi. Hasil penelitian memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang dinamika komunikasi organisasi, mengidentifikasi hambatan-hambatan seperti gangguan, kepentingan, motivasi, dan prasangka. Artikel ini juga membahas pendekatan makro, mikro, dan individual dalam memahami komunikasi organisasi serta menguraikan perkembangan teori komunikasi organisasi dari pendekatan klasik hingga postmodernisme. Pemahaman teori ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi signifikan bagi praktisi, akademisi, dan pengambil keputusan dalam mengoptimalkan proses komunikasi, meningkatkan kinerja, dan menghadapi perubahan dengan adaptif.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of TVRI in maintaining interreligious harmony in Indonesia. As a public broadcasting institution, TVRI is expected to play a strategic role in building and preserving harmony among religious communities within a multicultural society. The results show that TVRI has actively presented programs that emphasize the values of diversity and interreligious tolerance. These programs include coverage of religious activities from various denominations, interfaith dialogues, and educational broadcasts that encourage mutual understanding among religious communities. In addition, TVRI provides space for the representation of all religions present in Indonesia. However, there are several limitations in TVRI’s role, such as the limited duration of coverage related to religious diversity compared to other news coverage, which may cause some audiences to be less interested in watching these broadcasts for extended periods. Furthermore, some programs may lack depth in addressing more complex issues of religious diversity. Therefore, improvements in both the quality and quantity of such programs are needed so that TVRI can be more effective in maintaining interreligious harmony. This study concludes that TVRI plays a significant role in maintaining interreligious harmony in Indonesia.

Abstract

The development of TikTok as a digital promotional space has shifted consumer public opinion formation from one-way message exposure to two-way interactions in the comments section. This study aims to analyze how consumer public opinion is formed through influencer content on the TikTok account @dunianadia discussing StudioSaja services. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach by analyzing 294 comments on a single relevant uploaded video, supported by literature on influencer marketing, digital communication, and agenda setting. The results show that audience responses are concentrated in three main tendencies: seeking further information about prices, locations, and photo results; expressions of interest in the service; and testimonials from users who have used StudioSaja services. In addition, the practice of tagging friends shows that the comments section is not only a space for responses but also a vehicle for interpersonal information dissemination. The novelty of this study lies in its positioning of the TikTok comments section as an arena for digital public opinion formation, not simply as a complement to promotional content. Theoretically, these findings expand the application of agenda setting in social media by showing that influencers not only direct audience attention through videos but also trigger the reproduction of issues in comment interactions. Practically, this study emphasizes the importance of information transparency in promotional content to build trust and encourage consumer engagement.
