Abstract

This study aims to address the practice of preventing religious resistance through open teaching at Bali Bina Insani Islamic Educational Institution (LPI-BBI). The issue was addressed using qualitative research with data collection methods including interviews and documentation. The collected data were analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study show that the practice of preventing religious resistance through open teaching at LPI-BBI is carried out by adopting an open attitude, including employing Hindu teachers and staff. These Hindu teachers are actively involved in the teaching and learning process at LPI-BBI. This practice is rooted in the mindset that, in the context of religious diversity, harmony must be maintained, and religious resistance must be prevented. Open teaching is practiced as a strategy to prevent religious resistance, fostering a harmonious coexistence with the predominantly non-Muslim community in the area. Consequently, teachers and students in the institution exhibit tolerance, as reflected in their daily attitudes and behaviors within the institution. LPI-BBI is also well-received by the surrounding community, which predominantly adheres to Hinduism. This approach is significant and worthy of replication in other schools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi transformasi kualitas pelayanan dan pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan fokus pada PT Pos Indonesia Kantor Cabang Garut. Melalui data yang dikumpulkan dari hasil uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan korelasi antara kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan, serta dukungan dari literatur yang dikutip, penelitian ini menguraikan pentingnya kualitas pelayanan dalam konteks menjaga kepuasan pelanggan. Ditemukan bahwa meskipun PT Pos Indonesia Kantor Cabang Garut belum mencapai tingkat optimal dalam pelayanan, namun terdapat hubungan yang kuat dan positif antara kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan, sesuai dengan koefisien korelasi yang signifikan. Hasil perhitungan juga menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan memiliki kontribusi sebesar 41% terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang belum diteliti. Dengan demikian, temuan penelitian ini menggarisbawahi urgensi transformasi kualitas pelayanan dalam mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan, memberikan masukan berharga bagi PT Pos Indonesia Kantor Cabang Garut untuk meningkatkan layanan mereka demi mencapai tingkat kepuasan pelanggan yang lebih tinggi.

Abstract

The current environmental changes as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and entering the "new normal era" require companies to adapt business and marketing strategies that are appropriate and effective. Companies should formulate appropriate marketing strategies to gain competitive advantages and win the market. The purpose of this research is to determine the role of the external and internal environments in marketing strategy formulation and its impact on sales performance. This research is conducted by using descriptive and explanatory survey methods. The tool of analysis is the structural equation model. The unit of analysis is the creative industry in Bandung, while the unit of observation is the management. The sampling technique used is stratified random sampling. The characteristics are measured from each respondent's external environment, internal environment, marketing strategy, and sales performance. The results show that the external environment as well as the internal environment affect marketing strategy and sales performance significantly
