Abstract

This research discusses determining the hierarchy of service centers in North Labuhanbatu Regency with a quantitative approach using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), Gravity Analysis, Scalogram and Centrality Index methods. The secondary data used was obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of North Labuhanbatu Regency. This approach provides objective results in determining the priorities of service centers in the region. The research results show that there is a level of diversity in facilities in each sub-district, with Kualuh Selatan sub-district having the most facilities. Apart from that, the frequency of the existence of facilities also influences the centrality index and determining the hierarchy of service centers. These findings provide insight for local governments in more effective and efficient development planning.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the realization of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) on economic growth in Medan City, as well as to identify factors that influence the effectiveness of APBD realization and the challenges faced by the Medan City Government in realizing the budget. The research method used is a quantitative approach, which aims to test the causal relationship between the independent variable (APBD realization) and the dependent variable (economic growth). The data used in this study are secondary data in the form of figures or statistical data obtained from the annual reports of the Medan City Government and the Medan City Central Statistics Agency (BPS) for the period 2001-2023. This data includes information on the realization of the regional revenue and expenditure budget and the PDRB of Medan City as an indicator of economic growth. To analyze the data, the multiple linear regression method was used through the Eviews application, which allows testing the simultaneous influence between APBD realization and economic growth. The results of this study are expected to provide a deeper understanding of how APBD management affects economic growth in Medan City, as well as the factors that influence the effectiveness of regionalbudgetimplementation.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak kependudukan terhadap tingkat fertilitas di Indonesia. Kependudukan yang cepat dan tidak terkendali dapat memberikan tekanan pada sumber daya alam, ekonomi, dan sosial. Faktor-faktor seperti pendidikan, pendapatan, akses terhadap layanan kesehatan, dan peran wanita dalam masyarakat dapat memengaruhi tingkat fertilitas. Meskipun telah terjadi penurunan tingkat fertilitas dalam beberapa dekade terakhir, tantangan dalam menurunkannya masih ada. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis data untuk mengumpulkan dan menganalisis informasi terkait tingkat fertilitas di Indonesia. Data yang dikumpulkan mencakup aspek demografis, sosial, dan ekonomi. Analisis ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat fertilitas di Indonesia dan untuk memahami hubungan antara kependudukan dan tingkat fertilitas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana indeks pembangunan manusia dan tingkat pengangguran terbuka terhadap jumlah penduduk miskin di Kabupaten Labuhanbatu. Data yang digunakan adalah data time series yaitu dari tahun 2014-2023 dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda, dimana variabel dependennya adalah penduduk miskin, dan variabel dependennya adalah indeks pembangunan manusia dan tingkat pengangguran terbuka. Data ini kemudian diestimasi dengan model persamaan Ordinary Least Square (OLS ) menggunakan alat bantu program eviews. Hasil analisis menunjukkan indeks pembangunan manusia berpengaruh negatif terhadap penduduk miskin di Kabupaten Labuhanbatu, sedangkan tingkat pengangguran terbuka berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap penduduk miskin di Kabupaten Labuhanbatu.
