Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become an essential tool in the world of management for decision-making. This article examines the ways in which AI can be used to improve the quality and speed of decision-making, and how AI can improve the operational efficiency of companies. In addition, this article also examines the challenges and opportunities that companies face in adopting AI.In the rapidly evolving digital era, AI has become an essential component of modern business strategies. Today's managers are often faced with the challenge of analyzing very large and complex volumes of data. To make good and timely decisions, AI offers a potential solution with fast and precise data analysis capabilities.The use of AI in decision-making involves machine learning algorithms and models to efficiently process and analyze large amounts of data. This helps managers gain deeper and more accurate insights, enabling more effective decision-making.

Abstract

The primary objective of this study is to examine how productquality and price influence customer loyalty using customer satisfaction among Madame Gie Official Shop's Shopee consumers. The research methodology employed is quantitative to establish the significance of relationships between the variables under investigation. The population for this study consists of all customers of Madame Gie Official Shop on Shopee. The sample size is 100 individuals selected through purposive sampling.The respondents are females aged at least 17 years, who have made a minimum of 2 purchases on Madame Gie Official Shop's Shopee page. Data was collected using observation, questionnaires, analyzed through path analysis. Results show significant partial impacts of product quality and price on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, with product quality and price affecting customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dinamika kolaborasi sumber daya manusia (SDM) dan pemberdayaan perempuan usaha dalam ekosistem Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) melalui pendekatan bibliometrik sistematis. Studi ini dilatarbelakangi oleh meningkatnya peran perempuan dalam sektor UMKM dan pentingnya kolaborasi SDM dalam membangun ekosistem kewirausahaan yang inklusif, namun integrasi ketiga aspek tersebut masih terfragmentasi dalam literatur ilmiah. Metode yang digunakan adalah bibliometrik sistematis dengan tahapan PRISMA terhadap artikel yang terindeks di Scopus, Web of Science, dan Google Scholar periode 2014–2025. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan teknik science mapping melalui VOSviewer dan Bibliometrix untuk mengkaji tren publikasi, co-authorship, co-citation, analisis kata kunci, serta identifikasi research gap. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan publikasi sejak 2020 dengan dominasi tema women entrepreneurship, innovation, dan SME development. Kolaborasi penelitian masih terkonsentrasi di negara maju, sementara kontribusi negara berkembang relatif terbatas. Struktur intelektual literatur didominasi klaster ekosistem kewirausahaan, kewirausahaan perempuan, dan inovasi UMKM, namun belum secara eksplisit mengintegrasikan kolaborasi SDM dalam kerangka pemberdayaan perempuan usaha. Ditemukan tiga research gap utama: gap konseptual, kontekstual, dan metodologis. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pemetaan literatur secara sistematis serta menawarkan integrasi multidisiplin sebagai dasar pengembangan model kebijakan pemberdayaan perempuan usaha yang kolaboratif, inklusif, dan berkelanjutan dalam memperkuat ekosistem UMKM di era digital
