Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership on empowerment in employees of Pondok Jati Mother and Child Clinic, Sidoarjo analyzing the influence of transformational leadership on employee work behavior of Pondok Jati Mother and Child Clinic, Sidoarjo; The data analysis method uses Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results showed that transformational leadership had a significant and positive effect on the empowerment of employees at Pondok Jati Mother and Child Clinic, Sidoarjo, transformational leadership had a significant and positive effect on work behavior of Pondok Jati, Mother and Child Clinic employees, Sidoarjo, transformational leadership had no significant and influential effect on positively on the performance of employees of the Pondok Jati, Sidoarjo Mother and Child Clinic, empowerment has no significant effect and positively influences on the performance of the Pondok Jati, Sidoarjo Mother and Child employees, work behavior has a significant and positive effect on the performance of the Pondok Jati, Mother and Child Clinic employees, Sidoarjo.

Abstract

As one of the brands in the coffee shop industry, Dagoda Coffee has maintained its market presence amid the competitive coffee shop industry in Jakarta. However, according to Ario, the owner of Dagoda Coffee, the marketing communication strategies implemented so far have not effectively built brand awareness for Dagoda Coffee. In this era where information is increasingly limitless, facilitating businesses to reach a broader audience, formulating marketing communication strategies to enhance brand awareness would greatly benefit Dagoda Coffee's business activities. The aim of this research is to investigate and propose effective marketing communication strategies for Dagoda Coffee in building brand awareness in the digital media realm. The research methodology employed in this study is qualitative descriptive research, encompassing interviews, observations, and data analysis. Based on the research findings, several proposed strategies are identified for Dagoda Coffee to build brand awareness in the digital media realm, considering factors such as brand exposure, customer engagement, and viral marketing.

Abstract

This survey is a quantitative survey that was conducted with a sample of 55 employees from PT Jaya Abadi Denpasar utilizing the total sample/saturated sample/census approach. The goal of this study was to identify and assess the influence of leadership style and job motivation on job satisfaction and performance among employees of PT Jaya Abadi Denpasar. The results of the validity tests are valid, the results of the reliability tests are reliable, the results of the normality tests are the normal distribution of the study data, and the heteroscedasticity tests do not reveal any heteroscedasticity. A multicollinearity test reveals that there is no multicollinearity. The following are the study's findings, based on data analysis and discussion: 1. Leadership style has a major influence on employee work satisfaction at PT Jaya Abadi Denpasar. 2. Work motivation has a significant influence on employee work satisfaction at PT Jaya Abadi Denpasar. Job satisfaction has a substantial influence on staff performance at PT Jaya Abadi Denpasar. 4. The management style of PT Jaya Abadi Denpasar has a significant impact on staff performance. 5. Work motivation has a significant influence on the performance of employees at PT Jaya Abadi Denpasar. 6. In PT Jaya Abadi Denpasar, leadership style has a substantial impact on staff performance via work satisfaction. 7. Job satisfaction at PT Jaya Abadi Denpasar has a major influence on staff performance.

Abstract

This research analyzes how Recruitment Channel and Gender affect Employee Performance with Placement as an intervening variable. This study used a quantitative method design with 34 saturated samples taken from PT. SJI Surabaya, Indonesia. The data collection in this study was primary data, and the instrument used was a self-administered questionnaire addressed to 34 respondents of PT SJI Surabaya, Indonesia, consisting of 4 variables, namely recruitment channel, gender, placement, and employee performance. Data analyses used SEM SmartPLS-3. The results indicate that gender is not a direct determinant of employees' performance, but it affects placement considerably. Placement influences performance significantly and thus might be an intervening variable in the performance-gender relationship. Recruitment channels do not significantly influence either employee performance or placement. Strong points of this study include the application of Organizational Psychology theory to understand the relation of variables, thus giving a sound conceptual framework in the context of the Indonesian Industry. This is a study that will try to provide insight for companies in managing gender diversity and the recruitment process. Results from the present study have highlighted placement into jobs, which should take into consideration the individual characteristics and demands of a particular job and vice versa, while implementing diversity and inclusion management will create a favorable working environment that actually enhances employee performance.

Abstract

Kemajuan di era digital telah mengubah secara signifikan cara operasional bisnis, termasuk dalam sektor Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Teknologi digital memberikan potensi besar untuk meningkatkan efisiensi kerja, memperluas jangkauan pasar, dan memperkuat daya saing UMKM di pasar. Meski demikian banyak UMKM masih menghadapi kendala seperti keterbatasan sumber daya, minimnya pemahaman teknologi, dan akses ke jaringan bisnis yang lebih luas. Dalam konteks ini, pengusaha wanita memiliki potensi besar untuk menjadi mitra strategis bagi UMKM. Artikel ini membahas bagaimana pengusaha wanita dapat berperan aktif dalam mendorong UMKM memanfaatkan teknologi digital. Dengan melakukan kolaborasi, pengusaha wanita dapat membantu UMKM mengatasi hambatan, seperti memperkenalkan solusi digital, membangun jejaring usaha yang lebih luas, serta memberikan inspirasi dan dukungan bagi pengembangan usaha. Penelitian ini turut mengungkap berbagai tantangan utama yang dihadapi oleh wirausaha perempuan, antara lain kesulitan dalam mengakses modal, minimnya literasi digital, serta hambatan sosial dan budaya yang kerap mereka alami. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pengusaha wanita mampu menjadi penggerak transformasi digital UMKM jika didukung dengan kebijakan yang tepat, pelatihan yang memadai, dan ekosistem usaha yang inklusif. Artikel ini memberikan rekomendasi strategis untuk memperkuat kolaborasi antara pengusaha wanita dan UMKM demi mewujudkan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan di era digital.

Abstract

This research is important to carry out because there is still little research that discusses the impact of collaboration between content marketing and influencer marketing on consumer buying interest, especially in the small and medium enterprise (SME) sector such as CV Albaik Adem Sejahtera. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach with a literature review to analyze the impact of digital marketing strategies through collaboration between content marketing and influencers on consumer buying interest at CV Albaik Adem Sejahtera. This research aims to provide an in-depth overview of the synergy influence of content marketing and influencers in building consumer buying interest, by relying on relevant secondary data. The research results showed that A digital strategy that integrates content marketing and influencer marketing has proven effective in increasing consumer buying interest at CV Albaik Adem Sejahtera. This approach successfully increases brand awareness through relevant content promoted by credible influencers, while building emotional connections with consumers through educational and entertaining material. In addition, collaboration with influencers who are in line with brand values strengthens the company's positive image and increases consumer confidence in the product. The combination of consistent marketing content and authentic reviews from influencers significantly drives consumer buying interest. In conclusion, this strategy also contributes to increasing customer loyalty, creating consumers who not only buy the product but also recommend the brand to others, thereby strengthening business sustainability. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the practice of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) in supporting sustainable organizational development. GHRM refers to the integration of sustainability principles in human resource management functions, such as green recruitment, eco-friendly training, and ecology-based performance assessment. This study uses a qualitative approach with literature studies and case studies on several organizations that have implemented GHRM. The findings show that the practice of GHRM is able to increase employee environmental awareness, operational efficiency, and a positive organizational image. In addition, GHRM contributes significantly to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through strengthening the organization's pro-environmental culture. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of the strategic role of the HR function in supporting the transition to an environmentally sound and long-term competitive organization.

Abstract

Tujuan riset ini yaitu guna melakukan analisis dan mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, motivasi serta komunikasi terkait kinerja karyawan PT Sumber Anugerah Utama dengan cara sebagian maupun simultan. Kategori penelitian ini yaitu asosiatif kasual dan menggunakan pendekatan secara kuantitatif. Metode sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sample jenuh (teknik non-probabilitas dimana semua anggota populasi dijadikan sample). Dan populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 109 orang menggunakan cara analisis data diaplikasikan yaitu regresi linear berganda. Dari hasil terlihat Variabel Budaya Organisasi (X1) mempunyai pengaruh secara sebagian terkait Kinerja Karyawan nilai thitung 3,708 < T tabel 1.98260 serta angka signifikansi yakni 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti Budaya Organisasi mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan PT Sumber Anugerah Utama. Variabel Motivasi (X2) tidak mempunyai pengaruh dengan cara parsial terkait Kinerja Karyawan nilai thitung 0,073 > T tabel 1.98260 dan nilai signifikansi 0,483 > 0,05 yang artinya Motivasi tidak mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan PT Sumber Anugerah Utama. Variabel Komunikasi (X3) mempunyai pengaruh dengan cara parsial terkait Kinerja Karyawan angka thitung 2,449 < T tabel 1.98260 serta angka signifikansi yakni 0,016 < 0,05 yang artinya Komunikasi mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan PT Sumber Anugerah Utama. Variabel Kineja Karyawan (Y) berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Budaya Organisasi (X1) Motivasi (X2) dan Komunikasi (X3). Dimana nilai fhitung = 72,636 > dari F tabel 3,08 mempunyai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 artinya signifikan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Sumber Anugerah Utama secara bersama-sama.
