Abstract

The combination of Green Marketing and Green Products on purchasing decisions for J.CO Donuts & Coffee (Maju Bersama Branch" is the topic of this research. This type of research is quantitative. The generalization area consists of objects or subjects that have certain qualities and characteristics applied by researchers, with an average of 427/month. People are the research population. This research uses a purposive sampling technique, which requires selecting samples based on predetermined standards. The number of samples in this research is 81 people which is determined using the Slovin formula. SPSS 26 is used in this research to process data, such as instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. According to hypothesis testing, it is used to individually test the significance of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable with an alpha value = 0.05%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Pengaruh Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan, Kepribadian Wirausaha dan Faktor Eksternal Terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha Pada Z Suites Hotel. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan asosiatif yaitu pendekatan dengan menggunakan dua atau lebih variabel guna mengetahui hubungan atau pengaruh yang satu dengan yang lain. Populasi Penelitian ini adalah Tamu Hotel Z Suite Medan Periode Januari 2022 sampai dengan Desember 2022 berjumlah 2360 orang. Sampel diperoleh dari hasil perhitungan menggunakan teknik Simple Ran-dom Sampling sebesar 96 orang. Proses pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan melakukan wawancara (Observasi) dan Kuesioner. Pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t, dan koefisien determinasi (R2). Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan Uji Instrumen, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Statistik dan Uji Hipotesis. Berdasarkan dari uji penelitian yang dilakukan maka diperuleh hasil: (1) Pengetauan Kewirausahaan tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan ter-hadap Keberhasilan Usaha pada Z Suites Hotel Medan. (2) Kepribadian Kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap signifikan terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha pada Z Suites Hotel Medan. (3) Faktor Eksternal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha pada Z Suites Hotel Medan. (4) Berdasarkan hasil, diperoleh Fhitung > Ftabel (907,025 > 2,701), dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 yang merupakan hasil yang lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Secara simultan variabel independen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen. Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan, Kepribadian Kewirausahaan dan Faktor Eksternal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of financial management and Corporate Governance Mechanisms on the financial performance of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX between 2018-2021. The sampling process through purposive sampling method, 73 companies were selected in 3 years, with 37 research samples. The results show the significance of Financial Management (0.000 < 0.05) and Corporate Governance (0.020 < 0.05), confirming their influence on financial performance. The F test also corroborates these findings with a Sig value (0.000 < 0.05), indicating that financial management and Corporate Governance together have a significant effect on the company's financial performance. Thus, this study provides a deeper understanding of the importance of financial management and Corporate Governance in improving the financial performance of manufacturing companies.
