ABSTRAK Stunting merupakan masalah serius yang dihadapi dunia. WHO menyebutkan terdapat 148,1 juta atau 22,3 % anak-anak di bawah usia 5 tahun di seluruh dunia terkena stunting, 52% dari total Global ada di benua Asia dan 43% dari total global ada di Afrika. Di Indonesia terdapat 4.7% dari total global anak-anak yang mengalami mengalami stunting. Dari Pengabdian Masyarakat ini dengan memberikan Pelatihan Peer Education (PE) bagi Remaja di SMA St. Ignatius Kabupaten Mimika. Metode palaksanaan Pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunaka “Peer Tutor” dengan 4 tahapan yaitu Perencanaan, pelaksanaan, Observasi dan Evaluasi yang dilakukan pada 18 Siswa/i SMA. Pelaksanaan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini berhasil dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan Siswa/i terhadap Stunting. Menunjukan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan responden mengalami peningkatan (100%). Berdasarkan hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan pada anak Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMS) ditemukan hasil bahwa terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan Remaja mengenai pencegahan stunting dan Remaja sebagai Peer Educator dapat menularkan pengetahuan yang dimilikinya pada teman sebaya, keluarga dan masyarakat dalam penerapan pencegahan stunting Kata Kunci: Peer Education, Peer Tutor, Stunting ABSTRACT Stunting is a serious problem facing the world.
