Abstract

The researcher will conduct a study entitled "Implications of Organizational Culture and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. 'X'. The population in this study were all employees of PT 'X', the number of samples used in the study followed the slovin formula, totaling 109 respondents. To obtain research results that are in accordance with the research objectives, the data analysis method uses multiple regression with two independent variables, namely Organizational Culture and Employee Discipline and one dependent variable, namely Employee Performance. The tools used are SPSS 24 for Windows. Based on research data that has been obtained from the results of an analysis regarding the influence of organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance at PT 'X' it is concluded the simultaneous test (f-test) this study concluded that together organizational culture and work discipline have implications for employee performance in a positive and significant way for employee performance at PT. 'X'.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education plays a crucial role in shaping students' religious character. The Adiwiyata Program, as an environmental initiative, is expected to integrate religious values and environmental awareness, thereby creating students who are not only concerned about the environment but also possess good moral character within the context of education in Indonesia. This study aims to describe the implementation of the Adiwiyata Program at SMP Negeri 2 Cilongok Banyumas and its relevance to students' religious character. The type of research conducted is field research using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/data verification. Based on the methods used, the research results indicate that the Adiwiyata Program at SMP Negeri 2 Cilongok Banyumas is related to students' religious character. The implementation of the Adiwiyata Program begins with planning, implementation, and evaluation. The implementation of the Adiwiyata Program at SMP Negeri 2 Cilongok Banyumas is related to students' religious character, which includes love for the environment, cooperation, and an environmentally friendly attitude (anti-violence), as evidenced by the Zero Plastic program and planting activities that foster love for the environment as a manifestation of preserving God's creation. Additionally, the Clean Friday activity serves as a tangible manifestation of religious teachings on mutual aid and cooperation in goodness. The healthy canteen initiative, which encourages the use of personal containers, aligns with religious commands to preserve, not damage, and be environmentally friendly. Overall, Adiwiyata is closely related to students' religious character.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi pendidikan karakter oleh Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam upaya menanggulangi kasus bullying di MTs Ma’arif NU 1 Cilongok, Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian meliputi guru PAI, guru BK, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kesiswaan dan kurikulum, kepala sekolah, serta siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PAI mengimplementasikan pendidikan karakter melalui empat strategi utama, yaitu: (1) keteladanan dalam sikap dan perilaku, (2) pembiasaan kegiatan keagamaan seperti tadarus, salat dhuha dan salat berjamaah, (3) pembinaan moral dan nasihat baik secara klasikal maupun personal, serta (4) integrasi nilai karakter dalam proses pembelajaran. Upaya penanggulangan bullying dilakukan melalui deteksi dini, teguran edukatif, mediasi siswa dan kolaborasi dengan guru BK. Faktor pendukung implementasi meliputi budaya religius sekolah, kerja sama antarguru dan partisipasi orang tua, sedangkan hambatan yang dihadapi berasal dari pengaruh lingkungan luar, karakter siswa yang beragam, serta keterbatasan pengawasan di luar kelas. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pendidikan karakter yang diimplementasikan secara konsisten oleh guru PAI berperan signifikan dalam mengurangi perilaku bullying di lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

Pembelajaran Akidah Akhlak di sekolah masih menunjukkan keterbatasan dalam melibatkan peserta didik secara aktif selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Kondisi ini dipengaruhi oleh penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang cenderung satu arah, sehingga berdampak pada rendahnya motivasi belajar peserta didik. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pemanfaatan media pembelajaran yang inovatif dan berbasis teknologi untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan menyenangkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan platform educaplay sebagai media pembelajaran dalam mata pelajaran Akidah Akhlak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis melalui tahapan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data diuji melalui triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Educaplay dimanfaatkan sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis gamifikasi yang digunakan dalam berbagai tahapan pembelajaran, mulai dari kegiatan awal hingga evaluasi. Penggunaan Educaplay dalam pembelajaran Akidah Akhlak memberikan gambaran mengenai keterlibatan peserta didik dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran, khususnya dalam merespons aktivitas pembelajaran yang disajikan.
