Abstract

This study describes the experience of a study tour conducted by the Faculty of Computer Science to the area of Mount Bromo, one of the famous tourist destinations in Indonesia. The aim of this study tour is to explore the tourism potential of Bromo's natural attractions and to gain deeper understanding of various aspects related to tourism development in the region. During the study tour, participants were given the opportunity to explore the beauty of Bromo's landscape, learn about the local culture, and interact with the local community. The results of this study tour are expected to provide valuable insights for the participants and contribute positively to the development of tourism potential in the Bromo area.

Abstract

This study aims to examine 1) the influence of principal leadership on teacher professionalism 2) the effect of work culture on teacher professionalism 3) the effect of organizational commitment on teacher professionalism 4). the influence of principal leadership, work culture, and organizational commitment to teacher professionalism. This study uses quantitative methods as a research method. This study shows that 1) principal leadership has no partial and insignificant effect on teacher professionalism with a value of t count <of t table or 1.972<1.9908 2) there is an effect that work culture has a partial and significant effect on teacher professionalism with the value of t count> from t table or 5,319> 1,988. 3) work commitment has a partial and significant effect on teacher professionalism with a value of t count> t table or 2.656. > 1,988. 4) there is an influence of leadership, work culture, and work commitment that have a simultaneous and significant effect on teacher professionalism with a value of f count> t table or 2.656. > 2.71.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of Islamic banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2021-2024 period using Non-Performing Financing (NPF) and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) indicators. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative approach with secondary data in the form of annual financial reports obtained from the official IDX website. The results show that, in general, all banks were able to maintain their NPF ratios in the healthy to very healthy category according to Bank Indonesia criteria. Bank Syariah Indonesia recorded a downward trend in NPF from 2.94% (2021) to 1.90% (2024), while Bank Aladin Syariah maintained a very low NPF in the range of 0-0.04%. BTPN Syariah and Bank Panin Dubai Syariah were in the healthy category despite experiencing fluctuations. Meanwhile, FDR performance showed variations: Bank Syariah Indonesia experienced a positive increase towards the optimal ratio (73.22%-84.85%), BTPN Syariah was consistently in the fairly healthy category, while Bank Aladin Syariah and Bank Panin Dubai Syariah experienced significant fluctuations indicating challenges in liquidity management.
