Abstract

Kemampuan tubuh seseorang untuk melaksanakan tugas dan pekerjaan sehari-hari tanpa mengalami kelelahan yang berarti, serta masih memiiki cadangan energi mempengaruhi performa peserta didik dalam pembelajaran. Mengetahui tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa adalah hal yang penting saat ini, hal ini dikarenakan dalam rangka menentukan program pendidikan jasmani yang tepat di masa yang akan datang serta dapat digunakan sebagai bahan analisis masalah yang terjadi pada peserta didik dalam pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kebugaran jasmani siswa kelas VI SD Negeri 2 Kebumen. Subyek dalam penelitian ini siswa kelas VI SD Negeri 2 Kebumen sebanyak 23 orang yang terdiri dari 13 Siswi dan 10 Siswa. Desain yang digunakan penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode total sampling. Tes Kebugaran Pelajar Nusantara 2022 rangkaian tes TKPN. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif melalui pengkategorian data. Hasil penelitian, peneliti menemukan bahwa tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa kelas 6 SDN 2 Kebumen diukur dengan TKPN 2022 diperoleh hasil rata-rata dari 23 siswa memiliki tingkat kebugaran jasmani yang “cukup”. Berdasarkan data yang didapat dari pelaksanaan TKPN yang kemudian dimasukan kedalam rumus perhitungan menghasilkan nilai 2,3 yang mengkategorikan tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa Kelas 6 Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Kebumen dalam kategori “cukup”, ini merupakan hasil yang kurang memuaskan. Kontribusi untuk penelitian selanjutnya yaitu meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani siswa bagi siswa yang memiliki hasil dibawah kategori “baik”, dan membuat program yang variatif bagi siswa yang memiliki tingkat kebugaran jasmani di atas kategori “baik”. Dan meningkatkan kesadaran siswa, wali murid, dan guru akan pentingnya kebugaran jasmani siswa dalam mendukung pertumbuhan, perkembangan, dan kemampuan siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran jasmani di sekolah dengan program pendidikan jasmani yang sesuai dengan situasi, kondisi anak serta lingkungan tempat tinggal anak.

Abstract

The Si Polgan application (Information System and Online Services of Krandegan Village) is an innovation initiated by the Krandegan Village Government to meet the community's needs regarding administrative services, particularly in population management, as the population increases, including the issuance of Certificate of Recognition of Birth. This application- based innovation can be accessed via Android smartphones. This research aims to analyze the attributes of application-based service innovations in the successful implementation of birth certificate issuance, as well as the driving and inhibiting factors of the Si Polgan application innovation in Krandegan Village. The application is analyzed using M. Rogers's innovation attributes theory to examine the research phenomenon and the supporting and inhibiting factors of implementing the Si Polgan application-based birth certificate issuance innovation, using Suwarno's theory. The research results indicate that the application-based Certificate of Recognition of Birth service innovation of Si Polgan in Krandegan Village is not yet optimal because it has not met the criteria of relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, triability, and observability. Supporting factors for this innovation include the desire for self-improvement, availability of facilities and infrastructure, freedom of expression, wise leadership, and a supportive environmental condition. However, there are inhibiting factors, such as administrative constraints, insufficient socialization, lack of rewards or incentives, and a culture of risk aversion.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the physical fitness of grade VI students of Elementary School 2 Kebumen. The method used is quantitative descriptive research with survey methods. The subjects in this study were 23 grade VI students of SD Negeri 2 Kebumen, consisting of 13 students and 10 students. The sampling method uses the total sampling method. Nusantara Student Fitness Test 2022 is a series of TKPN tests consisting of five tests, namely: (1) Body Mass Index Test The purpose of this test is to determine the status of body mass (2) V Sit Reach Test This test aims to measure the flexibility of the back muscles and hamstrings. (3) Sit Up 60s this test aims to measure the strength and endurance of the abdominal muscles. (4) Squat Trust 30 seconds, Squat thrust is a combination movement of changing body position from standing position, squatting then push up position and back standing. The goal is to measure the endurance ability of strength, body control, balance, coordination and agility.and (5) Pacer Test, the Progressive Aerobic Cardiovascular Endurance Run (PACER) Test is a progressive aerobic cardiovascular endurance test using alternating cardiovascular endurance at a distance of 20 meters with step speed increasing every minute following a predetermined rhythm. Based on the results of research and discussion, the researchers concluded that the physical fitness level of grade 6 students of State Elementary School 2 Kebumen as measured by TKPN 2022 obtained an average result of 23 students having a "Very Good" physical fitness level.
