Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengoptimalan dimensi kecakapan hidup abad ke-21 berdasarkan program sepak bola olahraga terpadu pada pendidikan jasmani penyandang cacat intelektual. Dimensi pendidikan abad ke-21 meliputi pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan karakter yang diintegrasikan ke dalam kecakapan hidup dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Hari ini konsep pendidikan untuk semua termasuk untuk kecacatan intelektual. Anak-anak dengan cacat intelektual, karakteristik fisiologis dan karakteristik psikologis ditandai oleh kecerdasan yang terbatas, sosial, dan fungsi mental lainnya. Dalam hal ini, perlu untuk memiliki program penanganan khusus untuk memecahkan masalah kecakapan hidup terutama dalam pendidikan jasmani untuk kecacatan intelektual. Program yang tidak pantas akan berdampak lebih kompleks pada kecakapan hidup kecacatan intelektual. Program pembentukan kecakapan hidup perlu diberikan dalam bentuk permainan olahraga, salah satunya adalah program sepakbola olahraga terpadu. Program terpadu ditandai oleh kecacatan intelektual dan kecacatan non-intelektual sebagai mitra dalam tim, dengan kecacatan intelektual tugas khusus anak sebagai pencetak gol dan pengumpan kecacatan non-intelektual. Program ini menyediakan eksplorasi diri untuk anak-anak cacat intelektual untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri setelah mencetak gol, dan bagi mitra untuk menghasilkan kepercayaan pada teman-teman (cacat intelektual). Berdasarkan catatan para ahli penelitian bahwa program sepak bola olahraga terpadu memiliki dampak positif pada perilaku, aktivitas pertemanan, kata sifat, termasuk faktor sosial, program adaptif, dan pengembangan individu pada kecacatan intelektual. Oleh karena itu, pembentukan kecakapan hidup berdasarkan program sepakbola olahraga terpadu cocok untuk digunakan pada kecacatan intelektual sebagai implementasi pendidikan jasmani abad ke-21.

Abstract

Aktivitas fisik pada disabilitas merupakan salah satu sasaran yang harus dioptimalkan oleh guru pendidikan jasmani adaktif (PJA), sehingga diperlukan instrumen sebagai sarana pengukuran secara berkala. Merujuk pada urgensi tersebut maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) menganalisis kebutuhan PJA terhadap instrumen kativitas fisik disabilitas; 2) Menganalisis ketersediaan instrumen aktivitas fisik disabilitas. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan studi kualitatif. Partisipan yang dilibatkan sebanyak 20 guru PJA. Instrumen penelitian menggunkan lembar wawancara tidak terstruktur dan dokumentasi yang telah divalidasi oleh ahli. Analisis data terhadap temuan yaitu menggunkan pendekatan kualitatif dengan mereduksi data yang telah dikumpulkan sehingga menjadi simpulan. Hasil penelitian ini 1) menunjukkan bahwa perlunya (dibutuhkan) instrumen bagi guru PJA untuk mengukur aktivitas fisik pada siswa disabilitas yang valid dan reliabel; 2) belum tersedianya instrumen aktivitas fisik disabilitas bagi guru PJA. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatih membutuhkan akan ketersediaan instrumen aktivitas fisik pada disabilitas. Kontribusi untuk penelitian selanjutnya adalah membuat prototype instrumen aktivitas fisik pada disabilitas serta menguji tingkat validitas dan reliabilitasnya.

Abstract

Kemampuan tubuh seseorang untuk melaksanakan tugas dan pekerjaan sehari-hari tanpa mengalami kelelahan yang berarti, serta masih memiiki cadangan energi mempengaruhi performa peserta didik dalam pembelajaran. Mengetahui tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa adalah hal yang penting saat ini, hal ini dikarenakan dalam rangka menentukan program pendidikan jasmani yang tepat di masa yang akan datang serta dapat digunakan sebagai bahan analisis masalah yang terjadi pada peserta didik dalam pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kebugaran jasmani siswa kelas VI SD Negeri 2 Kebumen. Subyek dalam penelitian ini siswa kelas VI SD Negeri 2 Kebumen sebanyak 23 orang yang terdiri dari 13 Siswi dan 10 Siswa. Desain yang digunakan penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode total sampling. Tes Kebugaran Pelajar Nusantara 2022 rangkaian tes TKPN. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif melalui pengkategorian data. Hasil penelitian, peneliti menemukan bahwa tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa kelas 6 SDN 2 Kebumen diukur dengan TKPN 2022 diperoleh hasil rata-rata dari 23 siswa memiliki tingkat kebugaran jasmani yang “cukup”. Berdasarkan data yang didapat dari pelaksanaan TKPN yang kemudian dimasukan kedalam rumus perhitungan menghasilkan nilai 2,3 yang mengkategorikan tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa Kelas 6 Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Kebumen dalam kategori “cukup”, ini merupakan hasil yang kurang memuaskan. Kontribusi untuk penelitian selanjutnya yaitu meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani siswa bagi siswa yang memiliki hasil dibawah kategori “baik”, dan membuat program yang variatif bagi siswa yang memiliki tingkat kebugaran jasmani di atas kategori “baik”. Dan meningkatkan kesadaran siswa, wali murid, dan guru akan pentingnya kebugaran jasmani siswa dalam mendukung pertumbuhan, perkembangan, dan kemampuan siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran jasmani di sekolah dengan program pendidikan jasmani yang sesuai dengan situasi, kondisi anak serta lingkungan tempat tinggal anak.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to evaluate the current situation of adaptive physical education learning using the Merdeka Curriculum. The research method used was qualitative with a phenomenological approach, involving a number of adaptive physical education (APE) teachers who were active at Tamanwinnagun Kebumen State Special School as respondents. Data collection instruments consist of documentation sheets, observations and unstructured interviews. The results of the research show that physical education teachers observe that the lack of implementation can provide input to improve the implementation of adapted adaptive physical education learning in special schools, so that the obstacles faced can be overcome effectively. Data analysis is presented in four dimensions, namely the dimensions of learning models, learning methods, learning media, and learning facilities and infrastructure. However, the use of observation rubrics in analyzing results is not yet fully standardized. In conclusion, adaptive physical education learning at the Tamanwinnagun Kebumen State SLB which uses the independent curriculum is carried out by considering the students' needs and situations.

Abstract

One of the tangible manifestations of the Kebumen Nahdhlatul Ulama Ma'arif University (UMNUI) in carrying out community service is the Real Work Lecture (KKN). This Real Work Lecture (KKN) aims to improve students' abilities and insights as a provision for life in the community after graduating from study. In other words, this real work lecture activity is a place for students to help the process of developing villages and communities in the village environment. Based on observations in Kedaleman Wetan Village, Puring District, several problems were found. Seeing these situations and conditions, a KKN work program design was formed as an effort to deal with existing problems. In choosing a KKN work program, there are several things that need to be considered, including the following. 1) Community needs, 2) Knowledge and skills of students, 3) Available time, 4) Facilities and funds, and 5) Natural potential and its inhabitants Keywords: Lectures, Community Service

Abstract

In the 90s, traditional games such as gobak gobrak sodor, engklek, jump rope, panggal (spinning wheel), egrang and patok lele turned into the main games played by children after school or during school holidays. However, due to the development of the times, the influence of the development of technology and social media has changed the games of today's children from group and active to individual and passive. Traditional games that are full of culture, national values, and even elements that are useful for child development are being neglected. The high level of children's addiction to gadgets affects habits and behavior. This dedication raises the importance of preserving traditional games in the modern era as it is today. Traditional games have many benefits, apart from being the nation's cultural heritage, traditional games can also act as a tool to train children's motor development, children's social interaction skills, and also character building in children. Preserving national culture in the form of traditional games to shift children's dependence on gadgets through physical education. Restoring traditional games to be one of the main games played by children to create a cultured generation and superior character. The implementation method used is socialization and direct practice in the field. Traditional games have several elements of strength, endurance, flexibility, agility, coordination, balance, and reaction speed. Application to students can increase the degree of physical fitness in students and provide a role for the preservation of traditional games for students.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of resistance band training on throw-in distance in terms of arm muscle strength in soccer players aged 11-15 years. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study using a quasi-experimental method with a two group pretest-posttest design, where one control group and one treatment group. The research subjects were 24 people. The sample was selected through purposive sampling. The test instrument to measure throwing distance is a meter and arm muscle strength using the push-up test. This study uses descriptive tests to describe the minimum, maximum, and average values, homogeneity tests using Kolmogorov-Smirnov, influence tests using One-Sample T-Test and correlation tests using Pearson. The results showed that (1) there was an effect of giving resistance band training on arm muscle strength with a sig value. 0.00. (2) there is an effect of resistance band training on throw-in distance (p=0.00); (3) there is a relationship between arm muscle strength and throw-in distance which can be seen from the sig value of 0.383> than r table. The conclusion obtained in this study is that arm muscle strength affects the throwing distance of SSB GAMA FC studentsAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan resistance band terhadap jarak throw in di tinjau dari kekuatan otot lengan pada pemain sepak bola usia 11-15 tahun. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode quasi eksperimental dengan rancangan two grup pretest-posttest design, Dimana satu kelompok kontrol dan satu kelompok perlakuan. Subjek penelitian berjumblah 24 orang. Sampel dipilih melalui purposif sampling. Instrument tes untuk mengukur jarak lemparan adalah meteran dan kekuatan otot lengan menggunakan push-up test. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji deskiptif  untuk mengambarkan nilai minimal, maksimal, dan rata-rata, uji normalitas menggunakan Kolmogorov-Smirnov, uji pengaruh menggunakan One-Sample T-Test dan  uji korelasi menggunakan pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat peengaruh pemberian latihan resistance band terhadap kekuatan otot lengan dengan nilai sig. 0.00. (2) terdapat pengaruh latihan resistance band terhadap jarak throw in  (p=0.00); (3) terdapat hubungan antara kekuatan otot lengan dengan jarak throw in yang dapat di lihat dari nilai sig 0.383 > daripada r tabel. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dalam penelitian inii adalah latihan resistance band berpengaruh pada peningkatan kekuatan otot lengan yang mempengaruhi jarak throw ini Siswa SSB GAMA FC.

Abstract

Public Health Care in preventive and curative efforts in cases of musculoskeletal disorders that can cause a decline in a person's health and life productivity. knowledge and awareness in caring for health in oneself is an important aspect in the resilience of health degrees. Sports massage skills training is an effort to equip sports education students for affordable health care alternatives. This training went well and smoothly, providing provisions to students of sports education in human anatomy and physiology, as well as how to properly massage with the right method in accordance with the guidelines for the sequence of manipulation and movement of sports massage. Training participants are expected to know what are the indications and counter-indications when to give massage and the effects obtained from the application of massage to sportsmen and the general public, and can open up new job opportunities for sports education students in the community. It is hoped that the manipulation of sports massage can be practiced and continue to be trained so that it becomes a soft skill for students that is beneficial to the community

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the mental training process of athletes. disability School Outside Usually in Tamanwinangun Kebumen . The method chosen use descriptive qualitative with researcher as instrument main . Data collection was obtained with observation , interviews and documentation . The sources originate from one of the teachers or coach School Outside Normal Taman Winangun Kebumen . Research done in the month March 2024. After the data is obtained furthermore analyzed in narrative data form with reduce data, present data, and draw conclusions a conclusion . Triangulation chosen as technique Data validity . Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the implementation of the badminton sports development program at SLB N Kenteng Banjarnegara using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model. This study is a type of program evaluation research that uses qualitative methods. Data from this study were obtained from a series of semi-structured interviews with research subjects. The population of this study included all individuals who had important roles in the program. The sample of the study consisted of: the principal, 1 sports teacher, 1 non-sports teacher, 3 three students from the badminton sports program, and 1 parent of one of the students. The results of the study showed that: (1) Context evaluation: The program objectives are in line with the school's vision and mission and are fully supported by all elements from within and outside the school. (2) Input evaluation: The facilities and infrastructure for implementing the program are very good, but the quality of the trainers is still low. (3) Process evaluation: The program implementation went well, but student enthusiasm was still unstable. (4) Product evaluation: This program can improve students' badminton and motor skills as well as improve social aspects, self-confidence, and discipline.
