Abstract

Cosmetic and household goods subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022 will be analyzed on the influence of profitability on company value moderated by corporate social responsibility. Using quantitative methods because the data obtained is in the form of figures originating from annual reports. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling based on consideration of certain criteria. The data analysis technique uses SmartPLS software version 4.0 using the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. Based on the results of the analysis carried out, profitability has a positive and significant effect on company value. The greater the profitability, the higher the company value. Profitability has a positive and significant effect on company value, moderated by corporate social responsibility (CSR). The greater the profitability which is strengthened by corporate social responsibility (CSR), the greater the company value will increase.

Abstract

Penerapan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) di sekolah memberikan manfaat untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran siswa dan guru serta menciptakan lingkungan yang bersih dan sehat, yang pada gilirannya akan mendorong terciptanya komunitas sekolah yang sehat. Karena kurangnya pengetahuan dan  kesadaran tentang PHBS di  sekolah, anak-anak sekolah biasanya tidak menerapkannya. Tujuan  pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuann siswa akan pentingnya penerapan PHBS di sekolah. SD Negeri 010 Sungai Kunjang Samarinda. Didapatkan sebelum program kesehatan, sebagian besar siswa memiliki pengetahuan kategori kurang baik  (54%) dan cukup (46%); setelah diberikan penkes sebagian besar siswa memiliki pengetahuan tentang PHBS sekolah kategori baik (73%) dan Cukup memadai (27%), dan siswa mampu  mempraktikkan enam langkah mencuci tangan yang benar. Terjadinya peningkatan pengetahuan siswa  tentang penerapan PHBS sekolah setelah diberikan penkes. Disarankan agar siswa secara aktif dapat menerapkan  indikator PHBS di sekolah sehingga terwujud sekolah yang sehat.
