Abstract

Increased business potential in the tourism industry, especially in the provinces of West Java and Bandung Regency, so that many companies are competing to be the best in this increase. PT. Tahfidz Land Group with its product Cicalengka Dreamland is a tourist spot that introduces natural and Islamic nuances. This is done as a business strategy in increasing the tourism industry. This study aims to determine the effect of brand image on the decision process to visit tourists. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive verification approach. The sampling technique was carried out using probability sampling with simple random sampling. This study uses simple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing to determine the effect. The population in this study are tourists who have visited Cicalengka Dreamland in 2022, totaling 100 respondents. The results of the study reveal that brand image has a positive influence on the visiting decision process. Thus, the better the brand image, the tourists will follow the visiting decision process pattern. Suggestions that can be given are increasing marketing through social media, providing reservations through online travel agents, and improving facilities such as providing shaded equipment rental because Cicalengka Dreamland is in a proving area.

Abstract

TikTok merupakan media sosial yang memiliki peningkatan pengguna dari awal rilisnya sampai kini. Hal ini dikarenakan TikTok menjadi sebuah media yang menggabungkan antara media komunikasi dan media berbelanja, tentu ini menjadi sebuah kesempatan yang besar bagi perusahaan dalam meningkatkan kesadaran produk hingga meningkatkan penjualan kepada calon konsumen seluas-luasnya melalui jejaring komunikasi pemasaran. Salah satu alat yang disediakan oleh TikTok adalah TikTok afiliasi, hingga kini strategi ini dinilai ekonomis, praktis dan memberikan keuntungan yang maksimal. Program TikTok afiliasi tidak hanya memberikan keuntungan bagi perusahaan tetapi juga memberikan keuntungan bagi seorang afiliator dalam bentuk komisi akan konten yang dibuat bagi para pengikut.

Abstract

Each individual certainly has different needs. This becomes the basis of consumer behavior in making purchasing decisions for the goods they need. One of them is about lifestyle. This study aims to determine whether lifestyle personality factors influence purchasing decisions, especially for Herdi Hardcase Bandung products. This study uses a descriptive quantitative research method. The sample of this study is determined by purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical normality test, linearity test, simple linear regression analysis, t test, and determinant coefficient (R²) using SPSS v.26 The results of this study indicate that lifestyle personality factor has a significant effect on purchase decisions. The regression coefficient of the lifestyle variable is 26.245 and the significance is 0.003. So, the hypothesis in this research which states that lifestyle personality factor has a significant effect on the purchasing decision of Herdi Hardcase Bandung custom product is accepted.
