Abstract

Niwa Garden is a coffee shop located in the city of Malang, East Java. This coffee shop hasbeen around for almost three years. Having a daily income that can be saidto be quite large forMSMEs, lately, Niwa Garden has experienced a decline in sales.There are so many peoplewho are in the location of the coffee shop, but little incomeis received. After being traced, it turns out that there are several people who are members of a consumer group who do notmake purchases, but still use the facilities provided by the coffee shop. Seeing this, an alternative solution to the problem was found by implementing bundling promos, which are specifically for consumers who come in groups. This research was conducted to explain whether the application of promos to products can increase consumers' purchase requests,thereby influencingtheir purchasing decisions. This resource is intended to explain the affect of promo toward purchase interest, include the influence of promo to increase purchaseinterest that related to purchase decision.

Abstract

PT. Sinergi Gula Nusantara Sei Semayang Sugar Factory unit is a sugar-producing company which collaborates with suppliers and distributors along its supply chain. The challenges which are faced by PT. Sinergi Gula Nusantara Sei Semayang Sugar Factory unit, are delays in raw material deliveries and production schedules, limitations and mismatches of raw materials with criteria, and production outcomes not meeting targets. Therefore, it is necessary to measure supply chain management performance in order to know the conditions and assess the performance of supply chain management at PT. Sinergi Gula Nusantara Sei Semayang Sugar Factory unit, from 2020 to 2023. Furthermore, the methods used were SCOR as the model for mapping the measurement matrix and FAHP was used in order to determine the priority weights for each criterion in the matrix. The supply chain management performance measurement results at PT. Sinergi Gula Nusantara Sei Semayang Sugar Factory unit, from 2020 to 2023, obtain a score of 81.24, which is categorized into good category. However, there are still 5 KPIs which need improvement, in which it can be achieved by improving record-keeping and documentation with software assistance, sorting raw materials, and implementing the SCOR-FAHP method in supply chain management performance measurement.

Abstract

Each individual certainly has different needs. This becomes the basis of consumer behavior in making purchasing decisions for the goods they need. One of them is about lifestyle. This study aims to determine whether lifestyle personality factors influence purchasing decisions, especially for Herdi Hardcase Bandung products. This study uses a descriptive quantitative research method. The sample of this study is determined by purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical normality test, linearity test, simple linear regression analysis, t test, and determinant coefficient (R²) using SPSS v.26 The results of this study indicate that lifestyle personality factor has a significant effect on purchase decisions. The regression coefficient of the lifestyle variable is 26.245 and the significance is 0.003. So, the hypothesis in this research which states that lifestyle personality factor has a significant effect on the purchasing decision of Herdi Hardcase Bandung custom product is accepted.
