Abstract

Niwa Garden is a coffee shop located in the city of Malang, East Java. This coffee shop hasbeen around for almost three years. Having a daily income that can be saidto be quite large forMSMEs, lately, Niwa Garden has experienced a decline in sales.There are so many peoplewho are in the location of the coffee shop, but little incomeis received. After being traced, it turns out that there are several people who are members of a consumer group who do notmake purchases, but still use the facilities provided by the coffee shop. Seeing this, an alternative solution to the problem was found by implementing bundling promos, which are specifically for consumers who come in groups. This research was conducted to explain whether the application of promos to products can increase consumers' purchase requests,thereby influencingtheir purchasing decisions. This resource is intended to explain the affect of promo toward purchase interest, include the influence of promo to increase purchaseinterest that related to purchase decision.

Abstract

PT. Sinergi Gula Nusantara Sei Semayang Sugar Factory unit is a sugar-producing company which collaborates with suppliers and distributors along its supply chain. The challenges which are faced by PT. Sinergi Gula Nusantara Sei Semayang Sugar Factory unit, are delays in raw material deliveries and production schedules, limitations and mismatches of raw materials with criteria, and production outcomes not meeting targets. Therefore, it is necessary to measure supply chain management performance in order to know the conditions and assess the performance of supply chain management at PT. Sinergi Gula Nusantara Sei Semayang Sugar Factory unit, from 2020 to 2023. Furthermore, the methods used were SCOR as the model for mapping the measurement matrix and FAHP was used in order to determine the priority weights for each criterion in the matrix. The supply chain management performance measurement results at PT. Sinergi Gula Nusantara Sei Semayang Sugar Factory unit, from 2020 to 2023, obtain a score of 81.24, which is categorized into good category. However, there are still 5 KPIs which need improvement, in which it can be achieved by improving record-keeping and documentation with software assistance, sorting raw materials, and implementing the SCOR-FAHP method in supply chain management performance measurement.

Abstract

Each individual certainly has different needs. This becomes the basis of consumer behavior in making purchasing decisions for the goods they need. One of them is about lifestyle. This study aims to determine whether lifestyle personality factors influence purchasing decisions, especially for Herdi Hardcase Bandung products. This study uses a descriptive quantitative research method. The sample of this study is determined by purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical normality test, linearity test, simple linear regression analysis, t test, and determinant coefficient (R²) using SPSS v.26 The results of this study indicate that lifestyle personality factor has a significant effect on purchase decisions. The regression coefficient of the lifestyle variable is 26.245 and the significance is 0.003. So, the hypothesis in this research which states that lifestyle personality factor has a significant effect on the purchasing decision of Herdi Hardcase Bandung custom product is accepted.

Abstract

Business continuity is the main goal for business actors in running their business, but during the Covid-19 pandemic there are many challenges to achieve business continuity. So business leaders need to determine the right strategy so that business processes can continue. In this case the leadership style will greatly affect the direction of the company's motion, so as to create business continuity, leaders who are able to understand goals are needed. So the purpose of this research is to analyze the transformational leadership style in achieving business continuity in one of the Small and Medium Industries (IKM) in Tanjung Pinang City, namely Citra Sari Snack and Catering. The method used in this study is qualitative using semi-structured interview techniques to obtain accurate information and also primary data from the object of research. The result of this research is that the owner of Citra Sari uses a transformational leadership style and to achieve business continuity is done by setting goals, updating strategies, creating innovations, and taking risks.

Abstract

PT. Telkom Indonesia, which is an industry providing complete communication network services. PT. Telkom Indonesia claims that it is currently one of the industries that provide the most telecommunications and information services. The research procedure used is a descriptive analysis procedure, which is a method of universally describing the facts found by the library research method and field research to be precise at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Project Management Division T-Reg 3 West Java, This matter exists because of management activities, which include planning (planning), directing (leading), organizing (organizing), and controlling (controlling). The leader in the Autocratic type according to the Project Manager of Telkom Regional 3 West Java with a very large rating is 9 with a rating score and a weight of 1.71. This type of Charismatic Leadership is given a Rating by the Project Manager of Telkom Regional 3 West Java by giving a fairly large rating is 8 with a rating score and a weight of 1.44.

Abstract

On March 10, 2020, the start of the Covid-19 pandemic caused an impact that was felt by several countries, even the government and society. One of the impacts felt was not only a health problem but also attacking the country's economy, for example MSMEs as the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises sector experienced a severe impact due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on information processed by LIPI's P2E, the impact of tourism shrinkage on MSMEs engaged in the micro food and beverage business reached 27%. While the impact on small food and beverage businesses is 1.77% and medium enterprises is 0.07%. Contou is one of the coffee shops that has been affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, but it's great that they were able to fight this crisis so that in 2021 Contou will still continue to operate with the strategies they created to survive. After understanding the five theories above, the owner of Contou coffee can be categorized as a leader who adheres to an adaptive leadership strategy. Where, covid-19 is an unexpected event that is not predicted in advance and affects activities at Contou coffee which are based on various health policies to deal with covid-19.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse the nature of leadership and transformational leadership style applied by Ratu Jilbab (RJ) leaders in the creative industry fashion subsector. The research method used is qualitative with descriptive analysis. The results showed that Ratu Jilbab (RJ) leaders have basic leadership traits such as motivation, empathy, self-esteem, decision making, commitment and interpersonal awareness. In addition, Ratu Jilbab (RJ) leaders also apply a transformational leadership style with four dimensions described in Bass' (1985) theory, namely idealised influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualised consideration. Ratu Jilbab (RJ) leaders have basic leadership traits and all indicators for all four dimensions are fulfilled.
