Abstract

Career is an important thing in human life. This is because there is an urge to improve in life. One alternative solution to help someone who has difficulty making career decisions is through the application of trait and factor theory. Trait and factor theory is a career counseling theory that views the right career choice when there is a match between the client's nature and job or position factors. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The research was conducted at MAN Karimun. The research informants were 1 counseling teacher and 3 transitional class XII students. This study aims to examine in depth the application of trait and factor theory in the career planning of class XII students in the transition period at MAN Karimun. The results of the study show that the application of trait and factor career counseling theory can be an alternative solution to assist clients in planning and making career decisions.

Abstract

Perkembangan anak harus diperhatikan dengan sungguh-sungguh dan dipantau dengan kontinu, agar anak dapat menjadi generasi emas di Indonesia 2045. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan mengenai school phobia, serta upaya preventif school phobia anak pra sekolah. Phobia sekolah merupakan suatu kondisi dimana seorang anak mengalami perasaan emosi,takut serta kecemasan yang berlebihan dalam menghadapi sekolah. Phobia sekolah dialami oleh individu yang memiliki ketegangan emosional yang tinggi dan mengalami kecemasan yang signifikan ketika ia berada di sekolah dan dalam kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan belajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya penyebab school phobia dan upaya preventif yang dapat dilakukan dengan pembahasan, dalam upaya preventif yakni orang tua harus memberikan pola asuh bersifat demokratis, membangun kepercayan antara orang tua dan anak, melakukan teknik fading, lalu dengan melakukan penyuluhan dan pertemuan rutin dengan wali murid, dan peer support terhadap anak, serta implikasi pada parenting agar anak terus dipantau dan diperhatikan perkembangan, dimulai dari gejala, langkah agar tercegah dari school phobia

Abstract

In the current global era, there are many opportunities and challenges to make Indonesia develop, especially for generations that have an impact on society, nation, and state. A nation will become prosperous and advanced depending on the condition of the generation, which acts as an agent of change, and in 2045 it is hoped that Indonesia will be golden. This research aims to elaborate on the theory and existence of the family, including 1) the meaning of a quality generation, 2) factors that influence a quality generation, and 3) the existence of the family in preparing an Islamic quality generation. The existence of the family in preparing a quality generation is the main foundation using the library research method, with data collection in the form of documentation. The results of the research are that the Islamic quality generation can be seen from the quality of faith, intellectuals, pious deeds, and social qualities. A quality generation that is not only good in its vertical relationship with God (hablumminallah), but also horizontally with humans (hablimminannas). The existence of the family in preparing a generation of Islamic quality by paying attention to Bihifzi anwalihim (family that protects wealth, Bihusni tarbiyatihim (preparing good education), and Wa taf adza adhum (resist disease. Apart from that, from a physical, psychological, spiritual, social, and cultural perspective.
