Abstract

Abstract: An ideal leader is someone whose life and personality can inspire others to emulate. A good leader is authoritative, has a righteous way of life, and is worthy of being a role model. This is not due to their power, prestige, personality, or specific status. On the other hand, most "leadership" in the world today is merely ergonomic, based on the threat of punishment and the promise of reward. The progress of an organization largely depends on its governance and management system. This means that through proactive leadership management, we can produce high-quality human resources. Data collection methods used include interviews, documentation, and observation. Data processing techniques include reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data is ensured by credible and confirmable techniques. The research results show that the role of leadership at MIN Bandung is greatly felt by all educators and educational staff. The leader provides guidance to subordinates, is responsible for implementation, and serves as a highly exemplary figure. Keywords: Management, Strategic, Leader

Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi visi misi dalam peningkatan kualitas berdasarkan IASP 2020 di MIN Bandung. Penelitian dilakukan secara kualitatis dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus yang merujuk pada IASP 2020. Pengumpulan data menggunakan Teknik : wawancara, dokumentasi serta observasi. Pengolahan data menggunakan Teknik : reduksi, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Validitas data Teknik yang kridibel dan daoat dikonfirmasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : Madrasah menciptakan, mensosialisasikan, melaksanakan dan mengevaluasi visi, misi dan tujuan termasuk mitra sekolah dan hasil penilaian tersebut digunakan untuk mencapai kemajuan dan peningkatan madrasah secara continue. Kesimpulan bahwa visi dan misi telah dilaksanakan dengan sangat baik dibuktikan dengan adanya program kerja yang relevan.

Abstract

Employee performance refers to the degree of a person's performance in carrying out his duties responsibly in accordance with established regulations. The main factor in achieving superior employee performance cannot be separated from corporate culture and work motivation. Organizational culture is the identity of an organization therefore, it is important for every organization to have and maintain a culture to distinguish one organization from another. Motivation is a factor that drives individual activities in an organization to achieve the expected goals. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of employee performance on the organization. This research uses Qualitative research methods. The results of this study lead to the importance of company culture and motivation that have an impact on employee performance.

Abstract

The use of information technology in education management is becoming increasingly important to improve efficiency and transparency in school management. This research aims to explore the implementation of Google Spreadsheet as a management information system at Al Kenzie Elementary School and analyze its impact on administrative effectiveness and parental involvement in learning. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design, where data is collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies, then analyzed thematically. The results showed that Google Spreadsheet plays a role in improving the efficiency of recording and reporting academic data and school administration. However, the research also found the main obstacles in the implementation of this technology, namely the limited competence of human resources and the lack of policy support. The implications of this study emphasize the need for training strategies for education personnel as well as the development of more comprehensive technology adaptation policies in educational institutions. The findings contribute to the literature on digitalization in education, particularly in Islamic-based schools, and provide insights for policy makers in designing innovative strategies to improve the quality of education management.

Abstract

Management is the science and art of managing the process of utilizing human resources and other sources effectively and efficiently to achieve a certain goal. The concept of educational management, roles and functions and the scope of educational management are discussed in this research. The method used in this research is descriptive by explaining literature studies regarding the basic concepts of educational management. Some of the literature presented is used as a reference for this research. The aim of this research is to know and understand the concept of educational management, the role, function and scope of educational management itself. The results of the research show that management is a science and art that regulates the process of utilizing human resources and other resources effectively and efficiently to achieve a certain goal. The scope and functions of management are related to each other starting from planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring. Education management is also the role of managing an educational institution by using all resources efficiently to achieve educational goals effectively.
