Abstract

This study aims to determine financial literacy and Financial Technology towards financial inclusion of UINSU students (FEBI Stambuk 2017 Students). This type of research uses a quantitative approach. This study uses 2 independent variables, namely financial literacy and Financial Technology (Fintech) with one dependent variable, namely the financial inclusion of UINSU students (FEBI Stambuk 2017 Students). After a literature review and field, and the preparation of hypotheses data in this study were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 88 donors as a research salmpel with sampling techniques using likert scale. Data is processed through the SPSS 23.0 program with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study can be concluded that 1) Financial Literacy has a significant influence on the financial inclusion of UINSU students (FEBI Stambuk Students 2017). With the value of t calculate financial literacy variables 4.583 > 1.663 and significance of 0.000 > 0.05. 2) Financial Technology has a significant influence on the financial inclusion of UINSU students (FEBI Stambuk Students 2017). With the value of t calculate financial technology variables 3.147 > 1.663 and significance of 0.002 > 0.05. 3) simultaneously, the variables of financial literacy and Financial Technology have a significant influence on the financial inclusion of UINSU students (FEBI Stambuk 2017 Students). With the value of F count > F Table 1.387 > 3.10 and significance at 0.00 < 0.05 means that there is a significant influence of variables X1, X2 and variable Y together.

Abstract

The bullwhip effect (BWE) remains a significant challenge in supply chain management, marked by demand amplification that disrupts inventory systems and reduces efficiency. This narrative review explores the causes, systemic factors, and mitigation strategies of BWE, based on literature from 2015 to 2024 sourced from Scopus and Google Scholar. Key contributors to BWE include lead time variability, inventory inaccuracies, and behavioral decision-making, alongside the roles of distribution structures and ordering policies. Technological solutions such as neural networks, blockchain, RFID, and ERP systems help reduce BWE by improving forecasting and visibility. Additionally, practices like cross-docking, vendor-managed inventory, and real-time data sharing support inventory stability and coordination. The review emphasizes the need for integrated tech-driven and behavioral approaches, advocating for interdisciplinary, longitudinal, and sector-specific future research to build more resilient supply chains. These insights are vital for organizations aiming to improve performance, cut costs, and adapt to global market complexities.

Abstract

This research investigates the strategic optimization of ferry port services at PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry in Kolaka using a SWOT based framework, particularly focusing on Internal Factor Analysis Summary (IFAS) and External Factor Analysis Summary (EFAS). The study aims to assess how internal organizational strengths and external environmental pressures influence service performance. Employing a qualitative descriptive method, data were gathered through interviews, document analysis, and observational techniques, then synthesized using SWOT matrices to generate strategic insights. The IFAS findings indicate that factors such as employee motivation, leadership, process standardization, and digital integration are critical to internal efficiency. Conversely, the EFAS matrix identifies government regulatory support, competition from private operators, and environmental volatility as dominant external elements shaping service effectiveness. Notably, the study finds that cross functional collaboration and a culture of innovation are key determinants of resilience and adaptability. The results underscore the importance of aligning internal capabilities with external opportunities to strengthen strategic decision making. By highlighting the dynamic interplay between governance, technology, and policy environments, this study contributes to the literature on maritime service optimization and strategic public enterprise management.

Abstract

This study presents a narrative review exploring the transformation of Islamic preaching (da'wah) in the digital age. It aims to synthesize contemporary literature addressing how digital platforms have reshaped religious communication, promoting inclusivity, moderation, and interactivity. The methodology involved reviewing peer-reviewed studies from both local and international contexts, focusing on themes such as digital literacy, visual communication, algorithmic engagement, and institutional strategies. The findings reveal a consistent shift from monologic to dialogic communication, highlighting the effectiveness of media such as video, podcasts, and social media in engaging younger audiences. The review underscores the importance of algorithmic transparency, credible content, and leadership adaptability in shaping trust and message reception. Moreover, systemic factors including digital infrastructure, regulatory support, and socio-economic conditions significantly affect the dissemination and impact of digital da'wah. Interdisciplinary strategies that combine religious values, communication theory, and technology innovation are emphasized as essential for sustainable engagement. This study concludes by recommending stronger regulatory frameworks, investments in digital infrastructure, and inclusive educational policies to overcome current barriers. Future research should explore the long-term social effects of digital da'wah and examine how local cultural elements can be integrated with global communication strategies to foster cohesive religious discourse. The results advocate for a more context-sensitive and ethically grounded approach to digital Islamic communication in the 21st century.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of creative brainstorming techniques in group counseling services as a strategy to help students develop critical and creative thinking skills in problem solving. Group counseling is a process in which a group of individuals receives information, guidance, and support from a counselor to help them deal with various issues in their daily lives, including decision-making. Through group counseling, students are guided to recognize and develop their potential, plan their future according to their talents and interests, and improve their verbal and nonverbal communication skills. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with a literature review approach. Data were collected through a review of various relevant reference sources, including books, scientific journals, and other documents discussing brainstorming techniques in the context of group counseling services. The results showed that brainstorming is an effective method for exploring various ideas from group members without judgment or criticism of the ideas that emerge. This technique has basic rules that support the creation of an open and free atmosphere for expressing opinions. Its main objective is to generate many ideas from various perspectives. The steps in this technique include selecting a problem, communicating the rules, freely recording ideas, and evaluating ideas as a group. The application of brainstorming in group counseling encourages a relaxed yet productive discussion atmosphere, allowing students to think creatively and find solutions from diverse perspectives.
