This study uses quantitative research methods to confirm the data obtained in the field with the existing theory. Meanwhile, sample data collection techniques were carried out using the questionnaire method, literature study, and documentation. Data is processed using the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The data processing results show that service quality and religiosity have a significant effect on the interest in saving at Bank Syariah Indonesia. This finding is evidenced by each Path Coefficient value > 0.05. First, the service quality variable with the path coefficient value in the hypothesis test is t statistic > t table (2.467 > 1.985) or p-value 0.014 <0.05, so it can be concluded that the service quality variable influences the intention to save at BSI. Second, the Religiosity variable with the path coefficient value in the hypothesis test is t statistic > t table (6.306 > 1.985). So it can be concluded that the religiosity variable influences the intention to save at Bank Syariah Indonesia. The implications of this relevant research are for banks to pay attention again to the influences on customers' interest in keeping at Bank Syariah Indonesia.

A quantitative research approach was employed to validate the data collected. This research was conducted in one of Islamic Higher Education in Indonesia, namely IAIN Kendari. The sample consisted of 100 students from IAIN Kendari who actively use mobile banking, selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data was gathered through questionnaires and the analysis was conducted using path analysis regression. The results indicate that students' behavioral intention to use mobile banking is positively influenced by their perceptions of ease of use, usefulness, attitude towards the behavior, subjective norms, and behavioral control. The more favorable individuals' perceptions of convenience, utility, and control over mobile banking usage, the stronger their intention to use the technology. These factors interact with each other, shaping users' behavioral intention to adopt mobile banking.

Abstract

This study develops an operational framework that integrates Sharia principles, modern management practices, and socioeconomic impact measurement in the context of empowering inheritance assets, using a qualitative approach with an integration of Islamic financial theory analysis methods and empirical studies. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of an Islamic wealth management-based inheritance management model has succeeded in creating a sustainable asset development system and providing a multiplier effect for improving the welfare of heirs and the surrounding community. The business model developed shows innovation in three aspects: Integration of digital technology in the operational management of inheritance assets, development of a tiered profit-sharing system between heirs and managers, and implementation of a Sharia-based sustainability program. The socioeconomic impact is identified through the creation of more than 200 jobs, the strengthening of the local economy, and the development of community capacity.

Abstract

Land waqf in Indonesia holds significant potential for economic empowerment; however, its predominantly conventional management practices have limited its contribution to broader development goals. This study aims to formulate comprehensive strategic priorities, based on expert evaluations, to enhance the sustainable effectiveness of land waqf management. The research employs the Analytic Network Process (ANP), a method that enables the analysis of interdependencies among decision elements using expert input. The results reveal notable differences in emphasis among expert groups. Regulators identify regulatory issues as the primary challenge (0.303) and the most critical solution area (0.321), with regulatory strengthening emerging as the top strategic priority (0.272). Academics consider nazhir-related issues as the central problem (0.344), advocating balanced empowerment of both wakif and nazhir (each 0.285), supported by strategies focused on enhancing waqf literacy and optimizing asset management (each 0.342). Practitioners also emphasize the role of nazhir (0.308) and prioritize capacity-building solutions for nazhir (0.311), proposing a comprehensive strategy encompassing waqf literacy, regulatory reinforcement, and asset optimization (each 0.270). These findings underscore the need for a multidimensional approach to waqf asset optimization—one that integrates institutional development, educational initiatives, and policy reform. The study highlights the critical importance of collaboration among regulators, academics, and practitioners to establish an effective, professional, and productive land waqf management system.
