Abstract

Berbagai persoalan perkawinan yang terjadi dalam Gereja Katolik. Banyak keluarga Katolik secara realitas hidup bersama dan tidak melangsungkan perkawinan dikarenakan hambatan perkawinan terdahulu. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persoalan dalam perkawinan Katolik dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses penyelesaiannya berdasarkan Kitab Hukum Kanonik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi dan wawancara dengan 3 Keluarga Katolik. Hasil penelitian ini mengatakan bahwa masih sejumlah masalah yang ditemukan pasangan yang ingin melangsungkan pernikahan namun terdapat halangan yakni adanya ikatan perkawinan terdahulu. Hal ini perlu diajukan untuk proses menyatakan pembatalan perkawinan. Dalam hukum Gereja, ada hal-hal tertentu yang diatur oleh hukum yang dapat menyebabkan sebuah perkawinan sejak semula tidak sah, sehingga bila dalam perkara perkawinan hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dan meyakinkan hakim, maka hakim kemudian dapat menyatakan dalam putusannya bahwa sebuah perkawinan itu batal karena memang sejak semula tidak ada atau tidak berdiri sebagai perkawinan.

Abstract

Referring to the issue of unity and brotherhood, various actions of Catholic lay people prioritize ego attitudes, prioritizing personal interests rather than common interests in political life. The aim of this research is to find out how the influence partially and simultaneously the Catholic lay understanding of politics and Peace Education on Fraternitas et Amicitia. The research method used is quantitative research with a correlational type of research with the test used is the multiple linear regression test, with SSPS V. 26. The research location was carried out in the Parish of Sta. Maria Immaculata Lewolaga with a total of 98 respondents from Lewolaga Parish. The results of this research show that there is a partial influence between Catholic lay understanding of Fraternitas et Amicitia with a significant value of 0.002 < 0.1 or r count 3.185 > r table 1.661. There is an influence of Peace Education on Fraternitas et Amicitia with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.1 or 6.729 r count > r table 1.661. There is a simultaneous influence between Catholic lay understanding of politics and Peace Education on Fraternitas et Amicitia with a correlation coefficient of 73.6%. From the results obtained, the Lewolaga parishioners should continue to live in brotherhood and friendship through an understanding of politics and peace education.

Abstract

The activities of Dedication to the Society (PkM) in the Parish of the Queen of the Holy Land of Hokeng are carried out because these days the participation of the people in the life of the church is decreasing and the service of the Church to the people is also becoming less and less noted. The purpose of these activities is to improve the service of the Church to the people because the Church service is still limited and is not able to reach the entire community of the parish of Sta. Maria Queen of the Universe of Hokeng. As for the Method of the Church's activities in the Parish of the Queen of the Universe, the Archdiocese of Larantuka is a Live-in method that emphasizes the participation of the people in every activity. The investigation began with field observation activities by the students, after which a three-day supply operation was carried out. The result of this activity is that the people of this parish are well aware of the duty and responsibility of helping to give momentum in the work and responsibilities of being a believer and a witness to Christ. Many of the activities carried out with C.C.E. students can have a good impact on all the congregations, and they are increasingly enthusiastic to carry out the Church's task.
