Abstract

This study aims to appreciate the leadership of the principal of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Hudayah Serang who uses a participatory leadership style. This research will show the results of improved performance in the institution, in the aspect of improving teacher performance. To get the results of the study, researchers use qualitative methods that use interview approaches and social analysis. The results of this study show an increased teacher performance based on the leadership style carried out by the principal of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Hidayah Serang, as evidenced by the increased participatory aspect of a teacher and the planned program is running well. In addition, in this study there is a review of theories that can be a reference for implementing the effectiveness of participatory leadership styles, namely; 1). Participatory leadership dynamics; 2). Decision-making process; 3). Conflict management strategies; 4). Active communication strategy; 5). The existence of the absence of educators.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to find out how the implementation of management   curriculum 2013 and the leadership style of school principals improves the quality of education.This research is a type of qualitative research, with a field research approach. Data was collected by observation and interviews (primary) and data that came from various written/literary sources in the form of books, journals, magazines, and so on. (secondary). The data analysis used is descriptive data analysis by checking the validity of the data by using the triangulation technique.The results of the study revealed that the implementation of Management  Curriculum 2013 was able to improve the quality of education. This is evidenced by the existence of a positive response from two directions in teaching and learning activities, the shift to student-centered learning. In addition, improving the quality of education is also supported by the leadership style of the school principal. This is evidenced by the acceptance of the concept initiated by the school principal, the skills to build and establish good relationships and the technical skills of the principal in managing and empowering all elements of the school can be implemented.

Abstract

Prophetic dari kata prophet yang artinya nabi. Jika diterjemahkan secara bebas prophetic leadership artinya kepemimpinan yang bersifat kenabian. Hal ini merujuk kepada kepemimpinan Muhammad SAW selama 23 tahun memimpin masyarakat Islam mewarnai peradaban dunia. Terdapat 4 sifat dari kepemimpinan Muhammad SAW. Agar mudah diingat disingkat dalam kata FAST yaitu fathonah, amanah, shiddiq, tabligh. 1) Fathonah artinya cerdas. Mampu memahami suatu permasalahan dengan cepat dan tepat. 2) Amanah artinya terpercaya. Bisa mengemban tanggung jawab. 3) Shiddiq artinya integritas, kejujuran, apa adanya. Memiliki pikiran, perkataan dan perbuatan yang suci dan sesuai. 4) Tabligh artinya mengkomunikasikan dengan seksama. Tutur katanya santun, bahasanya teratur, sistematis, dapat dipahami semua kalangan baik di desa, kota maupun mancanegara.

Abstract

Peran kepemimpinan visioner di lembaga pendidikan, khususnya di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Mutaalimin, sangat penting untuk meningkatkan prestasi akademik dan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif. Penelitian ini menganalisis bagaimana kepemimpinan visioner memengaruhi arah strategis, efisiensi operasional, dan perkembangan keseluruhan di MI Mutaalimin. Pemimpin-pemimpin ini menggunakan strategi berpikir ke depan untuk menginspirasi dan memotivasi guru, menerapkan metode pengajaran yang inovatif, dan menumbuhkan budaya perbaikan berkelanjutan. Melalui wawancara dan observasi, penelitian ini menunjukkan bagaimana kepemimpinan visioner membantu menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang dinamis yang memenuhi dan melebihi standar pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan semacam ini secara signifikan meningkatkan kinerja siswa, kepuasan guru, dan reputasi lembaga. Abstrak ini menekankan pentingnya pemimpin visioner dalam mentransformasi lembaga pendidikan menjadi komunitas yang berkembang dan progresif yang beradaptasi dengan kebutuhan pendidikan yang berubah dan mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi tantangan masa depan.
