Abstract

The Library Service has become an essential tool in enabling the public to participate in monitoring and improving university services. The Library in central Java currently has a limited forum to accommodate information related to institutional repository services. The impact of no information system is that institutional repositories made by the community are not promoted or even seen by the community or stakeholders in the Library area. This research aims to create a web-based public institutional repository service application design in the Library. The results of this research are to produce an application design to accommodate all institutional repository information made by the service in the Library and make it easier for the user to receive information so that it can disseminate institutional repository.

Abstract

Penerapan kecerdasan buatan (AI) di sektor pendidikan memiliki potensi untuk merevolusi metode pengajaran dan pembelajaran, meningkatkan efisiensi administratif, dan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih inklusif dan personal. AI dapat menyediakan pembelajaran yang dipersonalisasi melalui tutor virtual dan sistem pembelajaran adaptif yang menyesuaikan konten berdasarkan kebutuhan individu siswa. Otomatisasi tugas administratif, seperti penilaian dan manajemen data siswa, memungkinkan guru untuk fokus lebih pada interaksi langsung dengan siswa dan pengembangan kurikulum. Untuk dapat menggunakan teknologi AI, dibutuhkan pelatihan-pelatihan diantaranya melalui pengabdian masyarakat dengan memperkenalkan salah satu aplikasi AI yang membantu tugas administrasi guru dalam hal memberikan tugas harian dan ulangan harian melalui penggunaan Aplikasi Conker berbasis AI. Dalam melakukan pelatihan terhadap Guru-guru di SMK Reformasi, mereka langsung mempraktekkan penggunaan Aplikasi ConKer AI. Berdasarkan hasil post test dan pre-test yang diisi oleh 22 guru SMK Reformasi menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan tentang penggunaan Aplikasi AI yang sangat membantu dalam tugas pembelajaran di kelas. Kesimpulan dari pengabdian Masyarakat ini, didapatkan bahwa pemanfaat teknologi AI sangat membantu di sektor Pendidikan dan para pendidik merasa perlu mengenal dan mendalami lewat praktek-praktek nyata di lapangan sehingga menambah kompetensi guru dalam mengahadi era digitalisasi di tahun 2030

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the capabilities of dasawisma women in RW 10, Ciracas Village, Ciracas District, East Jakarta in digital marketing and online sales through the marketplace platform. Through a series of practical trainings, participants have been given an in-depth understanding of digital marketing concepts, effective online marketing strategies, and the use of various features in the marketplace platform. In addition, legal aspects, online security, and network development are also the focus, providing a strong foundation for participants to run an online business sustainably. With the aim of empowering the local economy, this activity is expected to help dasawisma women take advantage of the potential of the local economy and increase their contribution to local economic development, as well as this activity helps the government technically in relation to the community directly. This activity was attended by 120 participants and as many as 85 have provided feedback from the material and experience that has been given. The training material was delivered in lectures and discussions. For the lecture session, it was delivered by presenting material about digital marketing through the marketplace and comparing it in a conventional way. Broadly speaking, participants are able to accept and understand the use of digital marketing technology through the marketplace. Furthermore, the results of the implementation of community service activities were evaluated using a SWOT analysis with results showing a significant increase in understanding of online security and marketing. With the results of the training that show for the better, the community, especially dasawisma women, is ready to develop businesses both managed independently and business groups managed under the auspices of local residents.
