Asas equality before the law sudah menjadi acuan utama dalam peradilan di Indonesia. Asas tersebut dipandang dapat menjaga keadilan tetap terpenuhi dalam proses peradilan antara si kaya dan si miskin, penguasa dan yang bukan. Namun dengan realitas bahwa Indonesia belum sempurna dalam instrumen penegakan hukumnya, maka asas ini tidak lagi menjadi gambaran dari keadilan, melainkan menjadi wajah baru dari penindasan. Kajian ini menggunakan metode normatif yang berfokus pada pasal-pasal dan pendapat-pendapat para ahli, kemudian dikaji menggunakan pendekatan sociological jurisprudence untuk mendeskripsikan kesenjangan antara law in books dengan law in action. Terakhir, kajian ini juga menggunakan studi komparatif untuk menemukan jalan keluar penyelesaian kesenjangan tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa realitas penerapan asas equality before the law di Indonesia masih jauh dari kata ideal. Jalan keluarnya adalah dengan memperbaiki instrumen penegakan hukum di Indonesia, atau mengadakan pembaharuan dalam kriteria pengangkatan Hakim sebagaimana yang diterapkan dalam wilāyah al-maẓalim.

The study was carried out with the objective of analyzing the effect of Human Development Index, Regional Minimum Wage and Unemployment on the Poverty in Banten Province in the Perspective of Islamic Economics in 2017-2021. This research utilizes secondary data sources by Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and other related sources. The study employed panel data regression as its research method, with the Eviews9 program being used for analysis. Based on the findings of this study, it can be concluded that: (1) Human Development Index have negative and insignificant effect to povety; (2) Regional Minimum Wage have positive and significant effect to poverty; (3) Unemployment have positive and significant effect to poverty; (4) Independent variables exert a simultaneous influence on the dependent variable. This research aims to help the government to prioritize poverty alleviation programs to reduce poverty rates in Banten Province. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Indeks Pembangunan Manusia, Upah Minimum Regional dan Pengangguran terhadap Kemiskinan di Provinsi Banten dalam Perspektif Ekonomi Islam pada tahun 2017-2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data sekunder dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dan sumber-sumber terkait lainnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi data panel sebagai metode penelitiannya, dengan menggunakan program Eviews12 sebagai alat analisis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Indeks Pembangunan Manusia berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap penduduk miskin; (2) Upah Minimum Regional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penduduk miskin; (3) Pengangguran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penduduk miskin; (4) Variabel-variabel independen memberikan pengaruh secara simultan terhadap variabel dependen. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu pemerintah dalam memprioritaskan program-program pengentasan kemiskinan untuk mengurangi tingkat kemiskinan di Provinsi Banten.

This research was conducted to find out how Rahn's financing affects PT Pegadaian Syariah Indonesia's company profits, how does Arrum's financing affect PT Pegadaian Syariah Indonesia's profits, how does the amount of gold price affect PT Pegadaian Syariah Indonesia's profits, how does Covid-19 affect company profits PT Pegadaian Syariah Indonesia, How does Financing Rahn, Financing Arrum, Gold Prices, Covid-19 simultaneously affect the company's profits PT Pegadaian Syariah Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative method and uses secondary data obtained from the OJK website. The data analysis method in this study uses multiple linear analysis methods. The results showed that partially Rahn had a positive effect on pawnshop profit. partially Arrum has an effect on pawnshop profit prolehan. Gold prices have no effect on pawnshop profits, Covid-19 has no effect on pawnshop profits. Rahn, Arrum, the price of gold, covid-19 together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on Profit Gains from Islamic Pawnshops for the 2020-2022 period. Madrasah Aliyah Darul Ulum Jombang has implemented curriculum evaluation innovations to measure success and continuously improve the quality of education as a leading madrasah. This research focuses on curriculum evaluation innovations, supporting and inhibiting factors, and their impact on realizing a leading madrasah. This study uses a qualitative phenomenological approach with interview, observation, and documentation methods. Data analysis was conducted through case studies, data collection, and drawing conclusions. The purpose of this research is to contribute to the study and development of curriculum management theory in Islamic educational institutions. The results show that curriculum evaluation innovations are not only limited to context, process, and product, but also encompass the results. This is done by the head of the madrasah by many means, including consultation .2) The supporting factors are the full support from the Leadership of the Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School by reviewing and providing direction regarding curriculum evaluation, competent human resources in the curriculum field, adequate facilities. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor is that there are no limits in evaluation, evaluation is carried out according to the development of the times and the conditions of the applied curriculum. 3) The impact of curriculum evaluation innovation is to create a positive learning space, change the education system for the better, and produce competent students.
