Abstract

The process of learning character education for elementary school children is an important thing in the world of education. Instilling character values ​​is not only in the family environment, but anywhere, for example at school. Children will know the character values ​​obtained through the learning process at school. This research was conducted with the aim of teaching character values ​​to elementary school students through the folklore "Saridin". The folk tale "Saridin" comes from Pati Regency, Kayen Village. This research was conducted with the aim of teaching character values to elementary school students. The method taught in this study is a qualitative method, using observation, interviews, as data collection techniques. The results of the research show that Saridin’s story contains several character values, including the values of divinity, nationalism, independence, and mutual cooperation. Implementation of the values of Saridin’s story in basic education can help students develop positive character and skills, and have positive impact on students’ daily lives. Abstract

Tingkat perkembangan teknologi yang semakin signifikan mempengaruhi kehidupan masyarakat terutama dalam sektor kedai kopi, hal tersebut menyebabkan pelaku bisnis harus lebih meningkatkan kualitas produknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran dengan mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman (SWOT). Analisis SWOT dilakukan dengan matriks IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary) yang terdiri dari kekuatan dan dan kelemahan kedai kopi serta matriks EFAS (Eksternal Factor Analysis Summary) yang terdiri dari peluang dan ancaman kedai kopi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk memahami fenomena pemasaran secara mendalam berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari wawancara dan observasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui analisis SWOT. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh skor kekuatan sebesar 1,55, skor kelemahan sebesar 1,70, skor peluang sebesar 1,06 dan skor ancaman sebesar 1,60. Selisih dari total skor  matriks IFAS dan matriks EFAS masing-masing sebesar 0,15 dan 0,54 yang dimana menunjukkan bahwa  kedai kopi Par's Life memiliki peluang dan kekuatan besar sehingga dapat memanfaatkan peluang yang ada.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the numeracy skills of fourth grade students at SD 1 Wergu Wetan using a problem based learning model assisted by a number line in mathematics subject matter of positive and negative integers. The method used in this research is classroom action research. This classroom action research was carried out in cycles I and cycle II using research instruments in the form of tests and evaluation sheets. This research data collection technique uses interviews, documentation and tests. The data analysis techniques used are quantitative and qualitative methods. The research subjects were all 29 grade IV students at SD 1 Wergu Wetan. The results of the research showed that there was an increase in numeracy skills through tests, the percentage of data obtained in cycle I was 41.37%, increasing in cycle II to 79.31% with very good criteria in cycle II. Improving numeracy skills using a problem based learning model assisted by number lines in positive and negative integer material can increase with the fulfillment of success indicators being declared complete.
