Abstract

The issue of “hisab rukyat” in terms of determining the beginning of the Islamic month often makes a difference. Government efforts through itsbat trial basically are based on efforts to achieve uniformity, benefit and unity of Indonesian Muslims. But in the level of reality, it turns out that each party (read; religio social organizations) issued its own decision. Religion has an influence as a motivation in encouraging individuals to carry out an activity, because actions carried out against the background of religious beliefs are considered to have an element of purity and obedience. This connection will influence someone to do something. Then came the Islamic groups who wanted to compromise with the government and Islamic groups who continued to fight outside the system with the wider community. Regulations are less effective if the degree of compliance only revolves around compliance (obeying for fear of being sanctioned) or identification (obeying only because of fear of good relations with someone being damaged). Conversely, if the degree of compliance reaches internalization (obedience to a rule because he truly feels that the rule is material and his spirit is in accordance with the intrinsic values ??adopted), it means the quality of the effectiveness of the regulation is very high, so the system runs according to the rules existing without stressing the strict control function. Of the three motives of obedience it is very likely to be the basis for consideration of the Muslim community in Indonesia to prefer to compromise with the government or mass organizations in terms of the determination of the holiday.

Abstract

Di era digital saat ini, teknologi informasi telah meresapi berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk dalam kegiatan akademik, ekonomi, dan bisnis. Desa Karangsono, dengan sejumlah Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) yang signifikan, berhasil meningkatkan tingkat penghasilan dan mengurangi angka pengangguran. Namun, disayangkan bahwa metode pemasaran yang masih dominan adalah konvensional tanpa memanfaatkan internet. Perkembangan pesat teknologi digital telah mengubah paradigma pemasaran dari tradisional menjadi digital. Strategi pemasaran digital menawarkan potensi lebih besar, memungkinkan pelanggan untuk menerima informasi produk dan bertransaksi secara online. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan model bisnis yang dapat beradaptasi dengan kemajuan teknologi untuk memudahkan sistem kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini mengusulkan Strategi Pengembangan UMKM Berbasis Pemasaran Digital Dan Ekonomi Kreatif Di Desa Karangsono. Melalui desk research, observasi lapangan, wawancara pelaku UMKM, sosialisasi program, dan pelaksanaan program dengan pendampingan intensif, kami mengeksplorasi kemungkinan peningkatan jangkauan pemasaran melalui digital marketing. Dalam era digital, penting bagi UMKM untuk memperhatikan konten kreatif sebagai kunci bersaing di ranah digital. Peranan media sosial menjadi pijakan utama dalam mencapai tujuan ini. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan gambaran tentang perkembangan UMKM di Desa Karangsono yang mengadopsi teknologi digital dan ekonomi kreatif.

Abstract

The process of learning character education for elementary school children is an important thing in the world of education. Instilling character values ​​is not only in the family environment, but anywhere, for example at school. Children will know the character values ​​obtained through the learning process at school. This research was conducted with the aim of teaching character values ​​to elementary school students through the folklore "Saridin". The folk tale "Saridin" comes from Pati Regency, Kayen Village. This research was conducted with the aim of teaching character values to elementary school students. The method taught in this study is a qualitative method, using observation, interviews, as data collection techniques. The results of the research show that Saridin’s story contains several character values, including the values of divinity, nationalism, independence, and mutual cooperation. Implementation of the values of Saridin’s story in basic education can help students develop positive character and skills, and have positive impact on students’ daily lives. Abstract

Al-Qur’an, besides proclaiming itself as a guide for the man (huda li al-nas), also serves as a cure or healer (shifa') against all kinds of diseases, especially spiritual conditions. In the Community of Therapy Sky Line Two With Prayer, the Qur'an serves as a medium of infertility treatment. Infertility occurs when a husband and wife do not have children, even though they are sexually active. Besides being caused by medical factors, infertility is also caused by non-medical factors, such as genie or magic disorders. This article aims to elaborate and, at the same time, prove the success of infertility treatment through the medium of Qur'anic verses carried out by Therapy Sky Line Two With Prayer. Methodologically, this article uses field research whose primary sources are obtained through observation, structured interviews, and documentation. The collected data was then analyzed using a phenomenological approach. The findings of this article show that the Qur'an can not only cure spiritual diseases but can also be used as a medium to treat infertility. This article also found that the verses of the Qur'an recited to people with infertility can make their hearts calm, more pleased with His decrees, and also more grateful for the blessings He has given. This attitude is a fundamental thing that is needed for those who have not been blessed with offspring. Hence, they feel confident that chanting the verses of the Qur'an can stimulate people with infertility and make them pregnant and have the desired offspring.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of implementing fatwas issued by the Indonesian Council of Islamic Scholars (Majelis Ulama Indonesia, MUI) concerning zakat fitrah at both central and regional levels. By comparing the influence of MUI’s central and regional fatwas on community practices, this qualitative research utilizes observations and interviews with relevant stakeholders. Survey data collected from various regions across Indonesia were analyzed to identify trends and preferences in the public's adherence to MUI fatwas. The results show that 28% of respondents follow the guidelines from the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS), 34% adhere to the central MUI fatwa, and 39% comply with regional MUI fatwas. These findings highlight the significant impact of regional-level fatwas on zakat fitrah practices. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of the effectiveness of religious decrees in Indonesia and provides valuable insights for enhancing public awareness and participation in the implementation of zakat fitrah.

Abstract

Pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila di SDN Pucakwangi 03 masih banyak dilakukan secara konvensional dengan metode ceramah dan hafalan. Hal ini menyebabkan siswa kurang aktif dalam proses pembelajaran dan mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami materi. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu 1) mendeskripsikan perbedaan skor pretest dan posttest menggunakan model problem based learning berbantuan media slideware interaktif, 2) mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar Pendidikan Pancasila pada siswa kelas III setelah diterapkannya model problem based learning berbantuan media slideware interaktif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif pre experimental dengan desain one group pretest posttest. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas III SDN Pucakwangi yang berjumlah 20 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, tes dan dokumentasi dengan analisis data menggunakan uji paired sample t-test dan uji n-gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya perbedaan signifikan dalam hasil belajar siswa, dengan rata-rata skor pretest 41,75 meningkat menjadi 81,25 pada posttest. Uji t menunjukkan nilai 0,000 < 0,05 dan uji n-gain sebesar 0,682, mengindikasikan peningkatan hasil belajar yang cukup efektif. Kesimpulannya, penerapan problem based learning berbantuan media slideware interaktif cukup efektif dalam meningkatkan hasiil belajar pendidikan pancasila siswa kelas III SDN Pucakwangi 03.
