Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze the teacher’s utterances about the code-mixing used and what factors influenced them to mix their languages. In answering these problems, researchers used a sociolinguistics approach. This research is classified as quantitative research; the data was collected by observation, documentation, and questionnaires, and analyzed using document analysis of the teacher's utterances. The researcher found, that the formulation related to type code-mixing, shows 240 code-mixed data by the teachers i.e.: insertion and alternation. The type of code-mixing most often appears on insertion was the insertion of a phrase (45.8%) followed by the insertion of the word (40.0%). Insertion of hybrid (8.3%) next, alternation (3.7%) and the last one was the insertion of repetition (2.0%). The factors that highly influence the teachers' code mixing used are bilingualism (83, 33%), vocabulary (81.25%), speaker partner (76, 04%), social community (72, 91%), situation (66,66%) and prestige (50%).

Abstract

Mott).

Abstract

This article explores Indonesia's strategic role in ASEAN peacebuilding and conflict prevention during the Joko Widodo (Jokowi) administration, focusing on the ASEAN Outlook on the Indo-Pacific (AOIP) as a strategic normative initiative. Anchored in Constructivism and supported by role theory, this study examines how Indonesia uses ASEAN-led institutional mechanisms to promote regional stability through shared norms and ASEAN identity amid escalating Indo-Pacific geopolitical tensions. Indonesia's efforts to uphold ASEAN's centrality and advance a rules-based regional order in order to preserve peace in the region are reflected in the AOIP/ Using a qualitative research method based on literature review and document analysis, the research investigates both official ASEAN documents and relevant academic literature. The findings of this article reveal that Indonesia's role in peacebuilding and conflict prevention is based on norm-based leadership, consistent with its identity as a bridge-builder and peace promoter. Despite concerns about Indonesia's diminishing involvement in ASEAN, AOIP illustrates how Indonesia has reframed its broader leadership role, through institutional innovation and normative diplomacy by emphasizing the centrality of ASEAN and its distinctive values. Furthermore, the wide acceptance of AOIP by regional and external powers demonstrates Indonesia's success in shaping a cooperative Indo-Pacific order and contributing to long-term peacebuilding through institutional engagement.

Abstract

Ascariasis is an intestinal worm disease caused by Ascaridia galli. This disease can attack the small intestine and cause a decrease in productivity of local breed chickens. Worm infections in chickens can be suppressed by taking precautions and treatment measures such as improving the management of the cage and providing anthelmintic. Medicinal plants that can be used as an alternative anthelmintic are jatropha leaves (Jatropha curcas linn) which contain secondary metabolites such as alkaloids, saponins, tannins, phenolics, flavonoids, triterpenoids, steroids, and glycosides. The study aims to determine the anthelmintic activity of Jatropha leaf extract against Ascaridia galli worms. 75 samples of Ascaridia galli worms were taken from chicken intestines in traditional markets. This research was conducted in vitro with five treatments consisting of one positive control group using Levamisole, one negative control group with 0.5% NaCMC, and three groups of Jatropha leaf extract (JLE) with concentrations of 10%, 15% and 20 %. The results of the study showed that jatropha leaf extract at a concentration of 20% gave a better anthelmintic effect compared with administration of Levamisole as a positive control (+) and jatropha leaf extract had LC50 and LT50 at concentrations of 5.49% and 96.006 minutes.
