Abstract

The use of empty yards or that has not been used optimally by rural communities who still have a low economy is the basis for the use of yards for planting medicinal family plants, vegetables and various types of flower plants to be able to support the economic needs of the people in Gadungan Village, Gandusari District, Regency Blitar. The purpose of community service is: 1). To find out community empowerment through the utilization of house yards in a livelihood perspective. 2) To determine the impact of empowerment on the welfare of society. The service method used is Active and Participatory Learning. This method is carried out by cultivating vegetable and toga seeds to utilize the yard around the house. This activity consists of self-education and assistance in planting seeds. Periodic monitoring and assistance needs to be done to get maximum results.

Abstract

Di era digital saat ini, persaingan dalam dunia pemasaran semakin ketat, terutama bagi usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM). Salah satu kunci untuk menarik perhatian konsumen adalah kemampuan dalam menciptakan konten yang menarik, termasuk penggunaan tagline atau judul yang efektif. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan anggota Karang Taruna Perkasa di Kelurahan Sukorame, Kota Kediri, dalam menciptakan tagline atau judul yang menarik pada konten jualan. Di era digital, pemilihan tagline yang tepat memiliki peran penting dalam menarik perhatian konsumen dan memaksimalkan efektivitas promosi di media sosial. Melalui sesi pelatihan yang komprehensif, para peserta diajarkan teknik-teknik dalam membuat tagline yang kreatif dan relevan serta bagaimana cara menyesuaikannya dengan target audiens. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan kemampuan peserta dalam menciptakan judul konten yang mampu menarik perhatian, meningkatkan minat beli konsumen, serta mendukung pengembangan usaha mereka. Evaluasi pasca-pelatihan mengindikasikan peningkatan minat peserta dalam memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai media promosi dan menunjukkan adanya dampak positif dalam strategi pemasaran mereka

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of employee motivation and work discipline on employee productivity at PT. Payung Pusaka Mandiri, which operates in the jamu industry. This study employs a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. The sample used is all 56 members of the workforce using the entire sampling method. The data is collected using a kuesioner and analyzed using a berganda line regression. The study's findings indicate that employee motivation has a positive and significant impact on their productivity in a parsial manner. Workplace discipline also has a positive and significant impact on employees' productivity in a parsial manner. Simultaneously, work discipline and motivation have a significant impact on employees' productivity. All of this highlights how important it is for businesses to consider motivational and disciplinary factors as a strategy to increase employee productivity.
