Abstract

AbstractThis research is testing the influence of  Experiential Marketing and Service Quality for being reasonability of Customers Loyality Forming . The sample is 66 person. The analysis technique used is path analysis by using  smart pls. The result shows from four variabels, the biggest contribution of experiential marketing  is ACT with the standardized coefisien 0.884, it means there is influence of experiental marketing about 88.4%. This means the increasing of ACT will make the increasing of Experiental marketing 88.4%. The other variable which influenced is quality toward the loyality.The quality is composed by  Assurance, Empathy, Reliability, Responsiveness, and  Tangible. The indicator which has the biggest contribution is assurance with the value indicator of coeficient standarized 0.722.Key Word : Experiential Marketing, service quality, customer loyality.  AbstrakPenelitian ini menguji pengaruh Pengaruh Experiential Marketing Dan Kualitas Layanan Yang Dipertimbangkan Dalam Pembentukan Loyalitas Konsumen. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 66 orang. Tehnik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tehnik analisis menggunakan analisis jalur dengan menggunakan alat analisis smart pls. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan dari ke empat variabel ini, yang memiliki kontrobusi paling besar terhadap experiental marketing adalah ACT dengan nilai standardized koefisien sebesar 0.884 dimana nilai ini memiliki arti bahwa perubahan pada ACT akan berpengaruh terhadap perubahan experiental marketing sekitar 88.4%. Nilai ini juga dapat dimaknai kenaikan pada ACT akan berdampak pada kenaikan Experiental marketing sebesar 88.4%. Variabel kualitas juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas. Kualitas disusun oleh Assurance, Empathy, Reliability, Responsiveness, dan Tangible. Indikator yang memiliki kontribusi paling besar dalam menyusun kualitas adalah pada Assurance dengan nilai standardized koefisien sebesar 0.722.Kata Kunci : Experiential Marketing, Kualitas Layanan, Loyalitas Konsumen.

Abstract

This research was conducted to test work stress, work motivation, work environment on employee performance. The research sample was 50 respondents and used a total sampling method. This study uses a quantitative approach, data for this study were obtained through a research questionnaire that was filled out by predetermined respondents. Variables are measured with a Likert scale. Hypothesis testing using SPSS V20 tools with multiple linear regression analysis methods.The findings about the effect of work stress, work motivation, work environment on the performance of employees of UD. Patama Karya city of Kedirir. First, work stress and work motivation have no significant impact on employee performance. Second, the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance. Third, the work stress silmultually variable work motivation and work environment significantly influence employee performance. The results of this study are expected to be the basis for developing new strategies in an effort to improve work stress, work motivation, work environment on employee performance.

Abstract

The Pandemic of COVID-19 and social restriction policy (PSBB) in Indonesia caused a lot of impacts, one of them is Tofu Takwa SMEs in Kediri. This condition disrupts production activities up to marketing. Then it takes a risk analysis by looking at the main potential risks that arise while pandemic like this and do manage to get a strategy for their business sustainability. This research aims to analyze and manage the main risks that occur in Tofu Takwa SMEs in Kediri. The results showed that there are 3 risks in a high level like decrease of the income, decrease in production amount and increase the price of raw materials and 1 risk in middle level like late in delivery raw material so that it can be done by financial strategy, resize, search for a new market with social media and cooperate with the local government to help the marketing of social service programs.

Abstract

The reasearch aim is for analizing the influence of personality dimension “The Big Five Personality” towards ORGANIZATIONAL Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (Studi Case Of Student Affairs Employees At X University). Population of this research is all employees of X University and sample is the employees who are at student affairs unit (50 people). The data were collected by sharing the quesioner to 50 respondents. The analysis of this research is Partial Least Square Structural EQUTION Model (PLS-SEM). Analysis result of PLS-SEM is there is significant influence of personality dimension, “The Big Five Personality” among five personality dimensions, alturism has the highest significance.

Abstract

Desa Tinalan Kecamatan Pesantren Kota Kediri merupakan sentral penghasil tahu di kota kediri. Hampir semua penduduk yang ada di Desa Tinalan Gang 4 tepatnya memiliki mata pencaharan yang sama yaitu sebagai pengrajin Tahu dan stik tahu. Mitra dalam IbM ini adalah Bapak Jamalidun dan Bapak Parman.Dalam proses produksinya kedua mitra masih menggunakan peralatan yang ada saja dengan kapasitas yang belum bisa memenuhi kebutuhan pasar sehingga peluang kenaikan pasar belum bisa dimanfaatkan sepenuhnya oleh pengusaha mikro. Mitra pemasaran produk regional ada di kios milik mitra, pasar setempat, dan tengkulak. Permintaan yang makin tinggi di hari - hari tertentu, misalnya : liburan, hari besar dan hari raya membuat mitra tidak bisa memenuhi pasar. Pola manajemen yang diterapkan oleh mitra masih sangat sederhana sekali, tidak ada catatan rinci mengenai masuk dan keluarnya barang dan biaya yang dikeluarkan selama produksi sehingga tidak diketahui secara pasti jumlah keuntungan bersih dari hasil usahanya.Dengan dilaksanakannya Program IbM ini diharapkan bisa berdampak pada perkembangan usaha mikro ini sehingga pola manajemen lebih baik sehingga mitra bisa mengetahui keuntungannya dengan pasti, dapat menciptakan lapangan kerja yang lebih besar sehingga mampu menyerap tenaga kerja di desa. Ini dapat dilihat dari telah maksimalnya produksi yang dilakukan oleh mitra, cara packing dan sistem pembukuan yang lebih baik dari biasanya, dan selain itu mitra telah terdaftar dalam HKI merek dagang.

Abstract

Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana upaya yang dilakukan pihak CV. Karya Anugerah Bersama untuk mengurangi risiko produk cacat yang terjadi di dalam perusahaan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian suatu penilaian untuk mengetahui, menilai suatu variabel atau lebih tanpa membuat perbandingan atau menghubungkan variabel lain. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yaitu berupa wawancara dan observasi ke perusahaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif yaitu dengan mengumpulkan data-data tentang produk batu bata yang cacat dan biaya kualitas pada perusahaan. Hasil analisis yang telah digunakan dapat disimpulkan bahwa CV. Karya Anugerah Bersama hanya mengeluarkan jenis biaya kualitas di dalam produksi batu bata yaitu biaya pencegahan berupa penyewaan mesin dan gaji karyawan.

Abstract

The research aims to know whether the small and middle business can struggle against the situation of Covid-19 pandemic in Northern Bekasi nowadays.  The research methodology used was descriptive quantitative and multiple linear regression analysis, and analyzed by SPSS version 22, covered Validity, Reliability, Normality, Multicolinierity, Heteroscedasticity, Hyphotesis, and Coefficient Determination Test. The results of this study are that Commercial Advertising Frequency on Television variable has a negative and no significant effect on Economic Improvement while the Role of Food Vlogger variable has a positive and significant effect on Economic Improvement. The uniqueness of this study is that Economic Improvement variable can be more affected by the Role of Food Vlogger variable of  4.7% than the other factors.

Abstract

Belimbing wuluh dengan nama latin (Averrhoa bilimbi Linn) merupakan tanaman di Indonesia. Berdasarkan pemanfaatannya buah dari belimbing wuluh sering digunakan masyarakat sebagai penyedap makanan untuk memberi rasa asam. Buahnya yang asam membuat belimbing wuluh kerap digunakan sebagai bahan campuran dalam berbagai masakan tradisional. Mudahnya untuk penanaman dan banyaknya buah dalam setiap kali berbuah menjadikan tanaman ini mudah tumbuh dimana saja. Akan tetapi kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang bagaimana cara pengelolahan lain dari belimbing wuluh. Melihat potensi belimbing wuluh di sekitar tempat tinggal Ibu-ibu dasa wisma Blewah 1 berniat untuk mengolah agar bernilai jual tinggi supaya dapat menambah pendapatan. Abstract

This research is a study of the intentions and perceptions of msme actors towards the use of digital payments using qris in the city of kediri. This research is a qualitative type with 20 msme actors as respondents. With the first result being the perception of benefits, it turns out that the perceived benefits are balanced, 10 actors can already feel it and 10 others have not because they are new to digital payments with qris. Perceptions of convenience according to msme actors who were respondents stated that qris was very easy to use in all transactions. Meanwhile, from the perception of risk so far felt by the respondents there is no risk that is too fatal when using qris as a digital payment tool. From this it can be concluded that the large benefits, convenience and small risks make msme actors who are very familiar with qris prefer to use qris in every transaction intensively.
