Abstract

Tourism is a reference to a marker of a country's prosperity because the tourism industry has a real influence on the economy, economic improvement and environmental carrying capacity. This study aims to determine how the influence of E-WOM and destination image on visiting decisions on Hillpark Sibolangit tours. The research technique used is quantitative. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling method with a sample size of 100 respondents. The results of this test indicate that the E-WOM factor (X1) and destination image (X2) have a partial and significant effect on visiting decisions (Y). E-WOM (X1) and destination image (X2) variables simultaneously and significantly affect visiting decisions (Y). With an R value of 0.724, it shows that the E-WOM (X1) and destination image (X2) factors are related to visiting decisions (Y) by 0.724 so that the relationship between these factors can be categorized as close. Through the R Square value, it is known that E-WOM (X1) and destination image (X2) contribute 51.4%, while the remaining 48.6% is influenced by variables not discussed in this study.

Abstract

Currently, banks have issued a service called Electronic Banking (E-Banking). Where one of the services of E-Banking is Internet Banking which functions as an alternative to conducting banking transactions online using the Internet. Internet Banking makes it easier for customers to do online banking transactions, both financial transactions and non-financial transactions, except for making deposit transactions or cash withdrawals. But when using Internet Banking services, is there control or a chaotic system? Therefore, this article explains the reasons why customers use E-Banking services, the benefits perceived by customers, what are the obstacles faced by customers and suggestions or input on BSI E-Banking. Then in this article also provides an explanation of the experience of using E-Banking by customers. This article also explains the advantages and disadvantages of the E-Banking system. So that bank customers who wish to use Internet Banking services gain knowledge and can choose a bank that provides better and safer Internet Banking service security and can reduce disturbances in the E-Banking service system

Abstract

This research addresses the challenge of low student engagement and unsatisfactory achievement in Science (IPA) among fifth-grade students at MIS Arul Relem. The underlying issue identified was the passive learning approach, which contributed to low motivation and poor conceptual understanding. The study aims to determine the extent to which the application of the Inquiry Learning Model can effectively improve these Science learning outcomes. The research employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design, conducted over two sequential cycles. The participants were the entire population of fifth-grade students, totaling 25 individuals. Data collection instruments included a pre-test, post-tests for each cycle, and student and teacher activity observation sheets. The success criterion for the intervention was set at an 80% student mastery rate with a Minimum Completeness Criterion (KKM) score of 70. The results demonstrated significant improvement. In the initial pre-cycle phase, the class average score was 60, with only 40% of students achieving mastery. Following the implementation of the Inquiry Learning Model in Cycle I, the class average increased to 75, and the mastery percentage rose to 68%. By the conclusion of Cycle II, the class average reached 82, and the learning mastery dramatically surged to 88%, successfully surpassing the established success criterion. Furthermore, observation data confirmed a noticeable increase in student activity and enthusiasm during the learning process. In conclusion, the Inquiry Learning Model is proven to be a highly effective and appropriate strategy for enhancing Science Learning Outcomes and fostering active participation among fifth-grade students at MIS Arul Relem.

Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari model Problem Based Learning adalah mengembangkan untuk berpikir kritis, analitis, sistematis dan logis untuk menemukan alternatif pemecahan masalah. Permasalahan yang dihadapi dan ditemukan peserta didik harus mampu menumbuhkan motivasi dan sikap ilmiah pesertadidik dalam belajar. Peran guru dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran model Problem Based Learning ini adalah membimbing dan mengarahkan peserta didik dalam proses penyelesaian permasalahan yang dihadapi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik SMP YAKPI 1 DKI JAYA melalui model Problem Based Learning (PBL). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas VII semester II yang berjumlah 28 orang. Data motivasi belajar PPKn peserta didik dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, dari hasil belajar peserta didik pada siklus I dengan rata-rata sebesar 70 yang masuk dalam kategori cukup, dengan daya serap sebesar 70% sedangkan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 50% dari 28 orang peserta didik yang tuntas pada siklus I. Sedangkan pada siklus II rata – rata hasil belajar peserta didik sebesar 82 dalam kategori baik, dengan daya serap 82% dan ketuntasan klasikal 92% dari 28 orang peserta didik yang tuntas. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning secara efektif mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar PPKn peserta didik kelas VII semester II di SMP YAKPI 1 DKI JAYA. Kata Kunci: Problem Based Learning (PBL) dan motivasi belajar.
