Abstract

The tourism industry in Indonesia continues to experience significant developments from year to year. This can be seen from the growth of various types of tourism accommodation such as hotels, resorts and others. The preference of Gen Z and previous preferences differ due to their unique characteristics, such as attachment to technology, environmental awareness and tend to pay more attention to experience in traveling. The purpose of this study is to find out what factors influence Gen Z preferences in the selection of hotel accommodation. This research is included in quantitative research with a descriptive research approach. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Sampling technique using the accidental sampling method. Data measurement techniques use the likert scale. Obtained results from this study show that the five indicators include price, quality of product, quality of service, brand and tangible produce agreed value. This became an aspect that Gen Z considered in the selection of hotel accommodation.

Abstract

Sustainable cities focus heavily on people's quality of life. The city park perspective is an important factor that makes us livable, pleasant and attractive for city residents. There are still problems in maintaining city parks in the social and environmental aspects that support sustainable city parks. This problem is exacerbated by the behavior of many visitors who do not pay attention to the cleanliness of the city park environment, so that the anticipated green open space does not match reality, there is a lot of rubbish strewn about, and the smell of rubbish, giving rise to comfort and health problems. The aim of this research is to determine visitor behavior, seen from cultural, social, personal and psychological aspects. Based on the results of this research, city parks provide information about visitor behavior regarding awareness of throwing rubbish in the places provided. If city parks are well kept clean and their quality improves, it is not impossible that city parks will truly be beneficial for urban communities.

Abstract

Developments in the tourism sector are becoming increasingly necessary for the management of lodgings that are being developed as destinations so that they can compete for the attractiveness of the hotel market. This tourism development sector has resulted in the development of the accommodation industry in Jakarta. In other words, interesting things are needed to attract consumer attention in the marketing of the apartment. However, with so much competition in this business, it is increasingly difficult to get consumers. This marketing aims to expand the network and provide satisfaction and good quality service to consumers so that this marketing activity is attractive to various producing institutions. This research is included in quantitative research with a descriptive research approach. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. The data measurement technique uses a Likert Scale, which is used to measure attitudes, opinions, and perceptions of a person or group of people about social phenomena. This is a reference for consumers in choosing apartment accommodation

Abstract

This article Utilize the Function of Suropati Menteng Park as a City Parkhe. The samples used were the manager of Suropati Menteng Park and visitors to Suropati Menteng Park. The purpose of this study is to find out the functioning of Suropati Menteng park in the functioning of social functions and to find out the functioning of aesthetic functions in Suropati Menteng park. This type of research is field research which means observing directly the object being researched with the aim of obtaining relevant data. This research is a type of descriptive quantitative research where researchers can obtain data collected in the form of processed numbers. The results of the research that has been carried out by taking 60 respondents by including respondent data. This research includes age, gender, and domicile. The results of this study show that the functioning of Suropati Park on social and aesthetic functions is quite good, because of the 60 respondents the results of the questionnaire that were distributed showed agreement with the statement that had been made by the author. The average value of the perception given by visitors to this aspect is 3.1 which means agree. This score can be said to be in the high category. This condition indicates that Suropati Park is quite good in carrying out social functions. Assessment points in this aspect include an assessment of the cleanliness of the garden environment and beauty. The average score for this aspect is 3.1 which means agree.
