Abstract

Developments in the tourism sector are becoming increasingly necessary for the management of lodgings that are being developed as destinations so that they can compete for the attractiveness of the hotel market. This tourism development sector has resulted in the development of the accommodation industry in Jakarta. In other words, interesting things are needed to attract consumer attention in the marketing of the apartment. However, with so much competition in this business, it is increasingly difficult to get consumers. This marketing aims to expand the network and provide satisfaction and good quality service to consumers so that this marketing activity is attractive to various producing institutions. This research is included in quantitative research with a descriptive research approach. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. The data measurement technique uses a Likert Scale, which is used to measure attitudes, opinions, and perceptions of a person or group of people about social phenomena. This is a reference for consumers in choosing apartment accommodation

Abstract

This study was motivated by the problem of students' weak reading literacy and 4C skills in elementary schools. Reading literacy and 4C skills are essential components of 21st-century education that need to be developed through effective learning processes. The research aims to analyze the effect of the Independent Curriculum teaching modules on improving reading literacy and 4C skills among fourth-grade elementary students. A quantitative approach with an experimental design was employed in this study. The sample consisted of 148 fourth-grade students selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques included tests to measure reading literacy and observation sheets to assess 4C skills. Instrument validity and reliability tests were conducted to ensure the quality of the research tools. Data analysis was performed using Multivariate Analysis of Variance (MANOVA) to test the research hypotheses. The results indicate that the Independent Curriculum teaching modules significantly influence the improvement of students' reading literacy and 4C skills. In conclusion, the implementation of the Independent Curriculum teaching modules enhances students' ability to comprehend texts and develop essential 21st-century skills needed to face future challenges.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap kesejahteraan karyawan dan produktivitas di sektor ekonomi kreatif menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Studi dilakukan pada beberapa subsektor, seperti media digital, desain grafis, dan industri musik, untuk memahami dinamika unik yang memengaruhi kesejahteraan dan produktivitas. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling untuk memilih partisipan yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya kerja yang kolaboratif dan fleksibel memiliki dampak signifikan pada kesejahteraan emosional karyawan. Kolaborasi yang baik meningkatkan inovasi dan produktivitas tim, sedangkan fleksibilitas kerja memberikan keseimbangan antara pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi. Namun, tantangan juga ditemukan dalam implementasi budaya kerja. Kurangnya penghargaan formal terhadap kontribusi individu dan batasan yang kabur antara pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi sering kali menjadi sumber stres. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya komunikasi yang efektif, penghargaan yang adil, dan kebijakan kerja yang terstruktur untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang sehat. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa budaya kerja yang inklusif dan mendukung dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan karyawan sekaligus mendorong produktivitas dan inovasi di sektor ekonomi kreatif. Rekomendasi praktis diberikan kepada organisasi untuk merancang kebijakan kerja yang holistik, dengan fokus pada kesejahteraan karyawan dan pengembangan budaya kerja yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi literatur tentang manajemen sumber daya manusia dan menawarkan wawasan praktis untuk sektor ekonomi kreatif.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze how much impact system quality, perceived convenience, security and confidentiality have on taxpayer satisfaction with e-filing users at KPP Pratama South Batam. This data was collected using a questionnaire which was measured using a Likert scale. The population taken in this research were individual taxpayers who reported their taxes using e-filing who were registered at KPP Pratama South Batam, total 61,479 people and the sample from the Slovin formula calculation the sample was obtained in the research This is a total of 398 individual taxpayer respondents. Data were processed using SPSS 25. The results showed that quality had no effect on taxpayer satisfaction using e-filing, perceived ease had a positive effect on taxpayer satisfaction using e-filing, security and confidentiality had an insignificant effect on taxpayer satisfaction using e-filing and together the quality of the system, perceived convenience as well as security and confidentiality have a positive effect on taxpayer satisfaction with e-filing users at KPP Pratama South Batam. The coefficient of determination of 24.6% the remaining 75.4% is influenced by other variables that were not examined in this research.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pembelajaran Quantum Teaching tipe Tandur terhadap hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas 3 di SD. Metode yang digunakan dalam studi ini ialah eksperimen dengan desain pretest-posttest control group. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari dua kelas, yakni kelas eksperimen yang menerapkan pembelajaran Quantum Teaching tipe Tandur dan kelas kontrol yang memakai metode pembelajaran konvensional. Data dihimpun melalui tes hasil belajar yang diberikan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan, serta observasi selama proses pembelajaran. Hasil analisis memperlihatkan bahwa ada peningkatan yang signifikan pada hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia siswa di kelas eksperimen dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol. Pembelajaran Quantum Teaching tipe Tandur terbukti mampu menaikkan motivasi dan keterlibatan siswa, sehingga berdampak positif terhadap pemahaman materi. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode Quantum Teaching tipe Tandur bisa menjadi alternatif yang efektif dalam menaikkan hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas 3 di SD. Diharapkan hasil studi ini bisa memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan metode pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif dan efektif di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

This educational hajj workshop for children aims to instill an early understanding of the pillars and meaning of the hajj pilgrimage among students at SD Al Azhar 7 Sukabumi through the experiential learning approach. This method was chosen because it involves direct experiences, reflection, and active student participation in the learning process. The workshop activities included hajj simulations, educational games, interactive discussions, and reflective assignments. The results showed an improvement in students' cognitive understanding of the hajj rituals, as well as the development of spiritual awareness about its values. The experiential learning approach proved effective in helping children grasp abstract religious concepts in a concrete and meaningful way. This workshop also contributed to instilling Islamic character values such as patience, discipline, and togetherness from an early age. It is recommended as an engaging and applicable model of religious education for elementary schools.

Abstract

Qurban is a major Islamic ritual performed annually during Eid al-Adha, carrying spiritual, social, and educational values, particularly in educational institutions. Its implementation must comply with Islamic law, upholding principles of halal, cleanliness, and trustworthiness, from animal selection to meat distribution. This community service program aims to enhance the understanding, skills, and awareness of qurban committee members and foundation residents regarding halal, safe, and sharia-compliant qurban practices. Methods include disseminating qurban jurisprudence, providing technical training on slaughtering and animal handling, and conducting participatory field simulations. Results indicate improved knowledge of Islamic law, increased awareness of trust, and enhanced technical skills among participants. The program benefits the current year’s qurban implementation and is expected to serve as an educational, professional, and sharia-compliant model for other educational institutions in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pada bagian Injection Phylon di PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang. Metodologi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Random Sampling dengan jumlah sampel 80 orang karyawan pada bagian Injection Phylon di PT. Adis Dimension Footwear. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan uji statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis dan uji koefisien determinasi dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai regresi linier berganda Y = 6,722 + 0,254X_1 + 0,605X_2 dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 7,723 > nilai t tabel sebesar 1,991 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja Fisik (X1) secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja (Y). Nilai t hitung sebesar 12,131 lebih besar daripada nilai t tabel sebesar 1,991. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Disiplin Kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap Produktivitas Kerja (Y). Selanjutnya, hasil uji f simultan menunjukkan nilai f hitung sebesar 97,667, lebih besar daripada nilai f tabel sebesar 3,12, dengan nilai Adjusted R-square sebesar 0,710 atau 71%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja Fisik dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja pada bagian Injection Phylon di PT. Adis Dimension Footwear.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan lingkungan fisik kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Indomobil Multi Trada Bintaro baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknil pengumpulan menggunakan sampling jenuh dimana semua populasi digunakan sebagai responden diperoleh sampel sebanyak 80 sampel. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Variabel budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, hal ini terlihat dari persamaan linier sederhana Y = 10.757 + 0,505. nilai R (koefisien korelasi) budaya organisasi kerja sebesar 0,605 yang berati memiliki hubungan yang kuat. Nilai koefisien determinasi 66,4%. nilai t hitung > t tabel atau (6,706 > 1,991). Dengan demikian maka Ho1 ditolak dan Ha1 diterima, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial antara budaya organisasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Indomobil Multi Trada Bintaro. Variabel lingkungan fisik kerja secara parsial berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, hal ini terlihat dari persamaan linier sederhana Y = 14.738 + 0,568. Nilai koefesiensi regresi variabel lingkungan fisik kerja (X2) adalah 0,568 yang berati memiliki hubungan yang sedang. Nilai koefisien determinasi 60,3%... nilai t hitung > t tabel atau (10.883 > 1,991). Dengan demikian maka Ho1 ditolak dan Ha1 diterima, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial antara lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Indomobil Multi Trada Bintaro. Variabel budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi berganda Y = 8.829 + 0,484X1 + 0,400X2. Nilai korelasi sebesar 0,674 artinya memiliki hubungan atau pengaruh yang kuat. Nilai koefisien determinasi 72,3%. Nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (100.415 > 3,115) dan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, dalam artian yang berarti terdapat adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan antara variabel budaya organisasi kerja dan lingkungan fisik kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Indomobil Multi Trada Bintaro.

Abstract

Competency-based curriculum development is a strategic approach to improving the quality of education in Indonesia, especially in addressing the challenges of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and globalization. The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, introduced by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of Indonesia, aims to provide greater autonomy to educational institutions in designing flexible curricula that meet the needs of the workforce. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature review technique to collect and analyze relevant data. Literature searches were conducted via Google Scholar using relevant keywords, restricting results to articles published between 2020 and 2023. Literature analysis indicates that the development of competency-based curricula aligned with the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (KKNI) and the integration of technology in teaching, such as augmented reality and digital media, can enhance graduate competencies and learning effectiveness. Additionally, collaboration between higher education institutions and industries, as well as the development of entrepreneurship programs on campus, significantly contributes to students' job readiness. This research provides practical and strategic recommendations for more effective and relevant curriculum development, supporting the improvement of higher education quality in Indonesia and producing competent and innovative graduates.
