Abstract

Sustainable cities focus heavily on people's quality of life. The city park perspective is an important factor that makes us livable, pleasant and attractive for city residents. There are still problems in maintaining city parks in the social and environmental aspects that support sustainable city parks. This problem is exacerbated by the behavior of many visitors who do not pay attention to the cleanliness of the city park environment, so that the anticipated green open space does not match reality, there is a lot of rubbish strewn about, and the smell of rubbish, giving rise to comfort and health problems. The aim of this research is to determine visitor behavior, seen from cultural, social, personal and psychological aspects. Based on the results of this research, city parks provide information about visitor behavior regarding awareness of throwing rubbish in the places provided. If city parks are well kept clean and their quality improves, it is not impossible that city parks will truly be beneficial for urban communities.

Abstract

Developments in the tourism sector are becoming increasingly necessary for the management of lodgings that are being developed as destinations so that they can compete for the attractiveness of the hotel market. This tourism development sector has resulted in the development of the accommodation industry in Jakarta. In other words, interesting things are needed to attract consumer attention in the marketing of the apartment. However, with so much competition in this business, it is increasingly difficult to get consumers. This marketing aims to expand the network and provide satisfaction and good quality service to consumers so that this marketing activity is attractive to various producing institutions. This research is included in quantitative research with a descriptive research approach. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. The data measurement technique uses a Likert Scale, which is used to measure attitudes, opinions, and perceptions of a person or group of people about social phenomena. This is a reference for consumers in choosing apartment accommodation

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap tingkat kepuasan pengunjung di Taman Tebet Eco Park, Jakarta. Taman ini telah menjadi salah satu daya tarik utama bagi masyarakat urban sebagai ruang terbuka hijau yang menawarkan berbagai fasilitas rekreasi. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden. Kuesioner tersebut dirancang untuk mengukur dimensi-dimensi kualitas pelayanan, seperti kebersihan, keamanan, kenyamanan, serta keramahan petugas taman, dan pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan pengunjung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kepuasan pengunjung. Aspek kebersihan dan keamanan taman, serta keramahan dan profesionalitas petugas, menjadi faktor-faktor utama yang menentukan kepuasan pengunjung. Peningkatan kualitas pelayanan di Taman Tebet Eco Park diharapkan dapat memperkuat daya tarik taman ini, meningkatkan tingkat kunjungan, serta berkontribusi dalam pelestarian dan pengelolaan ruang terbuka hijau di kawasan perkotaan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of waiters’ performance on customer satisfaction at Whistel SMK Wirasaba Karawang. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive correlational approach. The population in this study consisted of all customers of Whistel SMK Wirasaba Karawang, with a sample of 65 respondents determined using the total sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was conducted using correlation tests and simple linear regression. The results showed that waiters’ performance had a positive and significant relationship with customer satisfaction. This indicates that the better the waiters’ performance in serving customers, the higher the level of satisfaction experienced by customers. The conclusion of this study is that improving the competence and service quality of waiters is an important factor in maintaining and increasing customer satisfaction at Whistel SMK Wirasaba Karawang.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze the use of Instagram as marketing content within Glasmacher Coffee's marketing strategy. The background to this research is based on the increasing use of social media in Indonesia, particularly Instagram, which has become a primary means of marketing products and services, including the coffee shop industry. Initial observations indicate that Glasmacher Coffee utilizes its official Instagram account, @glasmacher.coffee, as a promotional medium through uploading photos, videos, reels, and stories to increase brand awareness and attract new customers. The research method used was descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews, direct observation, open-ended questionnaires, and documentation. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive analysis model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that Glasmacher Coffee's Instagram marketing strategy focuses on creating aesthetically pleasing visual content relevant to its target audience of young people. The use of Instagram features such as feeds, reels, and stories has proven effective in increasing consumer engagement. However, this study also identified challenges such as limited human resources, changes in the Instagram algorithm, and a lack of consistency in content management. The study concluded that using Instagram as a content marketing medium can increase brand awareness and build engagement with consumers, although more consistent content management and strategies that adapt to changing digital trends are still needed. Abstract

Suatu organisasi memiliki kelompok-kelompok formal yang di dalamnya terdapat unit unit kerja satuan dan serta kelompok informal yang terbentuk, di mana kelompok-kelompok ini cenderung memiliki kedekatan atau keseragaman dalam hal sikap, perilaku dan kinerja, kedekatan di suatu lingkungan organisasi atau perusahaan, ini sering disebut sebagai kohesivitas. Peneliti tertarik meneliti dengan variabel kohesivitas kelompok yang ada di perusahaan PT. Asuransi Sinar Mas Jakarta di Divisi Marketing Kantor Pusat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kohesivitas divisi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Asuransi Sinar Mas Jakarta di Divisi Marketing Kantor Pusat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode dekriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner, dan data pustaka. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampling jenuh yang digunakan berjumlah 50 karyawan PT. Asuransi Sinar Mas di divisi marketing kantor pusat dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data regresi linear sederhana. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara kohesivitas kelompok terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Asuransi Sinar Mas Jakarta di Divisi Marketing Kantor Pusat berpengaruh positif kuat dan memiliki kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 42% terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi untuk penelitian selanjutnya .Kata Kunci: kohesivitas kelompok, kinerja karyawan

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to provide training on innovations in making drinks from carrots to the people of Cibeureum village, Cisarua - Bogor. The method used ABCD (Asset Based Community) to maximize the potential assets, which includes individual assets, communities, infrastructure, community, et al. The the activity of making Jawor Drink (Ginger Carrot) as a business opportunity for the community in Ciberuem Village, Cisarua District, Bogor, is a training method. Pertiwi University Tourism students as instructors provide ideas and also training to the community to turn agricultural products into business opportunities that can help economic development. The people of Cibeureum village are very enthusiastic about the new innovation developed by Pertiwi University students regarding drinks made from carrots. Jawor drink is believed to be a new drink innovation that can be enjoyed in Cibeureum village which has cool weather qualities. Abstract

This research was aimed at finding out how the Store Atmosphere affects consumer satisfaction at Antar Ruang Coffee & Eatery. This research uses a questionnaire as a tool in collecting respondent data. The analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis. The population and sample in this research were visitors to Antar Ruang Coffee & Eatery. The number of respondents in this research was 100 respondents. The results of this research are based on simple linear regression analysis to obtain a sig number. < 0.05, then the store atmosphere variable has a significant influence on the consumer satisfaction variable with an R squre of 0.354, meaning that the store atmosphere influences consumer satisfaction by 35.4% and the remaining 64.6% is influenced by other factors. Abstract

The Korean Wave (Hallyu) has become a global phenomenon that influences various aspects of culture and economy, including consumption preferences. Korean boy band NCT, with its dynamic group concept and multinational members, plays an important role in spreading the influence of the Korean Wave to young audiences around the world. This study uses survey methods and data analysis to explore how NCT's influence affects Generation Z's consumption patterns, specifically in terms of purchasing merchandise, fashion products, and related digital services. The results show that Generation Z's emotional engagement with NCT significantly influences their consumptive behavior. Interactions through social media and content produced by NCT act as the main driving factors in purchasing decisions. This research provides insights into how Korean boy bands can influence consumption trends and identifies effective marketing strategies to adapt to Generation Z's preferences and behaviors. The implications of this study include the need for innovative marketing approaches and awareness of the long-term impact of the Korean Wave's influence on young consumers' consumption patterns.
