Abstract

This research aims to explore and improve and strengthen the potential that exists in students so that it becomes an essential personality, so that later it can become a life goal that can trigger enthusiasm in seeking and improving knowledge. Guidance and counseling is an interpersonal approach to students who have problems in terms of discipline. Enforcement of discipline against students does not always have to be by means of sanctions that refer to an act of violence. It must always be remembered that, an educational institution is not a legal institution that always sells sanctions against its residents. An educational institution must always strive to cure all forms of social behavioral deviations by optimizing the quality of the interpersonal relationship between the counselor and the problematic counselee/client, so that step by step, the counselee/client can realize his mistakes and can correct them.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali dan meningkatkan serta mengukuhkan potensi yang ada pada diri siswa sehingga menjadi sebuah kepribadian yang hakiki, sehingga nantinya dapat menjadi sebuah tujuan hidup yang dapat memicu semangat dalam mencari dan meningkatkan ilmu pengetahuan. Bimbingan dan konseling merupakan penanganan secara pendekatan interpersonal terhadap siswa yang bermasalah dalam hal kedisiplinan. Penegakan kedisiplinan terhadap siswa tidak harus selalu dengan cara pemberian sanksi yang mengacu terhadap suatu tindakan kekerasan. Hal yang harus selalu diingat bahwa, sebuah lembaga pendidikan bukanlah sebuah lembaga hukum yang senantiasa mengobral sanksi terhadap penghuninya. Sebuah lembaga pendidikan harus senantiasa berupaya melakukan penyembuhan segala bentuk penyimpangan prilaku social dengan mengoptimalkan kualitas hubungan interpersonal antara konselor dengan konseli/klien yang bermasalah, sehingga setahap demi setahap, konseli/klien dapat menyadari kesalahannya serta dapat memperbaikinya.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of various problems on this earth, Guidance counseling is present as an institution that provides assistance and therapy for troubled people, provides guidance and counseling and helps solve the problems they face. The purpose of the research is to develop knowledge about various counseling guidance approaches that can be used in the counseling process. The results of the discussion show that the approach in counseling guidance is the basis for a counseling practice, there are 11 counseling guidance approaches that are clearly outlined that can help counselors in the process of providing assistance to counselees. One of the approaches is the behavioral approach which is widely used in counseling guidance in schools. Many counseling techniques are found in the behavioral approach, 3 of which are often used are self-management techniques, homework techniques and funishment techniques.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini di latarbelakangi oleh adanya masalah yang bervariasi di muka bumi ini, Bimbingan konseling hadir sebagai lembaga pemberian bantuan dan terapi terhadap insan insan bermasalah, memberikan bimbingan dan konseling serta membantu memecahkan masalah yang dihadapi nya. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengembangkan pengetahuan tentang berbagai pendekatan bimbingan konseling yang dapat digunakan dalam proses konseling. Penilitian menggunakan metode study kepustakaan atau litelature review.Hasil pembahasan menunjukan bahwa Pendekatan dalam Bimbingan konseling merupakan dasar bagi suatu praktek konseling, terdapat 11 pendekatan bimbingan konseling yang diuraikan secara jelas yang dapat membantu konselor dalam proses pemberian bantuan terhadap konseli. Salah satu pendekatan dimaksud adalah pendekatan behavioral yang banyak digunakan pada bimbingan konseling di sekolah. Banyak tehnik konseling yang terdapat pada pendekatan behavioral, 3 diantara yang sering digunakan adalah tehnik self manajemen, tehnik pekerjaan rumah dan tehnik funishment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the orientation of counseling guidance at MTs Nurul Huda Lembang and analyze the efforts made in the process of guidance and counseling to be successful. The research method used is descriptive method with field research. The results obtained from this study are that MTs Nurul Huda Lembang implements guidance and counseling services oriented to individual orientation, development orientation and problem orientation, using methods adopted from Abbas As Siisiy's da'wah approach method, namely touching the heart called the heart touch method. This method has proven to be more effective in changing the behavior of students for the better in an effort to achieve development.ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui orientasi bimbingan konseling di MTs Nurul Huda Lembang serta menganalisis upaya yang dilakukan dalam proses bimbingan dan konseling agar berhasil. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan field research (penelitian lapangan). Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa di MTs Nurul Huda Lembang melaksanakan layanan bimbingan dan konseling dengan berorientasi pada orientasi perseorangan, orientasi perkembangan dan orientasi permasalahan, dengan menggunakan metode yang diadopsi dari metode pendekatan dakwah Abbas As Siisiy yaitu menyentuh hati yang disebut dengan metode sentuhan kalbu. Dengan metode ini terbukti lebih efektif mengubah tingkah laku peserta didik menjadi lebih baik dalam upaya mencapai perkembangan.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the important role of Islamic religious education in shaping superior character in the younger generation. The focus is to understand how Islamic religious education can contribute in developing the morality, ethics, and values necessary to form qualified and noble moral individuals. This research uses qualitative and quantitative approaches by conducting a comprehensive literature review and case studies involving participants from various walks of life. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and analysis of documents related to Islamic religious education and character building of the younger generation. The results showed that Islamic religious education plays an important role in shaping superior character in the younger generation. Through a deep understanding of religious values, young people can internalize the principles of honesty, justice, compassion, and social responsibility. In addition, Islamic religious education also provides a strong foundation for developing attitudes of tolerance, respecting diversity, and strengthening religious identity. This study confirms that Islamic religious education has a strategic role in shaping superior character in the younger generation. The recommendations resulting from this study include expanding the Islamic religious education curriculum, increasing training for educators, and increasing the role of family and community in supporting the formation of character with integrity and ethics in the younger generation
