<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the Effect of Interpersonal Intelligence and Learning Environment on Learning Outcomes in Economics Class XI SMA N 1 Sidamanik T.A 2022/2023.This type of research uses quantitative research with a population of 144 students and a sample in 106 students in the study. The data collection that will be distributed to 106 students is by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires. The results of this study used validity and reliability tests, data analysis techniques such as (Normality Test, t test (partial), f test (simultaneous), and determination coefficient test). The results of this study can be concluded that the results of the t test value influence of interpersonal intelligence on the learning outcomes of class XI high school students with a calculated result (2,496) ttabel (0.014) with a significant level of 5%. Thus states that the influence of interpersonal intelligence can affect the learning outcomes of class X students. Meanwhile, the results of the t test in the Learning Environment on class XI learning outcomes with calculated results (2,259) ttabel (0.025) with a significant level of 5%. Thus stating that the influence of the learning environment can be stated to affect the learning outcomes of class XI.The results of the f test (simultaneously) on the influence of interpersonal intelligence and the student learning environment there are calculated results (5.633) ftabel (0.004) so that it can affect to a significant degree of 0.05.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kecerdasan Interpesonal dan Lingkungan Belajar Terhadap Hasil belajar Pada Mata pelajaran Ekonomi Kelas XI SMA N 1 Sidamanik T.A 2022/2023.Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi 144 siswa dan sampel dalam 106 siswa dalam penelitian. Pengumpulan data yang akan disebarkan kepada 106 siswa adalah dengan membagikan angket atau pun kuesioner.Hasil penelitian ini menggunakan uji Validitas Dan Reliabelitas,Teknik analisi data seperti (Uji Normalitas,Uji t(parsial), Uji f(simultan),dan Uji koefisien determinasi). Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil nilai uji t pengaruh kecerdasan interpesonal terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI SMA dengan hasil thitung (2,496) ttabel (0,014) dengan taraf signifikan 5%.Maka menyatakan bahwa pengaruh kecerdasan interpesonal dapat mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa kelas X. Sedangkan hasil uji t pada Lingkungan Belajar terhadap hasil belajar kelas XI dengan hasil thitung (2,259) ttabel (0,025) dengan taraf signifikan 5%.Sehingga menyatakan bahwa pengaruh lingkungan belajar dapat dinyatakan mempengaruhi hasil belajar kelas XI.Hasil uji f (simultan) pada pengaruh kecerdasan interpesonal dan lingkungan belajar siswa terdapat hasil fhitung (5,633) ftabel (0,004) sehingga dapat mempengaruhi dengan taraf signifikan 0,05.]]>
