Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui preferensi konsumen melalui model kombinasi atribut minuman kopi hitam di kota Medan. Jumlah responden dalam mengkonsumsi kopi hitam di daerah penelitian, adalah 100 responden. Alat analisis selanjutnya yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis conjoin dengan menggunakan bantuan software SPSS. Analisis ini digunakan untuk mengetahui kombinasi atribut minuman kopi hitam yang didapat berjumlah 432 kombinasi, Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, maka bentuk desain yang digunakan bukan full factor design tetapi fractional fractorial design. Maka dengan desa ini akan didapat sebagian dari seluruh kombinasi produk dipilih yang benar-benar berpengaruh terhadap efek utama dan desa ini dikenal dengan nama orthogonal array. Setelah menggunakan desain orthogonal maka jumlah kombinasi atribut dapat disederhanakan menjadi 16 kombinasi, agar memudahkan bagi konsumen untuk memberikan gambaran preferensinya terhadap minuman kopi hitam.Adapun komposisi dari keenam atribut tersebut adalah penyajian, citarasa, aroma, ampas, harga, seduh. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kombinasi atribut paling disukai pilihan responden adalah kombinasi nomor lima (5) yaitu minuman kopi hitam dengan komposisi level atribut penyajian minuman kopi hitam murni dengan gula, bercita rasa nikmat pahit, beraroma tajam dan khas, berampas sedang, dan harganya mahal dengan penyeduhan secara manual. Kombinasi yang paling tidak disukai adalah kombinasi nomor lima belas yaitu minuman kopi hitamdengankomposisi level atributpenyajianminuman kopi hitammurnitanpagula, bercita rasa nikmat pahit,aromanya kurang tajam dan kurang khas, berampas sedang,harganya terjangkau dengan penyeduhan secara manual.

Abstract

To increase farmers knowledge and skills in managing rice fertilization, the government and related institutions have implemented various  fertilizer training programs. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of rice fertilizer training in increasing the capacity of farmers in North Sumatra Province. This research was carried out at UPT. Agricultural Training and Mechanization for the Food Security, Food Crops, and Horticulture Service of North Sumatra Province on February 20–23, 2024. This research was carried out on 30 training participants from 12 districts in North Sumatra. The data collected consists of primary data consisting of respondent characteristics and pre-test and post-test results. The data were analyzed with the Minitab applications of tware using non-parametric statistical analysis, namely the Wilcoxon Match Pairs Test with a significance level of 0.05. The increase in knowledge of farmers who took part in rice fertilization training was 32.2%. In general, attitudes and responses are classified as high, namely the benefits of the material provided are 100%, the ease of the material to be appliedis 100%, the excessprofits obtained in applying the material are 100%, the suitability of the material with farming needsis 100%, liking orinterest in the material provided was 100%, the desire to apply the material provided was 83.3%, and the plan to implement the material provided was 80%. Keywords: training, pretest, posttest, fertilizing rice plants

Abstract

The Lion's Mane mushroom (Hericium erinaceus), known as lion's mane, is a mushroom that grows wild in European and North American countries, but currently this mushroom is starting to be cultivated artificially in tropical areas. However, it is necessary to modify the planting media, temperature and humidity so that this fungus can grow and develop well in tropical areas. The aim of this research was to see the growth rate of Lion's Mane mushroom mycelium on various substrates in the planting medium. The method used is descriptive qualitative research, namely by observing the growth of the Lion's Mane fungus on several media with different substrates. The research design was carried out by comparing the materials used in different ratios to obtain a suitable medium for the growth of Lion's Mane mushrooms. The results of this research are that from several types of nutritional sources used, rice flour and bran are the most ideal nutritional sources for the growth of Lion's Mane mushrooms. The use of a mixture of rice flour and bran showed the fastest mycelium growth, namely on day 4, while other nutritional sources such as a mixture of corn flour and bran showed rather slow mycelium growth, namely on day 10. Temperature and humidity also greatly influence the growth of the Lion's Mane fungus. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out further research by modifying the temperature and humidity suitable for the growth of the Lion's Mane fungus.
