ABSTRAK Puskesmas keliling dan Bidan Desa berdasarkan tempat tinggal dari segi jenis kendaraan, waktu yang ditempuh, serta biaya transportasi ke fasilitas kesehatan di Indonesia yaitu 39,2 mudah, 31,8 sulit, 29,0 sangat sulit. Sebagai konsekuensi tuntutan masyarakat, pegawai harus memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik. Khususnya, bagi petugas pelayanan kesehatan harus berkontribusi besar dalam meningkatkan kinerjanya sehingga berdampak positif bagi kualitas hidup dan kesejahteraan pasien. Mengetahui kapabilitas, motivasi dan pendayagunaan SDM terhadap kinerja pegawai. Analitik dengan menggunakan rancangan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai di Puskesmas Babelan II Bekasi sebanyak 33 orang, teknik pemgambilan sampel yaitu total sampling. Distribusi frekuensi sebagian besar responden memiliki kinerja yang baik 87,9%, kapabilitas baik 87,9%, motivasi tinggi 78,8%, dan disiplin kerja 84,8%. Ada hubungan yang bermakna antara kapabilitas, motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai p value < 0,05. Ada hubungan yang bermakna antara kapabilitas, motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Diharapkan seluruh pegawai dapat meningkatkan kinerja yang lebih baik lagi sehingga dapat tercapainya prestasi kerja yang lebih prima.
