Abstract

             Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak mediasi kepuasan kerja pada pengaruh efikasi diri, pengawasan dan fasilitas kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan (Studi pada PT. Infomedia Nusantara Divisi TAM Malang di masa Work from Home). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian sosial dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksplanatori, Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah SEM-PLS (Structure Equation Model – Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa pengaruh variabel efikasi diri (X1), pengawasan (X2), dan fasilitas kerja (X3) terhadap variabel kepuasan karyawan (Z) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Pengaruh variabel efikasi (X1), pengawasan (X2) dan kepuasan kerja (Z) terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan (Y) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Pengaruh variabel fasilitas kerja (X3) terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan (Y) berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan. Pengaruh tidak langsung efikasi diri (X1) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) melalui kepuasan karyawan (Z)  positif dan signifikan. Pengaruh tidak langsung pengawasan (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) melalui kepuasan karyawan (Z) positif dan signifikan. Pengaruh tidak langsung fasilitas kerja (X3) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) melalui kepuasan karyawan (Z) positif dan signifikan.Kata Kunci:  efikasi diri, pengawasan, kepuasan kerja, kinerja karyawan, WFH             This study aims to analyze impact of mediating job satisfaction on the influence of self efficacy, supervision and work facilities on employee performance (study on PT. Infomedia Nusantara TAM Malang division at Work from Home).This research method is a social research with a quantitative paradigm. This type of research is explanatory (explanatory research). The analytical tool used was the SEM-PLS (Structure Equation Model – Partial Least Square). The results of this study revealed that the influence of self efficacy (X1), supervision(X2) and work facilities variables (X3) on job satisfaction (Z), had a positive and significant effect. The influence of self efficacy (X1), supervision(X2) and job satisfaction (Z) variables on the employee’s performance (Y) variable had a positive and significant effect. The influence of the work facilities variable (X3) on the variable employee’s performance (Y) has a positive and not significant effect. The indirect effect of self efficacy (X1) on the variable employee’s performance (Y) through the job satisfaction variable (Z) is positive and significant. The indirect effect of the  supervision  (X2) on the employee’s performance (Y) through the job satisfaction variable (Z) is positive and significant. The indirect effect of work facilities (X3) on the variable employee’s performance (Y) through the job satisfaction variable (Z) is positive and significant.Keywords:  self efficacy, supervision, job satisfaction, employee’sperformance, WFH

Abstract

This journal aims to analyze the relationship between Islamic leadership and the performance of Sharia Bank employees. This study is a qualitative descriptive study with a literary study method, namely a review of previous research relating to the relationship between Islamic leadership and the performance of Sharia Bank employees. Some data was obtained from research journals and previous scientific articles which were then analyzed by data display and data verification. The results of data analysis show that there are three previous studies which state that Islamic leadership has a positive effect on the performance of Sharia Bank employees. In two other studies, there were results that Islamic leadership did not have a significant positive effect on the performance of Sharia Bank employees. Abstract

One of the platforms developing in Indonesia is "Shopee". Shopee is an online shopping platform that has successfully expanded its market coverage and become one of the leading e-commerce companies in the Southeast Asia region. With the continued growth in the number of users, Shopee provides consumers with access to explore products practically and efficiently. Shopee is not only limited to online business transactions but also creates large and easily accessible job opportunities. One of them is opening an affiliate program by becoming a Shopee content creator. The Shopee affiliate program is a Shopee program for content creators who will promote various products on Shopee for which they will later be given a commission. The more active an affiliate is in promoting Shopee goods, the more commission he will get. This research aims to determine the collaboration between Affiliates and Shopee in encouraging consumers to make unplanned purchases (impulse buying). The method used is a qualitative method with a case study approach. The results of this research show that the Shopee Affiliate program is a collaboration program between Affiliates and Shopee so that Shopee products are better known to the wider community so that Shopee customers continue to increase and this, without realizing it, causes more customers to do impulse buying.

Abstract

Financial Technology (fintech) is one of the main drivers of innovation in the financial services system, creating new opportunities to improve efficiency, accessibility, and customer satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the role of fintech in improving the quality of Islamic banking services, as well as to evaluate the extent to which the integration of this technology is in line with Islamic principles. The research method used is a qualitative approach with literature studies and secondary data analysis from various related publications. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of fintech, such as Islamic mobile banking, digital payment services, and Islamic-based peer-to-peer financing, has made a positive contribution to increasing the speed of service, transparency, and customer convenience.

Abstract

The value of a company is often regarded as a key indicator that influences investors’ decisions in making investments. This study aims to analyze the impact of solvency, liquidity, and profitability on the value of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2022–2024. The research employs a quantitative approach with an associative method. The sample was taken using a census method, covering all pharmaceutical subsector companies listed on the IDX over the three-year period, resulting in a total of 30 data points. The data used were secondary data obtained from the annual financial statements of the pharmaceutical companies, which were then processed and analyzed using SmartPLS version 4.0. The analysis results indicate that solvency has a positive but not significant effect on the company’s value, whereas liquidity and profitability have a positive and significant effect.
