Abstract

The research aims to 1) develop an e-learning evaluation media based on the Excel to WhatsApp application. 2) Testing the feasibility of evaluation media developed by experts. 3) Testing the feasibility of the media based on the responses of class X students in basic banking subjects at SMK N 1 Probolinggo. This development refers to the 4D model by Thiagarajan which includes the stages of define, design, develop, and disseminate. The results of the review and expert validation in this study indicate that the feasibility of the media, the feasibility of evaluation, and the feasibility of the material get an average of 88% with the criteria of "very feasible" where the data is processed qualitatively with a Likert scale. The results of the questionnaire response of students obtained an average of 94% with the criteria "very feasible" where the data was processed quantitatively with the Guttman scale. Therefore, this Excel to WhatsApp based evaluation media is suitable for use as a support for learning activities.

Abstract

Baitul Mal wat-Tanwil (BMT) merupakan lembaga berbentuk koperasi. BMT sebagai lembaga keuangan yang dari implikasi pengakuan negara terhadap syariat Islam dalam operasionalnya harus berpedoman pada Al-Quran dan Al-Hadist. BMT dalam melakukan pengelolaan keuangan dengan prinsip bagi hasil, jual beli dan menyimpan uang. BMT juga menerapkan biaya administrasi pembiayaan sebagai prasyarat yang harus dibayar oleh anggota pembiayaan. Dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan survei mengenai efektivitas pembiayaan murabahah dalam bidang pendidikan pada BMT Amanah Ummah Surabaya. Prinsip murabahah banyak diterapkan dalam pembiayaan pengadaan barang konsumsi dan investasi. Skema pembiayaan murabahah sangat bermanfaat bagi perorangan maupun lembaga yang membutuhkan barang secara mendesak namun kekurangan dana untuk kebutuhan mengembangkan usahanya atau mengembangkan fasilitas lengkap untuk lembaga pendidikan. Pembelian barang tersebut dapat dibayar tunai, dicicil, atau ditangguhkan, sesuai dengan kemampuan finansial pembeli. Namun pada umumnya pelanggan memilih metode pembayaran dengan cara mencicil.

Abstract

This journal aims to analyze the relationship between Islamic leadership and the performance of Sharia Bank employees. This study is a qualitative descriptive study with a literary study method, namely a review of previous research relating to the relationship between Islamic leadership and the performance of Sharia Bank employees. Some data was obtained from research journals and previous scientific articles which were then analyzed by data display and data verification. The results of data analysis show that there are three previous studies which state that Islamic leadership has a positive effect on the performance of Sharia Bank employees. In two other studies, there were results that Islamic leadership did not have a significant positive effect on the performance of Sharia Bank employees. Abstract

One of the platforms developing in Indonesia is "Shopee". Shopee is an online shopping platform that has successfully expanded its market coverage and become one of the leading e-commerce companies in the Southeast Asia region. With the continued growth in the number of users, Shopee provides consumers with access to explore products practically and efficiently. Shopee is not only limited to online business transactions but also creates large and easily accessible job opportunities. One of them is opening an affiliate program by becoming a Shopee content creator. The Shopee affiliate program is a Shopee program for content creators who will promote various products on Shopee for which they will later be given a commission. The more active an affiliate is in promoting Shopee goods, the more commission he will get. This research aims to determine the collaboration between Affiliates and Shopee in encouraging consumers to make unplanned purchases (impulse buying). The method used is a qualitative method with a case study approach. The results of this research show that the Shopee Affiliate program is a collaboration program between Affiliates and Shopee so that Shopee products are better known to the wider community so that Shopee customers continue to increase and this, without realizing it, causes more customers to do impulse buying.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze students' understanding of consumer protection and its influence on confidence in purchasing goods on Shopee. The research used a qualitative approach with in-depth interview methods with high school students in Pasuruan. The research results show that students' shopping frequency at Shopee varies, with a fairly high level of satisfaction although there are still doubts about the effectiveness of the consumer protection features. Most students understand consumer rights and obligations as well as procedures for filing complaints, but some students feel the need for further education regarding steps to handle fraud. Product information on Shopee is considered accurate and buyer reviews provide additional confidence, but the implementation of consumer protection is considered not optimal. In conclusion, students' understanding of consumer protection contributes positively to their confidence in making purchases, but there is a need for improvement in education and transparency of protection features. It is hoped that the implications of this research will become a reference for e-commerce, schools and the government in increasing consumer awareness and protection in the digital era.

Abstract

This study explores the views of high school/vocational school students in Pasuruan City regarding the employment contract system and its impact on their readiness to enter the world of work. With a quantitative approach and survey method, this study involved 54 grade XI students who were selected using the purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through a closed questionnaire, while data analysis used simple linear regression. The results of the analysis showed that students' perception significantly affected their readiness to work, with a regression coefficient of 0.748 and a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). An R Square value of 0.500 indicates that 50% of the variation in job readiness can be explained by students' perception of the employment contract system. The regression assumption test showed that the data met the requirements of normality, homoscedasticity, and no autocorrelation was found. The results of this study highlight the importance of providing a deeper understanding of the employment contract system to increase students' readiness to face the world of work.

Abstract

Revolusi dalam industri makanan menyatakan bahwa halal menjadi nilai penting terhadap pemilihan produk pangan. Hal ini juga merupakan gambaran jenis makanan yang memenuhi tingkat kualitas tertinggi serta standar keamanannya. Sertifikasi halal dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan juga berperan penting dalam memberikan kenyamanan dan keamanan terhadap konsumen Muslim. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui peran serifikasi halal terhadap keputusan membeli produk DARZ Food pada siswa SMAN 2, SMAN 3, dan SMK PGRI 4 Pasuruan. Metode pengumpulan data penelitian ini adalah kuesioner sertifikasi halal yang memuat dimensi syariah, idiologi, ilmu, pengalaman, dan pengamalan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 60 responden. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji normalitas data, uji linearitas data, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji regresi sederhana dan uji t dengan menggunakan IBM SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Sertifikasi Halal (X) berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Membeli (Y). Hasil dalam pengujian dapat dilihat dari hasil uji regresi linier sederhana. Hasil signifikansi t sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Sertifikasi Halal (X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Membeli (Y). Dan juga dapat dilihat dari t hitung sebesar 10,971 yang berarti t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel sebesar 2,002.

Abstract

Sektor UMKM mempunyai peran strategis dalam mendukung pertumbuhan perekonomian Indonesia. Kontribusi yang signifikan tersebut membuat UMKM mampu menyerap tenaga kerja dalam jumlah besar. Strategi tersebut dapat diterapkan oleh Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil (BMT) dalam melaksanakan perjanjian kerjasama pinjaman usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM). Tujuan utama penelitian adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis strategi efektif untuk mendukung pertumbuhan dan keberlanjutan UMKM melalui pembiayaan yang diberikan oleh BMT. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam dan dokumen terhadap BMT yang berhasil membiayai UMKM. Analisis menemukan bahwa BMT telah menerapkan beberapa strategi, antara lain diversifikasi produk pinjaman, pendekatan berbasis pemberdayaan masyarakat, dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Dengan kerja sama pembiayaan BMT ini, UMKM akhirnya bisa lebih memahami manajemen produksi dan pemasaran, serta pendapatan UMKM akan terus meningkat
