Abstract

This research aims to find out the level of effectiveness of the use of Waqf Management Information System (SIWAK) application in facilitating waqf information in KUA Cipatat Subdistrict. The research method used in this research is a qualitative approach. Research instruments are researchers themselves using interview guidelines and observation guidelines. Data collection techniques using interviews, observations and documentation. Source triangulation techniques are used to check the validity of research data. Data analysis in this study uses four stages namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion withdrawal. The results showed that the use of SIWAK applications in the Cipatat Subdistrict Kua has not been effective and efficient, because in practice the input of waqf pledge (AIW) data on SIWAK in KUA Cipatat Subdistrict is not running optimally. There is still a lot of waqf data that has not been input into SIWAK, so waqf information is not fully integrated online. This is due to the lack of competent human resources in the field of information technology, as well as a lack of understanding of employees related to the use of SIWAK applications.
