Abstract

Konflik antara pemerintah Ethiopia dan otoritas regional Tigray telah menciptakan ketegangan dan kerusuhan yang signifikan di wilayah tersebut. Dalam konteks ini, peran Uni Afrika (UA) sebagai organisasi regional yang berdedikasi untuk memajukan persatuan dan solidaritas di Afrika memiliki potensi untuk menjadi kekuatan pemersatu dan penengah yang penting. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki peran UA dalam membangun jembatan perdamaian dalam konflik antara pemerintah Ethiopia dan Tigray. Dalam penelitian ini, akan dianalisis upaya UA dalam mediasi, diplomasi, dan penyelesaian konflik di Tigray. Selain itu, akan dilihat juga apakah UA telah melibatkan diri dalam penyediaan bantuan kemanusiaan dan pemantauan situasi di wilayah tersebut. Dengan mengkaji peran dan tindakan UA, artikel ini berharap dapat memberikan wawasan yang lebih baik tentang upaya organisasi ini dalam mengatasi konflik yang kompleks dan bermasalah ini, serta menjalin perdamaian yang berkelanjutan di antara pemerintah Ethiopia dan Tigray. The conflict between the Ethiopian government and Tigray regional authorities has created significant tensions and unrest in the region. In this context, the role of the African Union (AU) as a regional organization dedicated to advancing unity and solidarity in Africa has the potential to be an important unifying and mediating force. This article aims to investigate the AU's role in building peace bridges in the conflict between the governments of Ethiopia and Tigray. In this research, AU efforts in mediation, diplomacy and conflict resolution in Tigray will be analyzed. Apart from that, it will also be seen whether the AU has involved itself in providing humanitarian assistance and monitoring the situation in the region. By examining the AU's role and actions, this article hopes to provide better insight into the organization's efforts to address this complex and problematic conflict and forge sustainable peace between the governments of Ethiopia and Tigray.

Abstract

This community service exertion aims to strengthen the institutional structure of the An- Nisa Sharia Consumer Cooperative( KKSA) of Kediri Regency through socialization and operation education to directors and members. The main problems faced by mates are the sour organizational and institutional structure of the collaborative, as well as the lack of understanding of the introductory principles of sharia consumer cooperatives. This exertion was carried out through interactive lectures, group conversations, and simulations of preparing institutional bribes. The results of the exertion showed an increase in actors' understanding of the organizational structure of the collaborative, the division of tasks for directors, and the significance of institutional documents. This program has a positive original impact as a foundation for the metamorphosis of collaborative institutions that are more professional and grounded on sharia values.
